They are amazing. We love their pizzas, salads, and bread sticks. Their service is always wonderful.

I just inhaled half a medium because I was famished, with a brutal headache. This place has so many great toppings, good varie5fir the carnivores and the vegetarians (omg tysm)! They made and delivered three pizzas fast, and the owner delivered them himself! My barking chihuahua-mix dogs didn't faze him at all, but he was kind to them. I wish I had been friendlier myself, I just needed to fuel up before I could be human again. Dude was good people. Thanks for feeding my fam (and tomorrow's nom leftovers)!

Pizza Guys from Tracy came to our rescue; we needed last minute pizza and the catering pasta trays and Robin and his team delivery was outstanding!!! They were able to accommodate our last minute requests and they delivered on time- including late at night. Pizza was really good; great crust and toppings and the pasta once again did not disappoint: perfectly cooked and full of flavor!! Thank you! I can always trust them for a great meal and experience!!

I am from the Bay area. I was visiting my family. Stopped by to get a veggie pizza for my mom. my personal favorite is Creamy Pesto. We absolutely LOVE this spot. Now every time we are in Tracy we always stop by and pick up few pizza's. Staff is really friendly as well. I definitely recommend everyone to try this pizza. you will not a disappointed.

I had a great experience at pizza guys, here in Tracy. I accidentally messed up my order, but the owner and his son were super understanding and quickly fixed it without any hassle. The pizza was delicious as always, and their friendly, helpful service made my day. Highly recommend this place—not just for the food, but for the wonderful people who work there!

We enjoyed ordering pizza and pasta from the Pizza Guys, and the quality was exceptional. Collaborating with Robin has been a wonderful experience; he is highly accommodating with scheduling. The pizza and pasta were freshly prepared, and the delivery service was efficient, showcasing excellent communication. Overall, our experience with them has been very positive. I recommend this place.

I recently tried the newly introduced Tandoori Chicken Pizza at Pizza Guys, and it was absolutely delicious! The tandoori chicken was perfectly spiced and tender, and the flavors blended beautifully with the pizza crust. A unique and tasty twist that I highly recommend! On top of that, the owner, Amrike Singh, is incredibly humble and always makes sure customers feel welcome. It’s clear they put a lot of care into both their food and customer service. If you’re looking for something new and flavorful, definitely give this pizza a try!

Pizza guys is probably my favorite. Better than Domino's, but cheaper than round table. Good quality, and I love their creamy garlic sauce, and the creamy pesto!!! Sooo yummy!! Not the greatest location, and they don't deliver to my side of town for some reason. But definitely worth the drive for pick up, (I refuse to support Doordash and grubhub). And the young man who helped when I came to pick up was great! Best service I have received in a lonnng time!

First time ordering from this place and the Spinach Garlic Chicken Tuscany Thin Crust was FANTASTIC! It's quite literally the perfect pizza for me. So good, lots of toppings, and to the edge (like Round Table). Yes the prices are a little higher than the competition but better toppings and better pizza is worth it. The lady who rang me up was also very nice and even gave me a free 2-liter. If they keep making pies like the one I had tonight, I'll keep coming back!

The Pizza is really good, They never make your pizza though until you're there I don't know it's because maybe it's not paid for online. So if you schedule for pickup and you don't prepay expect to wait while they make it and cook it. Otherwise I would have given all five stars!

Do not use their online system. I placed an online order and it took the money off my card but I noticed I didn’t receive a receipt. When I called the store they acknowledged that there is an issue with the site where it does that sometimes and they have no control . They refused to help me stating they cannot do anything, they can’t make my Pizza or give me a refund. The person I spoke with said he was the owner but he did not have any information on who I could Contact for a resolution and suggested I go on Google. If this is a known issue, why do you accept orders and payment through your site?? And have no resolution?? UPDATE: after after leaving this review, received a call from someone who confirmed my information, assured me that my money was refunded and requested that I remove my negative review. I should not have to leave a negative review for a resolution.

I ordered a delivery for a work meeting at 1045 am on line. The pizza got here 45min late after the meeting. The "Veggie guy pizza" comes with 2 toppings, mushrooms and olives. I thought veggie pizzas come with vegetables, something green maybe. The" MVP" comes with 2 meats. Not what I expected. This will be my last time. I always used Mountain Mike's and decided to give this place a try. My mistake.

I dont review much but here we go. Ordered online, so everything was in black and white with no communication issues. They went to wrong address. Pizza ended up being Luke warm. Missing all of my add on toppings. Also, missing one of my 2 liters. I call, what a nightmare. Back and forth with the lady and she didn't understand anything I was trying to tell here. 10min later Manager gets on, also the delivery guy who I tipped. After another 5min he said he would be here in 15-20min with replacement pizza and 2 liter. Well 1 hour later now no items and no call. Used to be one of my go to spots. Will never go here again. Didn't even offer a partial refund or coupons. Avoid this spot. Local spot downtown is well worth the extra few bucks! Update: called the driver directly after this post. I was told "I had other deliveries and I will come soon". So take my money provide bad service and compound it by not making it a priority to fix your mistake. He spoke to me like it was my fault and I will get it when I get it. So a total of 2 hours from when I placed the order. One more update: so manager/delivery drive drops pizza off at door step, no knock or anything. Hilariously everything was wrong again. Reaction to cooporate response below: Well, thanks for your response Robin. But the address that I allegedly wrote in wrong was literally right around the corner. And it being late had nothing to do with my writting a review, as if that was the only issue I would not have wasted my time writing a review and accepted I may have been at fault. But in your response you did a great job of NOT addressing any other issue I stated.

The young staff that worked there were super nice and very accommodating. However, this new management is horrible. They have delivered pizza to a wrong address twice. When I called calmly requesting for a new pizza (no big deal accidents happen) the management came off hostile and rude. They said they will “investigate” and return back with a solution. They never did. I had to call back days later asking for a resolution. There was no resolution and they tried to tell me it was delivered at my door. Ring footage says otherwise. I understand people can be deceiving and lying but you should try to give the customer benefit of the doubt. I offered to show ring camera footage, card statements and whatever else to prove I’m not “lying” but I felt disregarded. The pizza quality has drastically decreased as well however the pizza guys franchise has always been solid so I wanted to keep returning. The problem I have is that pizza guys Tracy is utterly disrespectful and does not honor morality and business ethics. While I see good reviews, I do feel obligated that this business must come forthright with their business practices. To lie and deceive to customers and not refund or provide a service with the customers money is straight up wrong. I hope pizza guys Tracy can turn things around and be a good asset to this community. Until then. Please find better options in the area. This is not one of them.
