Cory was an amazing bartender! Great food, service, and a 20% discount for locals. We’ll be back! 🍾
Having a drink at the sliding windows under the silo was a great experience. Friendly staff and beautiful building with a great atmosphere! I’ll be back!
Great service and attention to detail at Silo Breakfast. Eddie and Shudan were very nice and made the experience even better.
Everything was fantastic !!! The service is great and the playlist was awesome! Check this place out for really good food that is affordable
I frequent this restaurant often since I am a local and it is consistently excellent!
Great service from Tez. Extremely professional and can make incredible drinks!
Some of the best food I have ever had in Nashville and I’ve lived here for 29 years! A must try.
Jack is very nice!
Great place, nice person
Amazing food! Great vibe!
Great food spot in the Canopy hotel! I had the breakfast burrito (SO good) and a Spanish latte. Staff was friendly service was quick. Had a few drinks at the bar later in the day and the bartender was really nice.
Jordan, thank you for taking for us.
Perfect breakfast! Very high quality ingredients, health conscious and delicious. Ordered avocado toast, ham Benedict and pancakes. All were great and highly recommended!
Alphonso was my server!! seemed to be a little short staff but everything came out perfectly in a timely order. Food was amazing!! Will definitely be returning!
I just arrived at The Silo hotel bar in Nashville after a grueling 12-hour drive, and let me tell you, Corey, my bartender, turned the entire evening around! From the moment I sat down, his energy and genuine hospitality made me feel right at home. Corey crafted me an absolutely phenomenal drink—perfectly balanced, refreshing, and exactly what I needed to unwind. Thanks again, I’ll be back every year.
We’re residents of the gulch and we finally found a place that caters to locals! 10% off of food (which includes 5 points pizza!) and 20% off of drinks! We stopped in on Friday night, 15 minutes before they closed and they still happily served us! Shoutout to Chance and Corey at the bar who took great care of us! We’ll be back for sure!
I Google searched food near me while staying at a hotel nearby during a girls get away trip here in Nashville! The food was jaw dropping and the atmosphere was amazing and the Service was attentive. helpful and friendly I think her name was Abby! I highly recommend coming here!
Silo on a recent Sunday morning had an ideal Nashville feel. The weather was sunny with a light breeze, the space was opened up, and the DJ was playing the perfect playlist. My husband and I decided to eat at the bar, and Cory, our bartender, greeted us right away, helped us with menu selections and kept the bottomless mimosas flowing. If you’re living or staying in Nashville, and want a stay all morning and afternoon kind of brunch, head to Silo in The Gulch at the Canopy hotel. Do not miss the egg sandwich served on a lobster roll bun with amazingly fluffy scrambled eggs. The Frittata was delicious too!
Silo in the Gulch is one of my go-to spots in Nashville! The food is always amazing, the service is great, and their happy hour deals can’t be beat. Big shoutout to Cory at the bar, he makes fantastic drinks and always introduces me to new experiences.
This is my new favorite spot in Nashville. They serve my fav coffee, fav pizza, and the bartenders are the best! So far, I have only made it for after work cocktails and dinner but I will be back to try breakfast and late night pizza :). Most recently, Chance was my server/bartender and he was so attentive. They even offer 2 hours complimentary valet and a locals incentive :). Try this place if you haven’t already!
It was an absolute pleasure dining in at Silo. The staff is beyond wonderful and this has definitely boosted the level of service I will be expecting by any other restaurant going forward. Thank you, Canopy!
My experience at The Silo in Nashville was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff delivered exceptional service that made us feel truly welcomed and valued. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfectly complementing the incredible food and top-notch hospitality. Our server, Corey, stood out as the star of the show. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he went above and beyond to ensure our meal was perfect. Without us even asking, Corey brought out their house-made hot sauce for us to try, and let me tell you—it was the best hot sauce I’ve ever tasted, bursting with flavor and just the right amount of kick. Each time we ordered, Corey took care to confirm every detail, ensuring our dishes were exactly as we wanted. His attentiveness and enthusiasm elevated the entire experience. The food was phenomenal. I had the breakfast burrito with pork carnitas, and it was a revelation. The eggs were perfectly scrambled—fluffy, light, and delicious—and the carnitas were some of the best I’ve ever had, packed with flavor and incredibly tender. The ingredients were noticeably fresh, which made every bite a delight. The chilaquiles were equally outstanding, with vibrant flavors and perfect execution. To top it all off, I sipped on a hot dirty chai latte that was perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious. We were also lucky enough to meet the chef, who was incredibly kind and genuinely interested in hearing about our experience. The manager stopped by as well to check on us, which added to the warm, attentive vibe of the restaurant. It’s rare to find a place where every staff member, from the servers to the chef to the manager, is so invested in making your visit unforgettable. The Silo is a gem that combines an incredible atmosphere, outstanding food, and service that’s second to none. Whether you’re a Nashville local or just passing through, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit. I can’t recommend it highly enough!
