I’ve been a regular at the Grant location for the past three years, and I’m consistently impressed. The same friendly bartenders have served me time and time again, delivering excellent food, drinks, and outstanding service. This place never disappoints!

Zinburger was good but I ordered medium and it was medium rare, not a big issue but a bit disappointing. My friends ordered the California Burger Bowl and they raved about it. The various fries were also very good.

This is one of the best burger places in Tucson. They have a simple menu of different burger options. If your not feeling your burger on a bun no worries you can get your burger in a bowl. A really well priced menu. I recommend getting the fries as well with the yogurt sauce. The staff is friendly and attentive.

This place has the best burgers in Tucson hands down. If the picture below doesn’t get you hungry, then you are a vegetarian. Which, is ok cause they have many options here for you as well! I took my boys here tonight and the service, food, and drinks were all amazing and fast!

Had lunch with my wife on 12/13/21. Great atmosphere, and food! We had the B.Y.O.B. burgers and I had bacon, egg, and cheese on mine! The Ultimate fries with cheese and bacon are to die for! Alex was our server and he was very prompt with refills and such. We will definitely be back...

My sister and mine first time here. The atmosphere is nice, the burgers are great, the wait staff totally nice and helpful. The prices of everything were reasonable to, which surprised my sister and I. If you haven't been here I would definitely recommend you come by and check it out.

We decided to grab dinner here on impulse. Damn good impulse. The app we got was crispy fries smothered under jalapenos and creamy sauce. My companion made his own burger and ordered a cookies and cream shake. I got the Cali burger bowl, which is just a brilliant menu item. I never eat the bread on burgers anyway and this has all the delicious fixins including sweet potato, mushrooms, quinoa and avocado...and my favorite, ROASTED BRUSSEL SPROUTS. I did not get a chance to see the dessert menu but my companion's shake looked so good that I asked if Espresso shake was on the menu. Initially told no (as it isn't.) But our awesome waiter asked the kitchen and they served it right up. You can tell the whip cream is home made. Everything is made fresh in house daily and one can easily tell in the first bite. Great experience!

First time at Zinburger, totally lived up to the hype. Great service, great food and nice space. We had El Diablo and Ringer. Don't underestimate the spicy for El Diablo, it has a kick. Oh and check out the happy hour special!

Really enjoyed it. It was a very reasonable portion (not small but not too big that you can’t finish it, especially if it is food that are not that good microwaved as leftovers) I felt they used good ingredients like the swiss cheese and everything tasted in harmony with each other. Shake was good too

Always great burgers but they also make a mean chopped wedge! These burgers are the best in town. Not only are the burgers great, but they also have a nice selection of great wines and beers (on tap). I LOVE the ice cold draft beer from their “cobra head” tap! So cool! (Ice cold). I did the Diablo burger and it was fantastic (if you like things spicy). My family all loved theirs as well and if you have the appetite....make it a double!!! Great service from Clariza, as we are at the bar. Also, love that their management supports local non-profits like More Than a Bed (helps foster families)! VictorB

We had the California burger bowl, The Ringer burger and Green chili fries. So delicious. Also love their passion fruit ice tea. This place is always excellent!

I've been meaning to get over to Zinburger for some time and finally made it today for lunch. Being seated by the hostess was very pleasant as she opened the door and took us to our table. Our waitress was equally pleasant as service here is spot on. My son ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a drink and I ordered the Samburger. My Burger didn't come with a side so if you want a side you have to order it separately, which I did not. I ordered it medium but it arrived medium rare. I'm still good with a medium rare burger so no big deal but for review purposes it should have come medium. The atmosphere is pretty good here with seating indoors and outdoor but today was about 105° so we stayed indoors. Wasn't a lot of people there at noon but started to fill up around 12:30. We'll be back again.

Great place to hangout. The burger was good I wish you guys would make your own patties like old fashioned burger places. The service was excellent...

The best spot for weekend happy hour! Everything on the menu tastes great, the drinks are on point and the atmosphere is awesome whether you want to watch the game or chat it up.

