Very neatly maintained coffee bar. The staff are friendly. Dining in and take out options are available. Variety of options for sandwiches and breads are available. They also take orders for sweets (pasticcini). I had ordered the sweets for Saturday. And unexpectedly my plan was changed and I wanted the sweets early for friday. I went and asked early in the morning. The staff were really helpful and understandable. They did their best to arrange the sweets as needed. I take this moment to thank them for their best service. Cheers! Courteous staff. Very well maintained!

Saturday morning breakfast, already at 7:10 a.m., many tables were full of empty dirty cups that needed clearing. The service was rude and slow. The cream croissants weren't particularly good. I wouldn't return unless absolutely necessary.

I'm sorry... the service is so lacking. I came in for a cappuccino, there were 4 tables that needed cleaning from previous customers. I waited 15-20 minutes, then I left. The staff is inadequate, I'm sorry.

Entered… waited… left. The barista was, to say the least, unhelpful and rude. I stood for five minutes to see if there was table service, so as not to disturb anyone… but it was impossible to meet her eye to wave or ask a question. Then, after the annoyed and irritated response she gave to the poor customer in front of me… I realized I'd be better off going elsewhere for breakfast.

On Monday, I ordered cake and pastries from you over the phone for my mom's birthday party to take to the nursing home. I stopped by in person on Wednesday too, telling me not to worry. We agreed to pick everything up this morning around 9...9:30...You were closed!!! Luckily, I made do with Castel Castel Mella...once and never again. Thanks for your hospitality.