What an amazing experience from the espresso martini drinks to the Miso Bbq salmon, to the strawberry cheesecake dessert. Not only was the food, drinks, and dessert 5 Stars Juan our server made it 6 Stars !
We are Nashville locals and stopped in for a quick brunch, and left with a new favorite go to place!!! Corey was so great and the food and coffee were to die for!!! This will be our new favorite place and I can’t wait to come back for drinks, later today because I love it here!!!!
Great place whether you’re local or visiting! The Bartenders- Chance, Corey and Tez are the best! So friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to start, hang out and/or nightcap!
Freddie, Nic, Courtney and Tez are the best mixologists ever! I travel internationally and they are by far some of the best you will find hands down!
Ask for Corey behind the bar! He made me a great off-menu cocktail and knows his liquors. Great atmosphere and vibe, great food, even better drinks.
The fish tacos were tasty and had spicy salsa and creamy aioli. The cheeseburger was huge, and very good. It had their signature sauce with a soft bun.
Tez and Tina were amazing! We really enjoyed the drinks and pizza! Lovely atmosphere and great service. We’ll definitely be back!
Brunch was excellent. Recommend the French toast with bourbon syrup. The atmosphere and service was great, especially thanks to Corey.
One of the best outdoor bar seats in the Gulch. Enjoyed a fabulous brunch and even better service from Corie. Will be back.
Brunch was great had the egg sandwich. Corey took good care of us at the bar.
Great service, food, and drinks. Corey and Tez are my favorite. Great low-lighting and quaint vibes. Will continue to visit.
Tez, Corey and Nic are amazing. Food and drinks were great, service was the best - will be back just for that alone.
Corey was amazing! The food and drinks were delicious, and we got a great discount for being locals.
What a find ! You guys have to check this place out . Amazing food amazing Vibe . Go now before they are super packed and everyone finds out . Corey is amazing bar tender too
Freddie, Nic, Courtney & Teze!! 5 ⭐️s. Inventive & creative! Can’t wait to return. The experience here is unmatched!
Tez is the best bartender! So friendly and kind. Def. Would recommend going to visit the bar and ask for Tez!
Great little hotel bar at The Canopy. We love to sit outside and have a drink at the bar. Corey provided great service and was fun to chat with. Recommend the chicken bowl, hummus app, and the fries with the steak main meal were addicting!!
Had some friends visiting town and we said why not try this spot out. The service we got was unmatched. Evan and Tez did an outstanding job. Easily the best servers we’ve had from conversation to recommendations 10/10 best place in the Gulch
Omg everything was just sooo fantastic. Breakfast, dinner and drinks were magical. But the real highlight was the staff. I only got 2 of their names which was chance and courtney I think but everyone I interacted with was just sooo over the top friendly. Would highly recommend to everyone I know.
I had an amazing experience dining here! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared you can really taste the quality in every bite. The service was just as impressive. Everyone on the team was welcoming and attentive, making sure our table had everything we needed. A special thank you to Eddie, i think manager, who came by to check in on us personally. It really made the experience feel even more special knowing that management takes the time to connect with guests. You can tell there’s a genuine commitment to hospitality here. Highly recommend I’ll definitely be coming back!
Silo in the Gulch easily makes my top list of restaurants in Nashville. I ordered the pizza and, as a born-and-raised New Yorker, I’m usually hard to impress. This one passed the test. Crispy, flavorful, unique, and delicious! But the real MVP of our visit was Abby, our server. Abby wasn’t just good at her job; she made the whole experience feel special! She was friendly, attentive, and the kind of person who makes you want return again. If you haven’t been to Silo yet, make plans. Order the pizza. Ask for Abby. It’s the kind of experience that turns into your go-to Nashville story.
Tez was exceptional. Excellent cocktails. My wife’s birthday was made to be absolutely amazing single handedly because of Tez’s service. I have never felt so at home and taken care of. Even if you are not staying at this hotel you must visit just for the paragon of service that is displayed here absolutely phenomenal.