I loved everything about this place! When you walk in, the atmosphere, it reminds you of a first watch with a sharp yet relaxed feel. We ordered our food Togo from the bar. The hostess was very kind and directed us where to go with a smile. The bartender acted as our server and brought us waters even though we were ordering to go. She took our orders quickly and with a smile as well. I ordered the burger of the month it is the truffle melt, which is a burger topped with Swiss cheese, truffle cheese caramelized onions, and truffled 1000 island sauce. I substituted the rye bread for the brioche bun. The burger had a nice crunch on the outside while still pink on the inside just as I ordered it and perfectly seasoned. I really enjoyed this burger. The French frys also deserve a mention. They fry them with skins on. They have a good crunch on the outside and are fluffy on the inside, salted and salted wonderfully. I will be back to zinburger for sure, and I will be spreading the word about them, too

Great place to grab drinks, good food and have some great atmosphere. Staff is responsive and friendly with good knowledge of their menu. Food is fantastic and is a must try!

Fantastic! Burgers were delicious, well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Green chili fries were perfect, creamy cheese sauce and nice spice from the jalapeños. Onion rings were crunchy and perfect. Our server, Alex was great, always on top of things. Will definitely return.

This was such an amazing experience! The food and service was outstanding. Our server, Garrett, was the absolute best. Made great suggestions and was so friendly and inviting! My husband was obsessed with the buffalo chicken sandwich and my mom got the regular grilled chicken sandwich and loved it. The kids meal was the perfect size and my spicy margarita and El Diablo burger were to die for! (That is if you love spice) All around amazing experience, not a single complaint.

Nice place for burgers and fries in a more upscale setting for typical American food. Well portioned burgers and sandwiches with fries. Love the banana cream pie for dessert!! Big enough to share between two or three people.

Like every new food journey for me begin with a simple question from my wife, "what do you feel like eating today?" As I scroll, tada, this looks good. 15minutes away and we are off. If you are driving east bound on Grant and turning into the parking lot, be mindful, it's the 2nd turn or you will end up in the dealership next door. The actual parking lot is reasonable with more parking spots on the east side of the restaurant to the back. Plenty of seating and the hostess actual listened to my wife's request for particular seating and accommodated well. Our waitress got everything right, however, seemed like she was in a rush despite the place not being too packed at the time. Overall though, she did a good job. As for seating, there are about 4 sections from bar seating to an outdoors patio area, an outdoors covered area and of course the main dinning area. Very modern open style look with solid tables. Now the food, the main reason for the visit, delicious 😋. My burger was absolutely perfect, my fries a bit thin and oily, however, still tasty. The hot wings...also delicious 😋. We will return for sure.

10/10 SO GOOD! We’re from Michigan and stopped in and so glad we did. Some of the best food we had on our trip. The burgers were so tasty, but also affordable. We got the meatballs and the marinara was the best we ever had. The waiter said they make it in house. The chocolate cream pie was out of this world good. My wife’s shake was super creamy and tasty! Super fun environment. Was a nice American restaurant vibes. Nice attire, but also relaxing. Our waiter was so attentive and so kind. Can yall come to Michigan!?

Went there for the first time and it's was a 10/10. Best burger I've ever had. Got the Diablo which wasn't too spicy along with the green chillies fries. My girlfriend had the double smash burger and it was also great. Will be going back.

We recently visited Zinburger for a very special reason—to give our sweet pup Rocky one last meal. From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond. They greeted us warmly, made Rocky feel like a star with pets and attention, even brought him water, and kept our drinks full without us ever needing to ask. The food is always excellent, but this time it was the kindness and compassion of the staff that truly stood out. At the end, they let us know Rocky’s cheeseburger and milkshake were on the house—a gesture that meant the world to us. That compassion left a lasting impression, and we’ll be coming back often not just for the great burgers, but for the incredible people. 10/10.

Ordered Spicy Chipotle Turkey bowl. It was really good and flavorful. Large portion...took 1/2 of it home for dinner. I will go back!!

My personal favorite is the Diablo Burger, which is always cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. And on the days when I’m not craving a burger, the Chinese Chicken Salad is my go-to. It’s fresh, light, and delicious every time. Every meal at Zinburger feels like a treat, and it’s one of those places we can always count on for good food, good service, and good times together as a family.

