Cinnabon

I was in the mall and passed by Cinnabon. It’s really close to one of the entrances. It smelled so good so I had to stop and get their famous Caramel lover Pecanbon. There was a line as usual, but the cashier was nice and took my order and even warmed it up for me so it was extra tasty. Even though it’s about 1000 calories, this Cinnabon treat was worth it! Sometimes you gotta treat yourself :-)

Located within the mall, although it was packed, the service was pretty swift

Went and got a classic roll with my boyfriend. The service was great. It looked clean. The prices were the same as last time I came. However, one of the cashiers was popping this gum in her mouth. It was loud and obnoxious. Other than that, it was a lovely experience.

If you have a craving for something sweet then this will meet those needs! The only thing you need to get used to is the typical pricing at a mall. Never had a bad interaction but it wasn't one to write home about neither.

They also charged for water. When we said we wanted regular water they gave us a cup of ice and had us fill our own water from the sink ourselves. :/

That is not a pecanbon! Wow, I look forward to my visits to cinnabon for my favorite pecanbon. It's been a while since I had gone so when I went today I was surprised to not see the pecanbon on the menu? So I asked, and they said yes, they do still have it, yay I thought. Then she took a regular cinnabon to the back counter, drizzled some sauce, sprinkled some pecans and then some more sauce. I thought, wait that isn't what I want. I took it, ate it and decided I will not get that again. 😟 nope next time just a simple, undercooked dough cinnabon. I looked it up and cinnabon has decided that is the way they are doing the pecanbon it going forward. Bummer, it's not the same.

That is not a pecanbon! Wow, I look forward to my visits to cinnabon for my favorite pecanbon. 1/17/22. 4:42pm Bakery#42 Del Amo Fashion Square. This is the second time this location has been a disappointment. Cinnamon roll has been under cooked and I have thrown it away. Both times the same young girl was working. I love Cinnabon, but I will not visit this location anymore.

Website hours showed closing 9pm. Got there at 645pm and they were all closed up. Too late to make to another one.

Store hours say close at 9. But they actually stop serving around 8. NGL disappointed...

Location Del Amo near Dave and Busters. It's been a minute, but decided to get a four pack togo. Service was just alright, no flare. Not too customer oriented just order takers. The togo four pack tasted old. Meaning the dough tasted chewing tough as if the rolls been sitting a few days. Not sure if togo boxes are boxed fresh daily like the ones made hourly had I eaten at the location, disappointed.

This is the most depressing cinnabon in the south bay. The cinnamon rolls look and taste like they were made with tears and a deep hatred for their job. Have been here twice and never again. Which is sad since I have only been craving cinnamon rolls with a furocity only a severely pregnant woman knows. This time was the last time...the cinnamon coffee drink I ordered tasted like the last cinnamon roll that rolled off the table and into the toilet...worst coffee I have ever had in life and that tops McDonald's. The cinnamon roll bits I ordered and pointed to is not what I got...which was served by a snarky, blonde in glasses that clearly hates her job. Asked her to fix her mistake and was met with nuts thrown on top...do I have to beg you to do your job correctly? Most dogs get pointing better then this. "Worker".

I get it people want to go home BUT THEN CHANGE YOUR HOURS Online so folks don’t waste their time… Sorry just had to put it out there and this is my first review ever 😡

Not sure if they change something to it but now they taste different... I bought one and took two bites and the rest was thrown to the trash. Thinking there making them to fast that there not sure what there making.

Seriously, how can you screw this up? Horrendous customer service, it seemed like a group of young adults unsupervised were just messing around without taking orders. I walked away and will never come back. Sad for whomever owns this location because their little kids they left in charge seem to be ruining it for them.

Looked online at 8:30 pm to see what time this one closed it said “close’s soon 9pm at the Del Amo Mall in Torrance I left Macy’s asap and I walked up to Cinnabon as well as another customer and the girl was mopping the floor the other guy was doing paperwork you can tell that they had shut down earlier than what was posted online and refused to sell anything to me and the other customer that just walked up as well !!! I get it people want to go home BUT THEN CHANGE YOUR HOURS Online so folks don’t waste their time… Sorry just had to put it out there and this is my first review ever 😡