We found this place on a Google search while staying at a hotel nearby during a long weekend trip to Nashville. All I can say is wow! The three of us shared an order of yummy fish tacos to start. The tuna ponzu bowl with noodles was delicious as were the chicken wings and Caesar salad. The atmosphere was swanky and upscale located in a converted brewery. Service was attentive. We highly recommend Silo when you’re in the Gulch.
We were on a walk in the Gulch and decided to stop in at Silo for a cocktail and a small bite to eat. They have a wonderful neighborhood discount to provide. We first were greeted by Andres who welcomed us warmly and assisted us to the bar. Cory and Tez were extremely knowledgeable and friendly and made great recommendations for us. We will definitely be back as this has become our new neighborhood hangout.
Exceptional service and food!! Were in Nashville for my sisters 30th birthday and we had a group of 16 looking for a brunch spot. It was pretty last minute but they were able to seat us all very fast and serve our large group food. The staff was so kind and when the food was brought out it was amazing! Really enjoyed the lattes and yummy pancakes. They also brought out extra food for us to try on the house which was very very sweet!! It was the perfect post birthday brunch and I am so happy with the experience. Will definitely make a point to come back next time we are in nashville! Special shoutout to our excellent server Shubham!
We came for the pizza (highly recommend). A pleasant surprise was Corey’s service which was top tier bar and food service, conversation and recommendations for all things Nashville. The food, service and people watching (party buses driving by) make Silo a great choice for food and/or beverages.
From the moment I arrived, the experience was exceptional. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, setting the tone for a delightful meal. The food was absolutely delicious comforting, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. Each dish felt crafted with care and balance, offering both satisfaction and a touch of indulgence. Our waiter Andres was amazing! This spot delivers not just great food, but a dining experience that leaves you wanting to return. I’ll definitely be back.
First visit here, and I loved it!! Love the atmosphere, and my server, Shubham, was great! The food was delicious, and that was one of the best omelettes I’ve ever had. My almond milk latte had the perfect balance and was creamy. I can’t wait to come back and try other dishes. I definitely found a new favorite!
Such a good find while walking around The Gulch! We were craving something fresh and light and ended up splitting the blackened fish tacos and Cobb salad both were so delicious. The tacos were perfectly seasoned & cooked. It with a homemade salsa that was amazinggg! I also got their iced matcha, and as a matcha lover, I was impressed.. it’s real ceremonial matcha, not the fake stuff. We also shared the beer pretzels with the infused beer cheese and loved those too. Service was quick, super friendly, and the manager even stopped by to greet us and told us everything is made from scratch with fresh ingredients, which was the cherry on top for us! Will definitely be back next time I’m in Nashville.
I came here for my friend’s birthday and what an incredible experience! The food was absolutely perfect. I had the Herb Chicken Bowl and it was delicious. Our server Juan David went above and beyond with his suggestions, sharing the back story of the restaurant, and providing such attentive service. Everything was so good that we even asked to speak with the manager Alex, who was also incredibly kind and welcoming. We are only in town for the weekend but I already plan to come back again before we leave. Truly outstanding all around!
Amazing food and even more amazing people! Every dish is full of flavor, and I’ve loved every single time I’ve been here. The host Anya and Shubham makes you feel like you’re visiting friends rather than a restaurant. Always such a great experience!
Silo is awesome. Super pet friendly (brought my dog a pup cup and a treat) too! Don’t miss out on the egg sandwich, it’s unbelievable. Corey was the MAN! They also just rolled out discounts if you’re a Gulch local — don’t miss out!
My wife and I heard about this newly opened restaurant through social media and were instantly intrigued. It’s tucked inside the brand-new Canopy Hotel, and we decided to check it out for dinner on a Saturday evening. We arrived around 7 p.m., just as the place was starting to fill up with a lively crowd. The ambiance struck us right away — warm and inviting, yet spacious. Tables are nicely spread out so you’re not too close to your neighbors, and there’s a bar area that adds a laid-back charm. The high ceilings on the ground floor give it an airy feel, and the overall vibe was stylish yet unpretentious — the kind of place where you could easily linger for hours. Food & Drinks: One of the coolest things about this place is their collaborative menu concept — they’ve partnered with local favorites to round out their offerings. You can order draft beer from Yazoo, coffee from 8th & Roast, and pizzas from Five Points, along with their own in-house dishes. It’s like getting a taste of Nashville all in one spot. Yazoo Locale APA I started with a Yazoo Locale APA — light, crisp, and super refreshing. Just the kind of beer I enjoy. It paired perfectly with the food and set the tone for the night. Charred Steak Bowl This dish came out looking like a rainbow in a bowl — vibrant and full of texture. The charred steak was cooked to a perfect medium: tender, flavorful, and nicely seared. While I usually go for medium-rare, this was chewy in a good way and seasoned beautifully. It came with roasted grape tomatoes, sliced carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, and a bed of aromatic jasmine rice. Everything was balanced, both in flavor and in texture. If you’re a rice bowl fan, this one’s a must. Mac & Cheese Croquettes (Vegan) These surprised us in the best way. Golden and crispy on the outside, with a smooth, not-too-cheesy filling that had great flavor. The sauce underneath added just the right amount of kick without overpowering the dish. Light, flavorful, and not greasy at all — we absolutely loved these and would order them again in a heartbeat. Overall, we had a wonderful time. The food was thoughtful and delicious, the drinks hit the mark, and the whole place had a relaxed, easygoing energy that made us want to stay longer. We’ll definitely be back — and we’re already telling friends to check it out. Highly recommend!
