Volveremos seguro
I really enjoyed to visit this place. We ordered a meat platter for 4 persons and tray ofpolar beer. It was a coincidence to be there when the president Donald Trump deposed the president Nicolas Maduro. We experienced an imcredible moment while venezuelan people were singing their nacional anthem and celebrating the fall of the president Nicolas Maduro.
The entrance is a bit misleading since it's located in an industrial park, but once inside, we felt right at home (in Venezuela). The service from the young woman who served us was excellent. The place is very nice and cozy, reminiscent of the farmers' restaurants in Caracas. The food was delicious, with that Venezuelan touch that only those of us from there know. The fried arepas with cheese and cream were divine, then there was a grilled platter that was tasty (although it could have used some plantain chips 😉), and the cachapa was excellent. A very good experience that a friend recommended. We'll definitely be back on a weekend night when they have live music.
Highly Recommended 💯 🎉🎉 We spent New Year's Eve there with the whole family and it was excellent. The atmosphere was like being in Venezuela, the music was really, really good, and we loved the showman Pacho. We enjoyed welcoming 2026 in the best way possible as a family. Thanks to Rafael, who took care of me from the first day. There were 11 of us and a two-and-a-half-year-old baby, and everything was excellent. I will definitely be back. I'll go when they have a show and to eat too. Thank you so much, La Llanera de Torrejón de Ardoz!! Wishing you success and a happy 2026! ✨👏✨👏
The food has improved 100% in quality, flavor, variety, and quantity. One of my favorite places. The atmosphere is spectacular; we spent a very emotional afternoon reminiscing about our Venezuelan plains, and the showman was very, very good. The waitresses were attentive, helpful, and had a great knowledge of Venezuelan cuisine. A great lunch.
Excellent! I love this place. We usually go to eat and enjoy the live music. This time we went to celebrate my princess's 15th birthday, and everything was truly wonderful: the food, the drinks, the service from the girl who served us, the music, and especially the live music by @showmanpacho, who made my daughter's birthday a super special and emotional moment. He truly has spectacular talent and gets everyone dancing, even those who don't usually dance! 🤭
A charming place to enjoy authentic Venezuelan food. Arnaldo's service was wonderful, very tactful, friendly, and attentive to every detail. Pacho's live music is simply spectacular, creating a unique atmosphere that makes me want to come back again and again. Not only is the food delicious, but it's also an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!
It's a spacious place with a typical plains atmosphere. The staff is dressed in this style. It's located in a commercial area. We didn't have a problem parking, but we didn't see any parking. The food is very tasty, with lots of flavor from the Venezuelan plains. Live music is provided by a guy who sings a thousand different songs, ranging from merengue, salsa, ranchera, pop, and whatever you want to hear. He has a repertoire, but you can make a request. We saw that many people brought their own cake to celebrate their birthday. We saw that a mariachi band arrived to sing for one of the birthday girls, so we can say that you can coordinate with management if your request is within their wishes. There was also a plains music group. The place is truly worth a visit. If you're passionate about Venezuelan culture, you can see and feel that little piece of Venezuela here. Check out their social media, where they post live events with other groups closely linked to the Latino community. Visit it.
A must-see latino place. Great environment, food is delicious. Enjoyed dancing and the music. 100% fun.
Meat wasn’t fresh. It was from the day before - reheat- Try to do it better
It is a place to share with family, friends, birthdays, or any other celebration. I felt really comfortable so much so that I went back the next day, but it was closing. Sundays close at 10 pm. Adolfo served us and he was very attentive and patient with us! We ordered a grill to share and I was faithful to my cachapa, which I really liked. Not everywhere they maintain its original flavor, but here it tastes like a cachapa llanera. My family left very happy, we had a lot of fun, the guy with a thousand voices encourages us in a way that you unintentionally join in. I plan to return since I really liked it and I hope to be able to dance a few times, hahahahaha. Thanks guys for your attention.
We ordered empanadas and tequeños, and they were frozen inside, which was quite unpleasant. The pork was tasty, the beef was very small, and the chorizo was of average quality. The place had live music, good sound, and good singers; the atmosphere was really pleasant, and the food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Regarding the prices, what I found truly outrageous was a pitcher (3 glasses) of passion fruit juice for 15 euros. The other prices seemed normal to me.
Nice place to go with the family to enjoy a little bit of live music, eat a few appetizers, and that's it. Yesterday I went with family to celebrate and have a good meal, but the experience was a bit bad: service and attention were 2/10, and food was cold. Eating a cold grilled meat makes you not enjoy the dish. We didn't leave or return the food because we're from our country, and the atmosphere and music made up for the poor service. I would go again, but only for appetizers and drinks, that's all I can recommend. I hope the people in charge see this review; the establishment has everything it needs to be the best restaurant with Venezuelan food and atmosphere in Madrid.
This restaurant used to be one of our favorite places to go as a family. The first time we visited, in March of last year, everything was delicious: generous portions and the feeling that you really got what you paid for. I've even attached a video from that first visit, where you can clearly see the quality and quantity of the charcuterie board they were serving at the time. Unfortunately, our last few visits have been very disappointing. Last weekend, we decided to give them another chance and ordered the charcuterie board for four people, which is what we usually order. This time it was a huge letdown: it had much more pork than beef, the meat portions were tiny, literally like a sheet of paper, and to top it all off, it arrived cold. I've also attached a video from this last visit so you can directly compare the charcuterie board from before with the one from last weekend. All this considering that it's not cheap at all, costing almost €80. Furthermore, the heating wasn't working, so it was colder inside the restaurant than outside, which made the experience even worse. It's a real shame to see how much the quality of the food and service has declined, because it was a place we really enjoyed going to. I hope they can improve and bring back the experience they used to offer.
Terrible service from the moment the owner greeted us; from beginning to end, he had a bad attitude and a negative vibe. The waiters maintained a bad attitude throughout the service; I don't know if they have some kind of grudge against us Colombians. The only good things I can say were the performance by the llanero group, the very clean and tidy place, and the food wasn't bad—it had good seasoning. Unfortunately, I left with a bad impression of those who served us.
A regrettable experience. I was expecting a place that would make me feel at home and well looked after. It wasn't even close. From the reception, you don't receive any welcome. It seems like the staff is serving a sentence. They seem discouraged. They were completely lost in taking orders, as if they had minimal experience. We ordered a salad, which was brought to us, and it wasn't the one we had ordered (one of the people who served us told us the menu on the table wasn't updated), with no cutlery, no dressings, and no drinks. After five dishes, one arrived, and the rest took 45 minutes to arrive. After asking several times, it seemed like they hadn't been ordered. The music was too loud. You could barely speak. In conclusion, my experience and that of my colleagues was not very pleasant. I doubt I'll return. I would even less recommend it. It's a shame because it could have good potential. By the way, a palm heart, avocado, and tomato salad cost €13.
