There is an incredibly friendly individual named Diego that helped me and my girlfriend sample. A couple great options and ultimately delivered a exceptional experience. More people like Diego should be in the service industry because they really show how much they care not only about their job, but about their customers, I really appreciated his service and it did not go unnoticed. Thank you Diego.

Jaret nailed it! Its a fast food chain so dont expect everything to be 5 star but agh I was so happy that when I said I wanted fried rice as an entree I didnt have to repeat myself. Honestly its the little things! :)

Jaqueline went above and beyond with her customer service made sure I got everything I needed and was very happy and friendly will definitely come back!

It's Friday pay day but I can't get there and I'm hungry craving panda and I Flippin found one in Truckee , ca probably never would have known if I hadn't gotten turned back into Truckee. They were awesome friendly and understand in my situation and I just want them all to know i appreciate their service and I will be back soon .

A lot of Panda Express's in terms of quality are hit or miss. Happily I can truly say that this was a hit. Additionally, there was a fairly long line of socially distance people waiting when I first got there. But after a couple of large orders were filled at the front, the line moved rather quickly. Obviously it helps to know what you want before you actually get in line.

Panda is pretty consistent everywhere, but this one seems to be the best. I've eaten here regularly since moving to Truckee in 2008, and Carmen, who always has the best attitude, has been there as long as I can remember. Keeping staff for over a decade at a franchise restaurant says a lot about the establishment, and this one is top notch.

It's not gourmet or super fancy. It's Panda and you get what you expect. Only reason for four stars and not five is that it does seem inconsistent in what you get. One day it'll be GREAT, then a few weeks later not so great and just okay. Never had bad and won't stop going.

Great food consistent with the brand enough to meet your expectations. They were busy, but all good eateries are and that's a good sign usually that the food is good. They had a good assortment of what we wanted and so we left full and happy. Wish the dining portion was cleaner though. We had to clean off surfaces before sitting down. They did not offer chopsticks. Namaste.

Panda Express is great. We ordered a family meal online for pick up and this location did a great job with packing the food earlier for us. The only thing that want great was the amount of food we received in the container. The Beijing beef entree was half empty!

2 visits. More than 10 visits at other locations. This is reliable and predictable Chinese fast food American style. This is my go to convenience food stop when I don't want a burger. Stay away from their gift cards. They have service fees and I also lost 3 gift cards to fraud.

I went in there to get a pretty decent sized order that I placed online.I was late by 30 mins but the food (specifically the orange chicken)had never been this dry before. employees dismissed me ignored me and then they all tried to talk about me in Spanish not realizing I was Hispanic as welI I asked asked for 5 plates and I'm sure they will know who I am when they read this review, I was told to go to the back of the line, I told the young man I've already paid for my food and I have it already I just needed 5 plates, instead I was only given two. and a handful of utensil packets no napkins either which was was requested the app as well

I ordered beef and broccoli and I kid you not I get 4 pieces of broccoli and hardly any meat. For what the employees are getting paid you'd think they'd care a bit more.

This Panda Express was not the best. The restaurant was not very clean. Worse of 5 had a lot of issues with our orders. The lady getting our plates had no idea what we were saying and guessed. We were double charged. We brought up the issue, and the young manager fixed the problem, but they should not have servers who can't understand the orders.

They closed at 4 on a Saturday. Only had chow mein, fried rice and orange chicken. Don’t mind if it’s a struggle because of short staffing but the service was terrible. They didn’t give a cup that’s supposed to be included in the kids meal because they closed the fountain also no cookie. Would have been nice to know this info when I started the order. Instead of waiting until I paid.