This is my new weekend brunch spot, great vibes, a balanced sounds system, amazing food and Corey at the bar takes great care of everyone.
We moved to the gulch recently and have been loving this place. The food is great and even better service. Tez has been wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. We will definitely be back

Silo Es is an absolute gem that perfectly blends a restaurant, bar, and coffee shop into one incredible space. My favorite dish is the miso BBQ salmon—it’s absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The drinks are amazing as well; everything is well-crafted and consistently high quality. On top of that, their coffee is locally sourced, which makes the experience even better and shows their commitment to quality. I had a wonderful experience at silo in The Gulch, Nashville. The restaurant has a stylish yet relaxed vibe, with a beautiful open space and a welcoming atmosphere that makes it perfect for any time of day. For breakfast, I tried the avocado toast, and it was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared, simple but done really well. It’s a great option to start the day. Dinner was just as impressive. Had a great time here with friends. The outdoor seating is a great spot to hang out, and it was nice that the place is pet friendly. Good atmosphere and a fun place to spend an evening.

Good brunch, loved the eggs Benedict. The service though was almost nonexistent. Idk, guess I went on a slow day, so maybe there wasn't that many staff on hand. Though, the brunch was worth it.

So much potential. I came here because AI suggested it after my first pick was unexpectedly closed for maintenance. AI can still be wrong, folks. Skynet isn’t alive yet. That chicken “bowl” in the photo was $18. The only thing that made it a chicken bowl was the fact that it was indeed served, in a bowl. The chicken “bowl” wasn’t bad. It was just a toddler sized portion for $18. I know everything is expensive and nobody cares about our finances but come on. The beer, $8. I was low key rushed to pay by the outgoing bartender. The other one was obviously under the weather - for several days now - source: the bartender under the weather, talking to a patron. This place has potential too, it’s a cool spot. If only service was taken seriously. If only price for value was apparent. If in a pinch? Sure, make a visit. Otherwise there are other places within 1-2 blocks that are probably more worth your visit.
Honestly had such an amazing time! Evan was an actual gem! He finished his last training shift looking like a pro. It’s a shame his “trainer” was negative and honestly rather rude the whole time.
We were staying at the adjoining hotel and ordered takeout. The bar was hopping but the restaurant only had two tables of people sitting outside and nobody inside, so I figured it would be quick. First, there's no clear area to go to for pickup when you enter from the street. There is a podium on the interior hotel side, but nobody was there so it took several minutes for someone to see me waiting. The gentleman said he would check on my order and brought the pizza out first. He disappeared for 10 minutes and then brought out the salmon and salad. I was also waiting for two drinks but he left again, presumably to get those. Another 10 minutes went by, so when I saw him come back to the dining area, I got up to ask for the drinks and the bill so I could get out of there. He was fairly condescending and said he was getting them, but it seemed like he had completely forgotten. At that point, a very nice woman brought the drinks and my bill. It was close to 30 minutes to pick up the order and by the time I got everything, the pizza was cold. My friend enjoyed the salmon and the side salad was okay. I would not return based on my experience and would not recommend anyone pick up food unless they have a lot of time to wait.
The waiter was a gentleman. But the food portion was small small small. We went with a party of 11 for an early dinner. Ordered the fish taco. The fish on the taco was the size of my pinky finger. The soft taco open was smaller than my wife's palm. It tasted good But the portion was slim. The fish was the size of a minnow. The Cobb salad was very small. My grandson enjoyed the thin crust pizza. Everything else was fine. Hello management. Increase the portion on your fish and salad size.
