This subway ROCKS!! The staff and food was nothing short of amazing! This location is super clean and I'm still thinking about the smell of that bread! You can count on me for a foot long at least twice a week when I'm able to get away from my desk : )

Amazing experience, I've been living in fidi for 3 years and I was hesitant of coming back to this location but I'm glad I did. I was pleasantly surprised at how different everything was, from management to staff even to the ambiance. If I ever need to get a quick bite I would definitely come back!

New York, early September 2001, I was heading into the office and I decided to give Subway's new breakfast menu a try. I was a little weary of it, as I was a Dunkin's man, as was my father, and his father before him. Like my father, I'd come from a broken home and breakfast wasn't really a priority. Most mornings my mom spent cleaning up the smashed dishes from the evening before. I never really understood what had occurred until I was much older. I ordered the ham and swiss egger. Looking back I wish I got it toasted. The bread was fresh and still warm and the toppings plenty. I decided to take it to go and head into the office. On my way in, I ran into the most delightful street musicians, I decided the to sit down and enjoy my sandwich and thought my colleagues at Fiduciary Trust wouldn't mind if I skipped the 9:30 meeting. Regardless it was a morning I will never forget, and Subway helped make that happen. 5 Stars would recommend.
Best seller in the financial district to break for food knowing there is a restroom available for customers who don't work in the city and MUST conduct activities for daily living. The proprietor answered the phone in the busy rush hour to answer my question. Keep talk fast as this location is busy but efficient and friendly. Seating is available. 👏👏👏👏👏💯

The staff was fast and helpful. They gave me my sandwich the way I wanted it to be. They accept cards. You can sit and eat there. They have a soda machine that you can get refills. I got a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Is a wheelchair accessible entrance. It's a little hiding but theres a guy in the corner promoting where it is at.
It can get very crowded during lunch time so be prepared to have to wait if you come during that time. The staff works as hard as possible it seems and tries to be friendly for the most part. If you come during non-rush times they are much friendlier. It's subway so lots of subway choices to choose from with different bread choices including different toppings as in all subway restaurants around the world. The price is inexpensive and can be a healthy alternative for a lunch. Get the subway rewards card and go there often it builds up quickly (unlike other rewards programs) I've had over a dozen free sandwiches.
We ate from this place every day during our visit to NYC. Our hotel was up the road. It is not in a safe location at night well that's how I felt. But the service was good. Subway is subway so no different to the taste I'm used to at home.
This location is clean and bright, but they are very light on the toppings; I always have to say "more, please" twice. When I say, "a lot of olives" I shouldn't be easily able to count how many are on my sandwich.
I had a deal and made my order cheaper however I ordered my food online 15 minutes ago and the food wasn’t ready when I got there and had to wait an extra 12 minutes for it. The sandwich was tasty 🤤.

Conditional on being a Subway, so we all know why we are here, it is a solid Subway experience. Not the perkiest staff, yet appropriately friendly, responsive, and quick to serve. I had 4 subs here over my 18 day stay in the area.

Probably close to one of the worst fast food restaurants that I've ever been to, very dirty and messy. The Sandwiches are decent but one can't really mess that up as they have certain patterns that they must follow and can't mess up on food unless they would want to go out of business. If you want to just go in and grab some food, eating it somewhere else that's nicer as this would be your best option to actually enjoy your food.

The vegetables were wilted and the meat was suspiciously rubbery, leaving an unshakeable aftertaste of despair. The bread, seemingly stale, crumbled upon the slightest pressure, transforming my meal into a messy, unappetizing affair. Overall, a regrettable experience best avoided at all costs.
The employees are never rude, at least in my experience but holy crap— they’re never open on time. I’m standing outside their door, with their hours of operation posted on the glass and everything, the worker is wiping down surfaces. Either management just schedules them to start too late, or they have bad time management.
I ordered toasted on the app. Got back to my hotel - not toasted. Checked the receipt - says toasted. Otherwise, no complaint - just attention to detail

I ordered a tuna sandwich, and I told them to toast it. They barely put it in for a couple of seconds. Unprofessional. This is food and heat kills germs. Will not order from here again. The sandwich was cold.
Worst Subway if have every been! The service employee mumbled and got the order wrong. The cashier charged me a footlong sub as two 6“ subs and threw away the receipt instantly. Stay away from hear!

