Very nice place, the people that work here are always nice and welcoming. It’s optimal for a nice study session. The donuts are wonderful!! ( can never get enough of that caramel coffee!!!)

I prezzi rispetto ad altri produttori sono simili, così come la qualità. Sicuramente si trova meno gente e quindi la possibilità di prendere una bevanda e potersi sedere è alta. L’unica pecca che devo sottolineare è che dopo aver ordinato il mio drink, mi è stato chiesto se volessi la panna, e io ho accettato ma non sono stata avvisata del sovrapprezzo di quest’ultima di 1 euro (mi pare), che mi sono poi ritrovata nello scontrino. Per correttezza, si dovrebbe sempre avvisare. Per il resto la bevanda era nella media, nulla di speciale.

Di passaggio ho ordinato il loro caffè macchiato preparato con burro d'arachidi Fiorentini crunchy e mi è piaciuto tantissimo. Ragazzi sorridenti e gentili. Servizio rapido!

Ci siamo fermati qui x una colazione street ed è stata una bella scoperta. Caffè buono, una ciambella salata con formaggio spalmabile e salmone. Consigliato

Edit: The service was very friendly and the atmosphere pleasant and warm enough. I had two cappuccinos, two each of sprinkled and chocolate donuts. By all reasonable measurements, these are fine donuts, but they were just missing that light freshness that would take them to five stars. Grazie, yeehaw, and happy baking (:

We've come here to pass some time waiting for our train. The staff was nice even though they were closing soon and I imagine were quite tired already. It's warm and clean inside but the bathroom is leaves much to be desired. Overall experience is positive. Good to spend some time while waiting

When I went to Turin, I did a lot of exploring. But when I'm thirsty for coffee. 12oz just showed up at me. Good food and this is when I got my first ice coffee. Overall I highly recommend this.

Locale carino e vicino alla stazione di Torino porta Nuova. Il personale disponibile e gentile. Abbiamo fatto colazione, il caffè è buono e anche le paste sono abbastanza buone. Non sono paste da pasticceria però per una colazione al volo me vale la pena.

Good: 🔸Large seating area so you can usually find a table. 🔸People here usually study, attend webinars or participate in conference calls. 🔸There is a bathroom. (See sign. ?!?) 🔸There are power outlets but we are not sure about WiFi. Bad: 🔸We have observed that often there is only one worker present. Perhaps this is scheduled, perhaps not. In any case, it is possible that because of this, cleanliness of both the seating area and the bathroom is variable/inconsistent. 🔸Some of us have had experiences where specific servers have tried to take advantage of customers e.g. bumping up the size of the drink ordered - 'oh, I thought you said...', 'oh, well you asked for 12 oz. but we only have 20 oz. cups left so here, that will be XX euros' 🔸 Whether vision impairment, dyslexia, boomer syndrome or even a lower than normal P.O.V., many of us have found the fast, animated, overlapping, multi-screen menu difficult to read and find it almost impossible to compare prices. This is however true for all businesses which have adopted this form of menu.

Convenient if you want to get something quick by the station but the cafe itself was dirty - mess on the toilet floor, no toilet paper & most tables hadn't been cleaned after the last customers so we had to take one outside. Not worth it considering so many other options nearby.

Hard rice in the wrap and staff just stood there ignoring me whilst I’m waiting to order a smoothie; no one in queue but the two male staff are happy having their conversation. Ended up leaving before asking for the smoothie, I’ll go somewhere else

Colpa mia che con 3,4 di valutazione mi sono azzardata a prendere un " to good to go"..da 2,99 euro.. in pratica mi spettava l'invenduto di circa 9 euro.. ma.. l'invenduto DEL GIORNO... Il bagel è stato preso da un cassetto sotto la casa.. il prosciutto agli angoli è secco.. la maionese/ crema bianca ha i pezzi che si staccano.. La ciambellina si, è fresca.. ma mini.. che più mini non si può.. Va bene l'invenduto.. ma questo era proprio da buttare...

Ordinato con Too Good To Go, Una app dove (a scatola chiusa) si compra un prodotto di fine giornata con uno sconto applicato. Non mi concentro quindi su quanto fosse vecchio e duro questo pane perché potreste rispondermi che fosse quasi da buttare e che ne abbiate approfittato grazie a questa applicazione che combatte gli sprechi alimentari. Mi concentro più sul fatto che, qualora un cliente scelga du ordinare quanto compare in foto, dovrebbe spendere 9€ Nove euro per una ciambellina e due fette di pane dell’INS con una fetta di pomodoro e due fette di carne. Perché nonostante gli sconti della applicazione, si vedono i prezzi originali e quindi so per certo che sono questi (non ho idea di come li possano valere però)

Esperienza molto negativa. Avevo ordinato una cioccolata calda, ma mi è stata servita una bevanda liquida, simile a un latte al cacao. Facendo notare la cosa, mi è stato risposto che quella sarebbe la “cioccolata calda americana”, senza alcuna spiegazione né scuse. Atteggiamento poco professionale e scarsa attenzione al cliente. Non consiglio questo locale e non tornerò.

Servizio gravemente carente e personale non all’altezza. L’orario di apertura comunicato sul vostro sito è alle 7:00; pertanto risulta totalmente inammissibile che alle 7:10 il servizio non sia operativo e che il personale manifesti atteggiamenti inappropriati nei confronti dei clienti. Data la posizione strategica di fronte alla stazione, è doveroso garantire puntualità, efficienza e un comportamento professionale, elementi che questa mattina sono mancati in modo evidente.

Dava orario di apertura alle 7, alle 7:05 non aveva quasi nessun dolce esposto da poter consumare. Inoltre il personale è sembrato scocciato e indisponibile nel servirci come se non ci volessero( lanciandoci occhiate ). Pessimo servizio non torneremo!!!

bevande e cibo confezionato , surgelato, scongelato e frullato. insomma una catena di montaggio di una bevanda che dovrebbe esser salutare come ciò che ho ordinato io (bevanda allo zenzero) ma è tutt’altro, un bicchiere pieno di additivi e ghiaccio! prezzi folli per sta roba!