Amber is the most amazing server I have ever had, she was very attentive and fast, the food was amazing as always and I appreciate Brian and his team of chefs the food came out perfect, mark is such a amazing soul and made the atmosphere very welcoming.

One of my favorite places to go! The food is always so so good! Everyone working here is so nice and friendly. But with that said every time I go I will ONLY have Hiliana as my server. Zinburger has been such a family staple and is always such a treat. The food never disappoints and neither does the service. I would definitely recommend trying the pies and of course the burgers! I recently went here with my gf (first time customers) and wow are their burgers good! Loved the burgers and can’t even get started on the shakes we had an Oreo one and it was delicious, but the service, was top tier we didn’t have to wait our server Amarily was wonderful, she was attentive and very helpful in recommending as I’ve mentioned before it was our first time here she was so nice and very patient will def be returning soon.

Clean and open area that invites you right in. Their bathrooms were immaculate and modern. Their chicken sandwich was the best I have ever had. Food was made with care and detail. Can’t wait to go back and try their burgers!

Great patio seating! Water misters were great on a hot evening. We enjoyed the restaurant week pre-fixe menu and mocktail drinks.

I had a great experience dining here! My burger was cooked perfectly and full of flavor, but what really stood out was the service. Our server, Tati, was absolutely impeccable—attentive without being overbearing, friendly, and genuinely made the meal more enjoyable. My husband and I went to Zinburger yesterday with our 1 month old and we had the best time and the very best service!! Katelyn was our server and she was so attentive and made sure we got in and out quick since we have a new baby! This was our first time at a restaurant with our son and she really made it a wonderful experience! She was knowledgeable about the menu and overall just a lovely person! Thank you Katelyn for making our first restaurant experience with our baby a memorable one! We will definitely be back!

Four of us went to lunch at Zinburger. We have been meeting for lunch for the past 10 years. This time was the first in a very long time. We don't do chains. Zinburger was a pleasant surprise. None of us had a burger. We had salads or something else on the menu. VG. We will be going again soon.

Unplanned dinner with family, and was pleasantly surprised by just how good this food was! Even the salad was amazing, but the burgers - OMG! Definitely will be back!

First visit. Got high recommendation from a Costco employee. Enjoyed the basic house burger with mayo, lettuce and tomato. Fries were extra cost, but generous portions so we shared. Bun was nicely toasted. Ordered medium and it came a little too rare, but ate all of the burgers. Visited on a Wednesday, just before noon and had lots of indoor seats. Was busy but food came out at a reasonable time. Plan to go again and have the burgers cooked just a little longer. The amount of mayo was excessive, so will get it on the side. Quality and quantity were equal.

I had a delightful experience at my local Zinburger. Lily my server continued to enlighten my experience by enjoying my silly little jokes. Kenna also brought Service to the peak of its abilities. All in all this pristine restaurant should be a five star establishment.

My friend and I always come to this location and sit at the bar when we want to have good conversations, yummy food and drinks. We especially love our service from Josef, Clariza, and Olivia because they are so friendly and on top of it. I would recommend this location to anyone who is seeking exceptional service, and fun times. 🍔🥂

I came in with my family that is in town for their first time. Our server was named Jacob and he was wonderful!!! He gave us so many recommendations and it was all so delicious. I will definitely be back soon, shoutout Jacob!!!

Went with some friends over the weekend I was extremely impressed. Amber was our server and she very busy but still very kind and attentive. I had the West Coast Chicken and it was very flavorful, I highly recommend!

Cannot recommend the Short Rib burger enough when it is available as a (winter?) seasonal special! Fantastic service that was very accommodating for our four adults and one toddler. Staff stayed on top of the servere gluten allergy for one of our party like it was nothing. Only personal regret was ordering the amazing zucchini fries as gluten-free for group accessibility; they came out as sautéed zucchini sticks. Our mistake! Sweet potato fries were also banging. Side salad seemed more like a garnish, but I'm sure the supremely CHUNKY Bleu Cheese dressing is where most of the ~$4 upcharge went. Other food portions were more than adequate! Do wish the beer list was a bit bigger and had a broader selection than 80% IPA and macro-brews. Brightly lit for family meals, but may not set the mood for more relaxed events. We will be back, especially since our "home" Zinburger on the east coast closed.