Had my worst Subway experience at this Subway at Maiden. The staff was rude, complained about our choices and finally left out some ingredients in my friends sanwich because "the other sandwich was too full". Highly recommend to go to another Subway branch.
Came by on a Saturday at 6:45. Google says they are open until 7:30 the sign says they are open until 8. The guy inside motioned that they were closed and looked like they had been for a while. They need to update their times! (Also you can't order online from this location!)
They seem like they don't work well under pressure. When they're busy, they can be rude and feisty. When I was at the cash register, the lady In the was so much in a rush to get me outta there. I was going to buy some cookies with my sandwich and I just change my mind. Terrible customer service.
I was overcharge from my order. I bought a foot long Forest Ham, a foot long Oven Roasted Turkey combo and a 6 inch Chicken Teriyaki. The total was $49.05 and this price do not match the list prices.
Shocking! The tall man in the mornings, I think he's the manager or owner, literally picks an argument with me. THE CUSTOMER. Over reminding him I wanted spinach on my sandwich. I mean full on screaming at each other. I've seen him do it to another customer before as well but thought maybe he's just hanging a bad day? I've seen him berating his employees unnecessarily behind the counter in front of customers too. I see a pattern of behavior that shows he looks down on people for the usual stupid reasons. Gender, race, or his perception of your social class. I'm not even mentioning what race so as to not seem partial or slanted. Never again after that kind of disrespect for his own customers.
CHECK HOW MUCH THEY CHARGE YOU BEFORE YOU PAY !! These people are THIEVES. The cashier/manager tried to overcharge me and I caught him. When I complained, He got mad and refused to charge me the right amount and asked me to leave. But I didn’t. This is what’s going on…Subway has a meal deal special for $6.99 + tax = $7.61 I bought a $1 cup so my order was supposed to be $8.70 total. The guy who made my sandwich used the register because the thief was getting something and this guy charged me the right amount. When I’m about to used my Apple Pay to pay my other, here comes the thief and erase the order. I was like: why did you erased my order if I was about to pay? He responded: I have to put my code. When He typed my order again, the thief tried to charge me $9.80 instead of the $8.70. I instantly confronted him and He said that was the right amount because the taxes…when I told him not it’s not, He got aggressive and asked me to leave and tried to snatch my food; instead of charge me the right amount. What this thief does is that when someone gets the $6.99 special He charges for a sandwich to get almost $10 instead of the $7.61 that He’s supposed to get. And He’s getting away because most of the ppl pay with credit card so you don’t check when the difference is that small. But imagine this thief stealing $1 to every customer. I did because the principal because I give them a $1 every time i order but I don’t let anybody to play me. So anyone who go to this place, be aware of the thief overcharging .
This was THE WORST subway I have ever been to—the bread was not fresh, they only had 2 kinds of bread, the chicken had chunks of fat and the worker seemed like she didn’t want to be there! I suggest you stay far away from this subway!!
Very Shocking and bad experience !!!!!!!! We went in store and they were unfriendly. We just looked for seats and wanted to settle. They wanted to know what are looking for. We told them we looked for seats. The whole team was impolite. They made pressure what we would order. We decided then to leave and wanted take our bags from the seats. They came like screaming against us. We leaved the store and looked for different restaurants which are much better. I am shocked that there is such unprofessional employees. The worst experience i have ever had..
I went with my girlfriend in this fast food restaurant. The whole team was very unfriendly. We just looked for seats. They did a lot of pressure meanwhile at counter . It did feel like that customers aren’t welcome. Also why I had to explain where I want to seat? Maybe the staff need a training for how friendly and professional they have to be. I worked as sales assistant. Nobody in this restaurant was trained.
One of the worst subs ever had, staff were rude. The sub was very old, the fillings were not fresh. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I am a mealpal customer and i received a Tuna sandwich from the 21 Maiden lane, Manhattan, NY store. I thought the sandwich did not have enough Tuna inside compared to what i usually get. I called the store today at 2:13pm and spoke to the person picked up the call. I explained what happened, he was very arrogant and he was not willing to accept that i had bad experience and he insisted that they made good sandwich. I did not want a new sandwich or anything. I just wanted to share my experience for the future purpose. I felt disappointed after speaking to him.
If I could give this place negative feedback I would in heartbeat. I came yesterday on my lunch break. And I politely asked if they still do 5 dollar foot long. The guy who answered me was extremely rude from start then I asked if he would make me another sandwich he had an attitude towards me and I told him I had 10.75 because the sandwich was 10.88 he kept arguing with me about a QUARTER. And I told him that I didn’t want the sandwich and he wanted to give me a discount I said no. There’s other places to eat in the area Sticky’s has way better customer services or any other places
Sandwich was awful, only 2 slices of cheese, bread was stale, tomatoes looked soggy, charged me 12 dollars for a small sandwich and a small soda.
I visited this place may be like a 15 days ago I order a chicken sandwich just regular grilled chicken and these guys are very clear and forced me to have bacon which is extra money haven’t told me that and got a combo I haven’t checked the total amount just tapped my card and goes on I was charged like 35 bucks for the sandwich which is too much for a footlong but it’s good and I was like fine atleast I had good food but yesterday I had same type of sandwich with Bacon and same as everything it was around 22 bucks I didn’t get it I didn’t get receipt of 35 bucks which was a mistake I realized I was scammed by this tall guy with big mouth he was shouting on the customers and even on his employees too I have see it I think management has to take look about this scamming thing asking bacon with telling the customers it’s extra price and about the overcharging the customers must be taken seriously or even the management is forcing them to do all these thing I would say skip this place

He always mixed basic questions with additional questions (the bread? the meat? The mozzarella? Or the smashed avocado?) When I paid, finally the bill was shocking: $2.5 for mozzarella, $2 for very little smashed avocado. After checking the menu hanging in the store, the avocado is listed in small font size and the mozzarella is TOTALLY missing! Cheating store. AVOIDE This store! You have lots of better choices.