We had Thanksgiving at Silo tonight. I will start by saying the food was good. We especially enjoyed the mashed potatoes. However, I had called before twice to confirm there would be gluten free options or substitutions for my sister for the menu items listed. I was assured that she would have a substitute for the bread, and that she would have a stuffing option but just no gravy. Neither of those were offered. We were thankful for the soup that was offered as well as the mashed potatoes, though! I was told ahead of time that the manger would email me the gluten free menu, but I never got an email. I was also told a note would be put on our reservation but it appeared that the restaurant was blindsided by our gluten free request as the server had to go into the back and ask the chef what her options would be. We are not a hard-to-please family, but my sister has celiac disease and I had called around to many restaurants to find one that would accommodate her allergy, and wanted to make sure she had a good Thanksgiving dinner as well. The atmosphere was also lacking in our opinion, and three small circle tables were just pushed together so we were all sitting far apart. We had to ask for serving utensils for many dishes, as well as ask for the stuffing. We had to ask for a cocktail menu. Overall we liked the food, but felt misled on the gluten free options and a bit disappointed in the experience, especially considering the price. Ps: Our server was nice, and we are thankful that he chose to work on Thanksgiving. The wine pairings were good. It just all seemed disorganized, and we won’t be back because of that.
Typical hotel restaurant bar quality. I would hang out at the bar but skip the food. Our meals were edible but not great. Service was fine. The atmosphere is nice and the drinks were decent. Although the fragrance blowing throughout the whole place was overbearing.

I live next door and always come in for coffee in the mornings and always have a nice experience. Today my friend and I wanted to try Silo for dinner, and it was probably the worst service I’ve received in a while. There was 3 tables being served total, and a few people at the bar. It took someone 10 min to come to our table and take our order. We go our food and it was disgusting. The pasta had zero seasoning, and my friend’s buffalo chicken had a weird taste to it. I’m really disappointed in this place I was excited to try it.
New establishment located inside a hotel in the Gulch. It takes time for everything to fall into place. I hope things improve... The food wasn't memorable at all...
Thanksgiving food was not what I had expected. Too many butternut squash in each dish. Sliced ham and sliced turkey tasted almost processed. Brussel sprout were hard and not flavorful. The dessert pies were too cold to eat. Needed to be room temperature. Wine paring was not tasty.
We were excited to try Silo but you are basically eating in the hotel lobby. We liked the apps a lot but the mains were very basic and pretty pricey. There are so many other better options in Nashville! UPDATE: Silo has been extremely proactive in asking for feedback and has gone above and beyond to try to ensure a better experience. I have been very impressed by their responsiveness and commitment to improvement and will give it another try in the future.
It's a no! Food was not seasoned at all. The bartender and the FOH manager were the only employees. She was rude and unprofessional. It was his first day. He said that he didn't know how the food tastes, so it's a gamble for us to order it. We were the only table in the entire "lobby". Bathroom is inconvenient. Entire family got home to stomachs in knots, uncomfortable pain and well you know...... Something was definitely old...... Mac and cheese was raw flour and inedible. Pizza was okay. Fried chicken was old gross frier oil, ceaser was topped with chimmurri, WHY ....
“Carne asada huevos rancheros” apparently gets charged extra for actually having steak on them. Seems obvious it’s an intentional money grab even though the tile of the dish includes steak. Also, came with clearly one egg not two and on top of a pile of chips not tortillas. On top of that, service was poor and clearly people aren’t trained well as even waiting for the bill took a long time with maybe 8 people in the entire place. After asking about the extra charge I was told it’s because it had steak. She offered to adjust the ticket but after the entire experience I was done and just left. Seems like family members of the hotel owner are working there based on the lack of professionalism.

They can’t divide up the check
Dysfunctional restaurant with bad ambiance. Staff didn’t know which menus to give us, no signage for restaurant, felt like a combo of pizza shop, bar, coffee shop, and hotel lobby all in one. Greasy low quality food. Would not recommend.
Came in at 8:00 tonight, they don’t close till 10. Me and my boyfriend just wanted to order take out for pizza and head home. Got our id’s checked by the manager( not upset we understand we look young and are both in the food industry!) the manager gave us waters and menus and said the bartender would be right with us, he proceeded to talk to everyone at the bar except the people in the front side of the bar towards the door, he then went around the “o” shaped bar on the other side to avoid us, we waited 15 minutes to order take out! As we decided to get up the bartender came over, and just smirked as we said we were going to leave. We live right down the road and won’t be back.
This place used to be cool. Management dosnt seem to care about it going down hill though. Foods good but the over all experience is underwhelming.
