I started again to buy from Pizza Hut. This one in the 11th st is really good, bought twice in 2 weeks all veggie and cheese pizzas tasted very good. Not so crowded so far, quick pick ups.

I ordered takeout. The pizza was pretty good. Same taste I have come to expect from Pizza Hut. Employees were not too great at customer service. Had a good special! It's better than there next-door neighbor!! There was not a dine-in option. Thought I should definitely mention that for customers who like to goto pizza hut for a seated meal.

Staff at Tracy store was very nice. They re-did my order, it was bungled up ordering on the web from my cellphone. Stuffed crust Veggie supreme pizza, my order, was nice. My tough judge family also liked it. The earlier buttery feeling with Pizza hut pizzas was missing, which I preferred, but it was still much better than the pizza next door.

I like that its quick, the service is good, online ordering is easy ..if i have to say something and that cancels eachother out...the pizza crust or dough could be softer but they have the stuffed crust option....and you know the suffed crust is good if you have extra kids or pets or if you do the couples dating thing ....

I ordered takeout. The pizza was pretty good. Same taste I have come to expect from Pizza Hut. Employees were not too great at customer service. Had a good special! Good spot, no complaints. Standard Pizza Hut pizza, the staff are personable and friendly. Orders have been correct for me 100% of the time. Not much for atmosphere as it’s essentially a pick up location with no dine-in seating — also not a bad thing. Good grab-and-go location, orders land on time.

Pizza Hut has great pepperoni pizza. The cheese ehhh it’s a little too crispy for my liking. Their specialty pizzas are horrible. I have a 3 stars for the pepperoni pizza only and I’ll buy it for my kids. The specialty pizzas are not so good. Their supreme pizza had a tasted I just couldn’t do it the sausage has a seasoning in it I just don’t like. What was extremely disappointing was the fact that I ordered a bbq chicken pizza and it was sooooo dry I couldn’t even swallow it. It seemed like it was days old pizza.

It was way overpriced and pretty dry for pizza. For Two personal little pizzas and 4 breadsticks it was $35. I could 3x that at dominoes and I would enjoy it. Won't be going again anytime soon if at all. It's a bummer cause I used to love pizza hut.

I don't understand why they charged me so much more this time. I always order the same large pizza with five toppings. They charged me $24.00, and I've always paid $19.70 for the same large pizza. And besides charging me so much more, the pizza had very little of each ingredient. This time the crust was practically bare, with hardly any toppings, which is why I'm giving them one star ⭐️

Ordered a 5 topping pizza. Got 4. Phoned back and they refused to admit and asked to bring pizza back, which of course is highly inconvenient and waste of time for customer. This was my first and last order. Pizza wasn't tasty either.

Wings had minimal sauce and I had to mix the sauce myself. It was cold to the touch. The bread sticks were also cold to the touch also. Very disappointing.

Apparently, keeping the $31.15 is more important than correcting crappy service. Edit: it's been 6 months now. Corporate office had promised to refund my money (I never got my pizza), but obviously are also too busy to cut a check. Edit: after almost 2 years and escalating to director of west coast operations, Pizza Hut managed to find the time to refund my money.
