I went to Pho Hue Oi on a random Wednesday. It was busy, with a steady stream of customers. I really liked the noodles and spring rolls and crispy egg rolls that we got. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the portion sizes were pretty good. My mom actually likes that noodle place better than other recent spots we've been to that are more highly rated on Yelp (#iykyk) if you know, you know. There are many parking spots around there. And afterwards, there are dessert places and other shops that you can go to for after eats. Enjoy.
Excellent noodles and fresh rolls that are full of amazing flavor. The shrimp rolls (Goi Cuon) with steamed pork or the grilled pork rolls (Thit Nuong Cuon) are both delicious. Go for the small upcharge for the fresh noodles as they really level up the dishes.. the Pho Doc Biet gives you a great combination of beefy goodness and the broth is perfect. The Pho Khong Thit broth is also really good.. very clean and tasty. The Banh Mi sandwiches are also bomb and the bread is great. The large Pho bowls are huge and easily can feed 2 people and the prices are not bad at all. Pho Hue Oi has a nice variety on the menu and everything has been super terrific.
As a solo diner I visited this branch of the family owned business and sat at the counter top seating area since all the tables were taken. Popular place guys! I ordered “large rib eye pho” bowl was very very generous and took a persistent slog at finishing the bold portion! Shame the beef was well done and firming up rather than rare as it stated on the menu. Broth was well seasoned and complex and rather tasty. Ingredients like the Thai basil and bean sprouts were fresh and crispy. My iced Vietnamese coffee was strong but welcomed! Staff were working well under pressure will definitely come back and try other things dishes. I’m happy I came across this restaurant.
I got my Pho fix here today. I would recommend this place if you looking for Pho, I had the P1 order. Good taste of the broth and decent amoount of meat balls and beef in my dish. Served with bean sprouts, lime and thai basil.
Been wanting to try this location out after going to the RB Location a few times. The issues with the RB location (size -it's very small and therefore wait times are long) have been solved with the Torrance location. It's also opposite in ambiance- whereas the colors and decor are very big city (lots of red and black) in the Redondo location, it's very open air, lots of greenery at the Torrance location. The menus seem the same so I ordered my usual and was happy with the consistency- the food tasted similar if not the same to the flavors and quality I experienced in RB. We didn't have to wait for a table although it was quite crowded at 3 pm. I had the make-your-own pho and the fried egg roll. The server recommended that one of our party try the beef instead of the shortrib rice plate because the consistency was softer and apparently it was a great recommendation and a new favourite. We will definitely be back!
An elevated gastronomical vnm experience in L.A. Authentic food, great svc and vibes. Will be back for sure for their garlic noodles. Price is reasonable.
A True Gem – Authentic Vietnamese Food with Heartfelt Hospitality I rarely write reviews, but after dining at this incredible Vietnamese restaurant, I felt compelled to share my experience. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, whose genuine friendliness set the tone for the entire meal. You could immediately feel the pride and love that goes into both the food and the service here. We started with the spring rolls, which were absolutely fresh and perfectly rolled—crisp vegetables, plump shrimp, and a peanut dipping sauce that was rich, nutty, and flavorful. A great appetizer that already had us excited for more. Next came the pho, and let me just say—this might be the best pho I’ve had outside of Vietnam. The broth was incredibly fragrant and full of depth, clearly simmered for hours. The meat was tender, and the noodles were cooked just right. It was the kind of bowl that warms you from the inside out. We also ordered the bun bò Huế, and wow—what a showstopper! Bold, spicy, and full of complex flavors. The balance of lemongrass, chili, and beef was masterfully done. It’s a dish that not every Vietnamese place gets right, but here, it was absolutely on point. What made the experience even more memorable was the hospitality. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. They were knowledgeable about the menu and clearly cared about creating a positive dining experience. The owner came by our table to chat with us, and it was obvious how passionate he is about the food and making every guest feel like family. You don’t get that kind of personal touch everywhere. This restaurant is a true gem. Whether you’re a long-time fan of Vietnamese cuisine or trying it for the first time, this place will not disappoint. Delicious food, generous portions, outstanding service, and an atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. We’ll absolutely be back—and bringing friends next time!
Great new place in Torrance. The food was great, the boba was great, the service was also great. Highly recommend it if you are looking for a good soup.
Wow wow 😯 one of the best in California excellent fresh very clean restaurant.so delicious soup spicy meat very tender.the guy at register is very polite nice humble very helpful my first time.i told him I had 16 hrs shift I need something to wake up.hr said u are in the right spot I got u.and yes he was right he needs a good raise $$$$
We had a great lunch today at Pho Hue Oi especially with the rain these last days. We ordered the brisket pho soup (p1) and the shrimp soup (p5) both delicious. We also ordered a side of spring rolls and wings all very good. Every thing was delicious and great except for the following: No Kids Menu Unfortunately, they do not have a kids menu for our 3 year old so we had to order sides for him. He had rice and grilled ribeye both were good just wish they had a dedicated kids menu for kids that would be nice. During our time there we saw a lot of kids come in with their parents. Booth bench not kid friendly For shorter guests and kids the booth bench has no edge protector. My sons head was the height of the top of the bench and he hit his head twice causing him to cry in pain. We left shortly after the second time. :( my suggestion to the restaurant would be to invest in some protection as the cushion does not reach the top of the bench (see photo). This can be very dangerous for kids and if hit hard enough can possibly cause an open cut to the back of their head. Next time we will sit my son on the chair to avoid this. Service About 90% of the restaurant was full on our Sunday afternoon visit and they only had 2 servers. We had to wave them down often to get their attention. All in all, the food was great, and although there were some negatives above we will be returning. Really hope they address the booth bench issue though.
Pho was delicious 🫦🤤 my friends also enjoyed their food it was such a nice environment as well! Hard workers here :D