Generally I have a decent experience ce. The cashier is iffy from time to time but I get it- it’s an older person who perhaps doesn’t trust anyone else with the cash. Well today, I decided to come in earlier and place a few orders done the family. The person ahead of me had already checked out, there as no one behind me. I waited a good 5-6 mins while the cook just stood there shaking the silver pan waiting for the cashier to grab it and put on the line. Whatever idc. So now the cashier goes to the other side of the food thing and just starts looking at the food items. I’m on the phone with my boss and she is like what is happening. I said idk. So I turn around and give like an off look.she then comes over after getting the think that was supposed to be in the food section. I proceed to tell her I need two cub bowls with white rice… she gets me a plate of white rice… I said I need 2 cub bowls. She raises her voice and said this is not a cub bowl. Duh rink think I said 2 cub bowls. I say I know that I asked for 2 cub bowls with rice rice with a louder tone as well. I also said you know what, I’ll keep the plate too. She said it’s ok it’s ok. I said yea I know! She slams the white rice back in the pot. In my head I’m like I know this fool don’t have an attitude. She can’t hear or understand my English and she mad? Tf not. As I’m waiting, 2 construction guys go to the register and grab a cup… this bish puts my 2 cub bowls down to ring them up for their drinks. I should have flipped. But I didn’t. I just walked out. . Old and disrespectful. You don’t ever stop taking an order to handle someone that cut the line. Rude! Needless to say if this is the best Truckee has to offer standards are too low. We will never spend another dollar in this location. Piss poor service when she was wrong. Panda just lost a long time customer. Truckee should expect more or get a chick fila and run this place out of business. That was pure trashy IMO. Chick-fil-A would NEVER!! Anyways be great in what you do and remember to treat people nicely. Not to mention you have little roaches and flies flying … get it together for the rest of the City.

Ordered beef and broccoli plate and received one piece of beef and small amount of broccoli. The other entry portions were very small too compared to other Panda restaurants. Used a delivery service and didn’t get any soy sauces at all. Very disappointed in quantity and quality! Will not order from this store again

Sat outside restaurant for 40 minutes waiting for it to open. Cooks where inside with all the food on the buffet ready to eat. Watched well over 40 people try the door and leave. When someone did show up, there was no apologies for the people waiting. All of the food had a crust on it. I think the cooks put it there 10ninutes prior to there scheduled opening at 10. We ate at 1130, not sure if that was a great decision on my end. I hope that they can get there act together, really like this place when it's done right.

Always bad customer service, unprofessional cashier. I used company purchase card and that was important for me to not go over day limit, so i asked to charge $10 from card and rest - cash. They took 5 min to figure how to charge with cash+credit card and finally charged whole amount from card, so then i had issues with my manager. in 2017 i noticed that they started to put less food in to-go boxes and food changed too it not so good like it was before.

Absolutely horrible. My rice had a bunch of other pieces of rice in it that were hard. Teriyaki chicken was mostly gristle and fat. So after eating the teriyaki I tried the orange chicken and it was dry. Not to mention the customer service. It was absolutely horrible as well. The lady taking care of us was short and very rude. And it seems to be like this at every Panda Express. I will never eat here again I'd advise you not to either.

They gave such a small amount of food. I know shrinkflation is real but honestly, this was laughable. Probably half what I would get at another panda location. Will not be back here.

I asked for 10 soy sauces and she threw them on the counter then told me to count them myself. I only asked for a certain number because last time I asked for a lot she got all mad that I even asked for any at all.

Called in to check in on an order that was taken >30 minutes. The conversation went as follows: “Hey I’m checking in on an order I placed over 30 minutes ago” “What’s your name?” “Dan” *hangs up and doesn’t respond to future calls*.

My boyfriend never had the app, so he asked if he could use his discount to our order. Jose Roman (I assume this is his name because he was drinking off a purple water bottle with a label on it. He was also a skinny man with a beard) said no. My bf asked if we could just cancel the order and then use the app, he goes “no I can’t” in a rude tone and was rushing us. I shrugged it off. Shortly after getting our order, they forgot to give my bf the teriyaki sauce and the sweet and sour sauce. When he asked for it, the big girl worker had an attitude as if we were asking so much from her. Really bad service. I work in business, and i’m not the type to write reviews but this was a ridiculous experience. The only one who really was nice to us was the tall man without the beard

I even called them to verify my order before the dasher pickup and they did not pick up their phone. The refund on door dash should be higher regardless of this stupid mistake on their part was intentional or accidental. This is a recurring issue they have as a business!

No edible vegetarian food other than greens in garlic sauce, which is not a meal. I've been at plenty of pandas expresses with tofu so I didn't even consider checking since this is california. Was very disappointed.

They screwed my door dash order up twice in one night. Couldn’t even get the redelivery right. Read the order. Prepare the order. Place it in bag. Give to driver. Do these steps and your chances of success improve dramatically.