We went to Happy Hour. They have wonderful hamburgers. Prices are good, food, drinks and desserts had really good prices. Though they were a little slow but we weren't in a hurry.

The restaurant and bar are relaxing and cozy. Always clean and great service 90% of the time. They even have an outdoor option with heaters on those cooler evenings. The food is AMAZING!! Try the California bowl. Love, love, love this place!!

After being turned away from another establishment nearby because "they don't allow kids", we were happy to find Zinburger with delicious gluten free options and a DEDICATED GF FRYER! It was music to my ears! The food was delicious and the entire party enjoyed. Thank you for being inclusive and accommodating, Zinburger!

Hamburgers are unique, but I went for the simple All American Burger. Basically, it’s the cheeseburger that In-N-Out should aspire to build, but won’t. Tender bun, flame-grilled patty that fills it, and fresh accessories. (No restaurant seems capable of spreading the dill chips evenly across the burger, including this place.) The Onion Rings are very good. The regular fries, however, are not what they were a few years ago. Service is good and we like the industrial chic.

Amazing shakes, to kill for actually! My favourite is chocolate and 🍓 Good selection of drinks including the ACE pear cider as seen in the photos; I enjoy spicy food with ciders.

We were pleasantly surprised, never been here before and it was really good. We also got the green chili fries, other than being a kinda small portion they were good. We got the Hawaii 5-0 and Diablo burgers and they were perfect!

Cute, airy space. Everyone was super friendly and attentive. Good service is a real plus + The food was tasty and quick! It was a little pricey but in line with similar casual restaurants.

My burger was good but not anything to get excited about. Our waitress was nice but only came to the table 3 times. Was abnormally intrusive of my space and seemed annoyed to have to serve us. My banana cream pie was room temperature and was soupie when it arrived. The best part of my meal were the fries and onion rings.

ATMOSPHERE: Zinburger had ample outdoor seating with tons of greenery, indoor seating, and a bar area that opened up to an outdoor bar on the other side. The place is open, airy and easy on the eyes. Seemed like a popular place as it was teeming with people during the lunch hour. The bathrooms were clean and stocked as well. FOOD: The menu (circa early 2022) had a little of everything at different price points. I got the "El Diablo" with fire roasted jalapeños, pepper jack cheese, caramelized onion, lettuce, & chipotle mayo.This was a $13.50 burger... with no sides. It didn't quite do the job filling me up either. This is the reason for my review missing 1 star. price and portion. SERVICE: The door greeter and hostesses were quick to direct me. Clarissa was my bartender. She was super friendly and helpful with providing me info concerning things to do in Tucson. The food was was promptly delivered shortly after ordering it. Overall, their service was great for the amount of people there.

Great service and burgers! The veggie burger is made from their own recipe and was amazing! They also have gluten-free buns for those who have sensitivities. Can hardly wait to go again when I’m back in Tucson!

Very good burgers with gluten-free buns in their options. Drinks are served cold, fries are hot and crispy. I recommend you make a reservation ahead, other wise you'll be waiting for a while. Although I did visit around 6pm. I guess that's pick hour.

Good quality burger. Very thick patty!! The recipes were unique and all sounded good it was hard to decide on one burger! I ended with the burger of the month. The milkshakes are fire! I love the Oreo one. Good sweet potato fries too!!

The burger were cooked really well but they tasted really salty. The sweet potato fries weren't cooked all the way through. By that I mean the center of the fry was like a baked potato. The waitress asked the kitchen for extra crispy and it came back somewhat burnt. The "loaded" fries weren't really loaded but the cheese sauce in the bottom is delicious. For an appetizer, it didn't seem it was meant for two peoole. The onion rings were good but that BBQ sauce was crazy good. They should bottle that and sell it.