After seeing an advertisement for a new restaurant in the South Bay area of Torrance, I recommended it to my sister, and we decided to go there for lunch. The restaurant is located in restaurant row on Torrance Boulevard and features a kiosk check-in system and a tiny waiting area. Given its small size, the restaurant can seat guests quickly once a table becomes available. The wait staff provided excellent service, delivering food promptly and plentifully. The ambiance was casual and pleasant.
Delicious Vietnamese flavors! I tried the Banh Mi, Thai Tea, and Bun Bo Hue beef noodle soup, and everything was fantastic. The Banh Mi was fresh and flavorful with the perfect crunch, the Thai Tea was rich and refreshing, and the Bun Bo Hue had a deep, spicy broth with tender beef. Great portions, great taste, and friendly service. Highly recommend!
The pho broth is incredibly clean and light, and they have some authentic dishes you don’t usually find elsewhere. It’s so good that you don’t even need to go all the way to Westminster. Definitely try the banh beo chen.
This place has phenomenal Vietnamese food. I got the pho With rare steak, meatballs, fatty flank, and brisket. Fantastic. The fried crispy eggrolls were Terrific as well. Super quick and super friendly service.

New Place! Definitely worth the try! I am a pho-king pho maniac. I love Pho. I could eat Pho everyday every meal every year. My wife calls me pho-king crazy. Okay i'll stop. I've tried almost every single pho restaurant in South Bay. And I take pho rating very seriously simply because pho was what got me surviving through college as a poor college kid. There are only a handful that I could really say good. I would give this place a solid 4.0 out of 5.0. But I feel like it's going to get better after the soft opening. Broth Pho broth is known for personalization per chef. It really is the only part that allows pho chefs to truly show off their recipe. This place's broth was, if I have to describe, "clean." I like my broth like the restaurant boiled a whole beef legs in a lava boiling water. But sometimes, I do appreciated clean, not too strong taste broth as well. This place has all of spices correct and but less oily. Noodle This might be an unpopular opinion but I do like harder and chewy noodle than "just right" soft. I don't know why. This place has slightly harder noodle so I definitely did not complain! Meat I might have to deduct a point on this part. Their meat was a bit dry. Size One of things that really made me happy was their size. I ate a large size and a lot of places these day do not serve large. Large is supposed to fill you up with good amount of meat and veggies. This place served it right. I was very full! Overall Experience I would definitely come back!
Newly opened Vietnamese eatery, crowded yet wait was a mere 5min. This will become a popular place as word is spread of appeal and the staff become experienced in service. Week2: Pho soup with three meats (P1) Beef broth deliciously tasty. Third week in a row, trying other menu items: crispy pork belly sandwich (M2), and mixed salad with grilled pork (A7). Quick service improvement; many customers were doing take-outs, house-full to capacity, served items very tasty (light and simple).
Pretty solid place for Viet food. I've had the pho and banh mi and thought they were good. The banh mi has a lot of filling which is nice. The broth for the pho was nice and savory. I had the com dac biet which was also good. It had the usual meats with pork chops, shredded pork, and egg quiche. It was a decent portion. The staff was nice and attentive. The decor is very inviting. It wasn't too busy for lunch so the noise level was surprisingly quiet.

This is a solid Vietnamese option for the South Bay. I am happy to have a new option closer to where I live. They are just having a soft opening, but service was good and food was fresh and timely in delivery. I hope it doesn't get too popular leading to long waits.
This is a new location that we got to visit during a soft opening. It was modern and clean but small. Definitely a wait during prime hours. Overall, the food was only ok. Egg rolls were delicious and served with lettuce. The pho was a disappointment though. Broth was light and tasted watery. The noodles were in clumps (old and mushy) and precut 😔 making using chopsticks impossible. The thai tea was brewed and not from a can. Service was fast but not great. We didn't get water refills until after we were done eating and they delivered the right dishes we ordered but to the wrong people at the table and had us do our own rearranging of food. Prices are on the high side and Definitely not worth what you get. I'd say try it once if you haven't but I Unfortunately will not be a repeat customer.

I was excited to try Pho Ga that I have not found a place in Torrance. Broth was good, but it was little salty. However, the noodle were not blended well with the broth, and it was not so pleasant taste from the noodles. I also was very thirsty and had aftertaste after the meal.
Fan of their redondo beach location and excited for torrance since its nearer. But this place let me down The service is awful. The old middle aged woman is extremely rude. I usually order a broth to go, even after dining in. I asked to pack side veggies that was complimentary and was charged an extra $1.50. The broth is watery. At the prices are high. At this point your might as well go to any generic vietnamese place in Gardena.
