Three times in a row I have had amazing food! It’s always fresh and super tasty. Never soggy and somehow I don’t get dehydrated from eating it. It’s close by and I will be ordering a lot more! Thank you for the great service.

Every time i have ever been to this location the staff is EXTREMELY kind and positive. I don’t come here often but each time I have visited. it is memorable how kind the staff is. They always compliment, prepare fresh food when they don’t have enough of what you order and are extremely apologetic for any inconvenience. I don’t often eat panda express but now, the people at this location make me want to go out of my way to give them my service. I wish i got the names of the workers because genuinely they deserve a direct shoutout

I ordered online, and I walked to the counter to pick up the food at the time on the app. However, it was not ready, so they gave me a complimentary drink while I waited. I found that it was very kind and generous. I always love Panda Express! Their food was hot and fresh. Very good!!

This Panda had non stop fresh food the time your in line you can see the dishes being refilled. Love this Panda and doesn't over due it on cabbage for chow mein. It's a perfect mix.

PANDA IS GOOD AT MOST PLACES I GO. SOME PLACES/STATES DON'T HAVE THE CHOW MEIN. THEY HAVE THE THICKER NOODLES, WHICH I DON'T LIKE. THAT IS THE ONLY TIME WHEN I GET BAD EXPERIENCE. FOOD IS CONSISTENT FOR THE MOST PART ANYWHERE IN THE US. SOMETIMES THE FOOD SITS FOR TOO LONG AND ITS NOT FRESH. I REQUEST FOOD FROM A FRESH BATCH AND THEY GET IT GOING UPON REQUEST.

Good food always! Super super busy and over crowded in the evenings. But they are fast and efficient. Never had any tables open to sit down, but they moved their customers through efficiently. Employees have smiles on their faces and seem to enjoy being there.

I came here at dinner time last weekend (around 6 pm). Place was full. Employee took our order before we entered the line. Food was delivered after a short wait. Egg rolls are dry without the sauce. Cream cheese rangoons are delicious. There are small 2 seat tables, which are great.

The Bejing Beef was great. Very spicy. The rice was a little dry. Other than that, this place gets 4 stars.

Typical panda, the staff was efficient and appeared to have prepared enough food for the initial dinner rush. The only thing is the seasoning seemed to be lacking compared to other locations, I think, for the fried rice and chow mein.

Their billing process is not inefficient during busy times. It takes a long long time to pay for the food. Cashiers try to work as fast as they can but I think they just need more staff and billing counters.

It says they close at 10:30pm. However I try to go in at 9:40 pm and the doors were locked. So I went trough the drive trough and they said their kitchen was closed. They didn't have rice or chowmein only a couple item's. So I ordered nothing. They might as well close at 10 pm if they don't have food 45 minutes before closing.

Worst place to eat in town. My whole order was wrong and this is what my noodles looked like.

The portion sizes they give are for a child. You want to serve child portions then charge accordingly. The line was so long and the service was so slow. Everything is already cooked what's the hold up! Half of the restaurant seating was closed off causing everyone to stand and be in the way. I would have given a 1 star but I like the orange chicken. Get it together Panda!

Staff are fast and pleasant, however the food is very salty, and most dishes are deep fried or battered so really most are not exactly healthy. However they did make wok shrimp or something like that where the shrimp was sautéed and not battered. That was the only dish that was good but they stopped making it and replaced it with battered chicken or something. Come on...will you listen to customers and bring back that hot wok shrimp dish at least.

They are so slow. The line wrapped around the store and didn't have many employees working. I'm not exaggerating but I waited over 15 minutes to order. Half of the foods were not ready for people. Employees were nice and hard working and that was the best part💯👍

Just ordered over $30.00 worth of food, they forgot an order of egg rolls, the noodles on the chow main were hard and cold, my broccoli beef was way under cooked and everything smelled and taste of onions, I love onions but this was really bad!! I will not be eating or ordering here again, called to let them know but no one answers the phone.

This location always has something wrong with their food. One time the chicken was somehow stale and hard to chew so it was virtually inedible; this time the celery and onions in the chow mein both tasted and smelled pungent rendering them inedible, and the orange chicken was soggy. I've never had a bad experience at Panda Express but this particular location has consistantly disappointed both me and the group I arrive with so I know it's not just me. I reccommend the manager take a close look at how the food is being prepared because it is definitely dissimilar from every other location I have been to.

Walked in with my husband today @ 9:37 pm Ryan was the one helping us. I wouldn’t say helping he was not of any help he just was rude, it was late but there was still a hour left of business. There was a full staff of everyone just rushing to close. I asked for basic white rice and was told there’s no more and it takes 1 hour to make white rice by Andrea who claimed to be the lead on shift since they don’t have any manager available l. Place was clearly poorly ran, really there was nothing available why keep your business open till 10:30 pm and stop cooking and making food a hour before closing. If you have customers coming to your location you should have rice available for those who can not eat the fried rice/chow mein.

