One of the best locations out of the entire East Bay... This location has always had fresh everything from bread baked daily to produce. The food turnover rate is very high so it seems. You usually can tell by looking at the produce. The people there are friendly and polite.

Great service as always! Every time we are in town we will visit this Subway and it has not disappointed us yet! West Coast Nationals 2025! We'll see you again next year!

Standard Subway. The guy making sandwiches was the only one there. He did just fine and our sandwiches were good

Do not order online at this location. Ordered a steak sandwich with just cheese, lettuce, onion, and banana peppers. They added mayo, tomatoes, jalapeños and pickles. Not easy to remove when it’s all mixed into the sandwich and juices soaked into the bread. Seriously, how hard is it to read an order?
Never ever go to this branch. Especially the server attached here. The most atrocious person ever. Puts hot sauce on my kids sub, wen asked that we didn't ask you to put this please make another one he says no it won't happen and throws the sub in the bin. Never have I experienced such a hostile attitude. My never ending hate for subway starts .
This is what a nearly 15$ all American club looks like. 6 slices of razor thin meat. 2 slices of bacon. Suppose to come with 2x American cheese. But the guy wouldn’t honor the menu. Asked for it not toasted. He toasted it. This will be my last time ever visiting a subway. This chain has gone to complete trash.

Stay away from this location. Look at the reviews. There are a lot of bad reviews for a reason. I paid extra for more meat on the sandwich and they tried to scam you by putting less meat. The customer service is terrible too.
This place is unethical. The price they charge is different than what’s on their screen. Veggie delite is listed for 10.99 and they rang up 11.99 for it. The worker had no clue. Other places list it for 9.99.
I asked for give me cheese and veggies from bottom of the pan not top ones the guy working here refused I also gave him lil mall tip just for this behaviour and attitude
The Disney plus promo doesn't work here. If you use the promo here they will void the sandwich transaction. Unfortunately, it shows that you already claimed the code and it will no longer work anywhere. Avoid using your Disney plus promo here.
Just now I came to pick up online order. My online order was literally on the desk ready for pick up, as i saw it. The lady asked me to wait at least 20 minutes just because she wanted to complete whatever she’s doing, even though it just takes one or two seconds to grab my sandwich from the desk. What kind of business mode is this to hire nasty people to drive customers away? Very interesting. Bye Subway!
Terrible for a restaurant to say they close at 9pm but when you arrive at 843pm the person working has locked the doors and won't come service you ...terrible!
Came here to this location about 25-30 minutes early before the closing time they show on the app. When i got here the store was long locked and no one was in sight. For a fast food shop that makes you sandwiches while you watch them, 30 minutes is a long time, maybe it was even longer because there was no sign of anyone leaving or in the store. Why advertise a fake closing time? It just wastes the customers time.
Cancels any order online that uses a coupon. Subway claims they’re honoring the $6.99 footlong, but they’ll just cancel your order if you use that coupon.
(I waited over a month to write this review to give the owner a chance to remedy the situation but no response.) Bought a footlong tuna sandwich on two separate occasions (well, a family member got it for me the second time not knowing how bad the first experience had been). The lack of tuna on the sandwich both times was stunning. The only way to adequately describe the sandwich was tuna flavored bread. It was like they spread one tablespoon of tuna over the entire sandwich. The vegetable toppings were the same - meager to say the least. The fact that it happend twice indicates that this is the norm for this location. I've had subway many times at many locations and the only way this could occur is if the owner is training or encouraging the employees to put as little on the sandwiches as possible, likely to be cheap and save money. I contacted Subway customer service about this, requested a refund and was told the owner would reacy out to me. But that never happened. So, now I have no options but to leave this review.
Well, I was craving Subway and arrived at 8:30 and it was supposed to close at 9:00. The guy inside was sweeping the floors and told me it was closed. I guess I have no subway tonight :-) I guess he just closed early and didn't want my business.

I feel like I should complain about this place with government authorities. Date and Time I went here: 01/13/18, 12.50 PM Issues - 1. Worker put back spinach from the chicken sandwich back to the bowl. Upon my complain, he felt too much offended. 2. I started with veggie delight and I felt like adding veggie patty as well, he did not like it. Made weird face and looked at me. 3. I requested him to change his gloves, he said, oh my god and was reluctant to change it. No respect to customers. I asked, I want to talk with Manager, apparently it was manager himself who was behaving like this.
I ordered a meatball Footlong and my meatballs weren’t dehydrated? I think that’s the term because they were warm but they were hard as rocks. I literally spat out my food out. This subway has ruined Subway for me just because of how bad that sandwich was. Thanks for serving me literal rocks, Subway. If I could give 0 stars I would

Worst place it’s a black mark for Subway. I hope the management reads all low ratings for just this person who just does not seem to care that too in USA where customers are treated so well.
