Service at the bar is subpar. The wings are overcooked and dry. Surprisingly the Mushroom smashburger was decent. The atmosphere is ok, but the music drowning out the sound of the football game is irritating.

Went with the family to try their appetizers. We don't eat meat so we weren't there for the wings. The service was very sub par. The food was bland and the chips were undercooked. We had to wait a long time and flag the serve many times to get what we needed. I had planned to come again and try their cauliflower wings but after this visit, we aren't going to try again.

First when we arrived we waited a long time just to get seated. Then we received the worst service by this waiter because she did not want to answer a single question and she kept on saying just let me know what you guys want to order. It was in the middle of the day on Tuesday and she acted as if she was super busy

Visited on a Tuesday night, which I expected to be busy, so the 40-minute wait for a table was understandable. Once seated, the staff took our order and served it quickly. However, the wings were a major disappointment. I ordered nearly 60 wings (traditional &boneless), and none of them were hot — they were all cold, clearly not freshly cooked. What really bothered me was the sauce. We come to Buffalo Wild Wings for the bold, flavorful sauces — that’s what makes the experience. But this time, the sauces were barely there. Most of the wings looked like the sauce was just drizzled on as decoration rather than being fully coated. When I asked the waitress about it, she said, “We do the sauce based on the number of pumps per number of wings.” That’s fine, but the sauce should still cover the wings evenly, which wasn’t the case. After I pointed it out again, she brought extra sauce on the side. I took photos of a few wings, but honestly, about 60% of them looked like that — under-sauced and dry. Overall, this visit didn’t live up to the BWW experience we expect. Cold wings and minimal sauce don’t justify coming here.

Ordered thru doordash, guess what, i got 20 plain chicken with no sauce but ranch, and they remembered my mac & cheese, wonderful job!!! never ordering again.

The service here was the most disappointing I have EVER had! Our food came out 1 at a time like probably 10-20 minutes apart from eachother. If I wanted to eat at separate times from the rest of my family I would have stayed home. We were told that is how service is done and if we want it to come all together then we have to ask but even then some of our food would be cold versus others will be hot. VERY disappointing and WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN! We were not given ANY silverware or let alone napkins! I had to ask for all this! The manager had said to us that we will just have to let it come out when it ready which will not be all together unless we ask. Like thats not a kitchen works? You are to time it so that all the food comes out together for the table. Like why is this place even open??? It's not a restaurant its a joke! Close it down!! I had to ask for everything that would be normally given to in a proper restaurant. Our server only came by our table a max of 3 times! We kept having to flag anyone down to our table. She never came to check on us. Again NEVER GOING BACK!

Went to BWW In Tracy CA. The server was rude rolled her eyes at us. Our drink had food in it. The $2.00 beers they didn't have Coors light, bud light,or michelobe ultra. So in hine sight they had nothing but Miller lite. And she said take it or leave it. Haley is a terrible waitress.

Buffalo Wild wings has the most gross food. Everything is frozen. I will not go back there to eat if they want to make a better. They need to add better food, fresh. It's garbage, and it's very expensive service suck. Waited too long to get any type of service. Would I go back there no buffalo?Wild wings sucks in my opinion...... i've been 2 locations, and I will not try again in any location.....

This Buffalo Wild Wings location fell far below expectations. My date and I each ordered a 6-piece wing with fries. The first order arrived completely cold. When we asked for fresh wings, a second batch was brought out within minutes, but it was clear they had just been sitting under a warming lamp—still not hot and nowhere near fresh. To make matters worse, our fries never arrived with either order. We eventually had to request that fresh chicken actually be dropped and cooked for us. This experience was unacceptable, and we will not be returning to this location.

Totally disappointed. I ordered chicken wings and a large portion of Parmesan garlic cauliflower wings, but they completely forgot to add the garlic and Parmesan. What I received were just plain, dry cauliflower wings with no flavor at all. Really expected better..

I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings and, while the food tasted good, I was disappointed with the portion sizes. Despite ordering a large size, the quantity seemed smaller than expected, especially compared to previous visits. Additionally, I requested three servings of ranch dressing but only received two, even though the bag label indicated three.

12:18 p.m. My family of 4 arrived and waited at the front desk for 10 minutes. Not one person came out to greet us, and the bartender just ignored us after looking over. I saw that it was not busy, with a few people sitting around the bar dining area. I continued to wait to be seated but felt disrespected and felt I had to leave. We walked next door to BJs instead, where we were greeted by friendly staff and immediately sat at a booth; a completely better customer experience. Get your act together, Buffalo Wild Wings, and value your customers, or else they will leave and bring their business elsewhere. Edit: Saturday, 12:18PM and the place was not busy and felt dead. Going over to BJs was a breath of fresh air and a better experience.

I don’t usually write reviews but… To say I’m disgusted would actually be an understatement. I ordered wings and, not only was there pretty much zero sauce on them, one of the wings still had FEATHERS. I threw everything out. I also ordered carrots & celery and they gave me fries instead. I will never be eating or ordering from here again.

The food is incredible, the service is outstanding, but everytime I come here the bathroom looks like this...This is inexcusable and flat out DISGUSTING!!! There's urine all over the floor, making it VERY slippery, the smell is atrocious. I had to wipe my feet OUTSIDE of the restroom. SERIOUSLY?!?!?! How does anyone that works here not notice this and fix this?