I’m not sure what it is about Tracy but the service in this town starts decent and then becomes awful. Everywhere. This place used to be decent, but now? Awful. The food is fine. It’s a chain restaurant. If I’m going to pay almost ten dollars for a dinner plate I expect them to give me more than a single scoop of everything. Short on the rice, noodles, and entree. Also had two employees tell me they didn’t give any college student discounts. That’s a blatant lie. Next time the district manager should give these people a surprise visit.

No eggplant tofu and it on the menu thats not right. I came far to eat eggplant tofu and I was told by workers no tofu. And long wait here

Look I know it’s 30-40mins before closing, but when you run out of both fried rice and white rice and still charge full price for the entree’s, that’s crazy. I understand you guys run out towards the end of the day but the least you could do is give a small discount since I’m basically getting HALF the meal I’m paying for. Why is it so much to ask for that? Food is over priced garbage anyway… They give very small portions for the price you are paying. Your better off going somewhere else if it’s even an hour before they close. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money.

I placed the order on Sunday 03/20 at 7:54 pm which was paid at the time of order. When I went to pickup the order at 8:25pm, the staff said they no longer have the items and they will not make it. When I asked to cancel the order, staff said that they cant cancel the order. I went online and search for order cancellation. I did not find any option to cancel it. Instead online status was showing order fulfilled. Staff was not willing to talk to me on how order is in fulfill status. So My only option is to dispute the transaction. Beware before you place any online order to this place.

Walked in over an hour before they closed. Everything was out. Mushroom chicken has 3 mushrooms and no chicken in it. Broccoli Beef was all broccoli. They only had orange chicken cooked and ready. Then the server asked me what I wanted for my second entrée. It is pretty obvious that there is only orange chicken left. I told him there's only one option. He didn't look at me, didn't apologize for having nothing cooked. Just stared at the wall and said "Well, we close in an hour". It seems like this is pretty reoccurring. Pretty sad to see since It wasnt like this before. I dont get this kind of service at Panda Express in other cities. Just Tracy.

While waiting in line a customer walked in from the parking lot complaining that his meal had rice instead of chowmein. The server scooped the rice back into the bowl and then served the next customer that rice. I will never go back there.

Very poor customer service ! This is the fourth time this last two months the food or service has been horrible! It use to be great. I have been coming here sense they opened at lease once or twice week. This time I ordered a two item plate, white rice half chow main, orange chicken and black pepper chicken. .There was only me one customer in front one in back of me so slow. When she asked me what I want she wrote it down then started to give me the wrong food thats fine I reminded her what it wasI wanted. I asked her if I could have the fresh chow main that was coming out she said yes it would be six mins I said fine as there was just about a cup full of dryed out left in the bowl. The customer behind me also chose to wait for the new chow main. I waited for about three mins not bad yea. I payed for the food sat out side to eat it. I open the food the rice and chicken tased fine. The chow man was dryed out and cold. She gave me the old one even thought the new one was in the glass container.and cooked. I went back in asked if she could please change the chow main out the rest was fine. She started to do it then I think it was the manager said no we have to throw the plate out and give you a new one and you need to pay the difference . I re explain what I wanted . To throw out the food was a waste of food and was not needed it was fine except for the noodles. . I just want to have a small thing of fresh noodles as these are old and cold the rest was fine she refused to do this. I went outside took the noodles of my plate and ate the rest what a waste. I am so upset not only did I wait and pay for fresh noodles I ate my plate with none. I love Panda Express. But who ever has been running it for the past 11 months or so its not the same. The food use to be great and every one was friendly and great customer service. Not anymore! The place has changed its not food they dont care about the customer anymore. I watch how they treat other customers as well it’s awful. Its ashame it Just horrible!!!!

From the best of my knowledge, when your scheduled to open for business, should you not have everything on your menu ready for order?..you walk in this establishment and instead of being able to choose a food item, all you see is stainless steel empty food trays that should had been fill when you opened up an hour ago..the lil food as chowmien and rice look disgusting and old!!.Where is the management here..does anyone monitor this establishment?..you open at 9am but nothing is ready!!! And we're expected to wait 15to 20 minutes for food that should had all ready been made...

I ordered La carte Carry out containers, for items. These MoFo, put it in plate boxes. Didn’t give me what I ordered I ordered a LARGE honey prawn, shrimps. They put it in the plate boxes mix with sesame chicken all I ordered was container was orange chicken, honey prawn and chowmein.! Mind u a large honey prawn was is 19bucks! Never again…. This was take out to!