1/31/2026: We had another good visit, but we are beginning to notice some inconsistency in the quality of the food over time. For example, the new menu item (Hit Guac Bottom Burger) was delicious. However, the West Coast Chicken sandwich was cold upon arrival and the gluten-free bun was stale and unappetizing. We love the place, but hope the quality can achieve better consistency so we always enjoy our visits. 3/9/2025: Another great Zinburger meal! The El Diablo burger with sweet potato fries. Delicious. 1/1/2025: Hello again Zinburger! For this visit we tried the new Spicy Tuna Lettuce Wraps. This is a very good addition to the menu, which has had some recent changes. We also enjoyed what we love there - the El Diablo burger and the California Chicken Sandwich. All went well, except the burger had no seasoning and was rather bland - and some small paper embedded in the burger which made its way into my mouth. I mentioned this to the staff and the burger was comped, so thanks for that. These things happen and it was minor. 12/9/2022: Back at Zinburger. Happy again. I enjoyed another Diablo Burger with Hatch Green Chile Fries. So delicious, so right, so perfect. Great service, too. I have eaten at this Zinburger twice now and become more impressed with each visit. First, the food. I simply adore the El Diablo burger, which is subtly spicy with a tasty sauce, caramelized onions, a delicious burger, all on a soft, tasty bun. The loaded fries are also good with a good cheese sauce and sour cream -- and some bacon. The service is friendly and attentive mostly, but our last visit included a rather long wait at the entrance before being seated. Finally, the decor is stylish, open, and attractive. I definitely recommend Zinburger if you are craving a great burger!

First time here. We ordered wings two burgers and 4 alcoholic drinks. The burgers and drinks were amazing. The wings not so much. They tasted burnt and dry. Our server said their wings are usually amazing so we’ll have to try again. Other than that we were very happy with the experience here, we’ll try again.

I'm not much for gourmet or designer burgers. However, I enjoyed eating here with my family. It wasn't a busy time of day (off meal hours), so seating was quick. The food server anticipated our needs and came to check on us often. The food was delicious, and you can build your own burger, if nothing on the menu grabs your attention. My kids enjoyed the different variations of French fries. The drink variety is notable. Price is not unreasonable.

I ordered the Zinburger and it was pretty good. I will say it was extremely juicy and it was pretty hard to keep it together to eat. I felt like it was missing something flavor wise. Both the burgers themselves were too salty. The fries though could have used salt. The kids max and cheese was really good!

This was our first time dining here. I ordered el Diablo Burger and honestly it was delicious. The salad was very simple, but it had a really fresh and tasty flavor. I also had a sangria, which was very refreshing and paired nicely with the meal.The atmosphere was calm and pleasant.Our server was friendly and attentive. The only downside was that we had to wait quite a while after being seated before someone came to take our order. Aside from that, the overall experience was very good.

Burgers are good. The American diner burger was authentic and like I remember. I had a custom made thick burger. Excellent. Draft beer was great. !

Food quality has stayed steady, but we've had to return at least 1 item to the kitchen on our last 3 visits due to issues with either cooking temp or inclusion of dietary-restrictrd toppings we explicitly requested be excluded. That said, still w decent spot for lunch/dinner in a casual environment, and the rotating monthly specials are a nice aspect for return diners

Look This place used to have the best happy hour ever! Now it’s not even a happy hour, it’s just an hour. It’s not a deal at all. The reason I rated the food with 4 stars is because there seems to be no great value in the price. I don’t mind paying 15-20 per person, but there should be some wow with it but it’s just *shrug* It’s not like you get A LOT for 20 dollars it’s just lackluster I would suggest thinking of deals and values

we do like this place a lot, the foods consistently good, it’s usually prepared when they say it’s ready for pick up, today was a little bit irritating though. Food was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes and it was 55 minutes. I mentioned to who I think was the manager who handed me my food and she said flippantly. “ oh it’s because of the holiday and we’ve been pretty busy“. So you’re saying because yesterday was Valentine’s Day means that we can’t get the food ready on time. I don’t personally need a discount, but it would be nice to see something when you have four starving kids, and you end up spending an extra half hour at a place for no apparent reason.

I have been a loyal Zinburger guest for years, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I called ahead to ask if there was anything the restaurant could do to acknowledge my fiancé’s birthday, even something as simple as singing, and was told to inform our server. When we arrived, I discreetly let the server know it was his birthday. Her response was dismissive, and nothing was done to acknowledge the occasion. At the end of the meal, the check was dropped off and taken without a single mention of the birthday or any closing interaction. As we were leaving, the only acknowledgment was a rushed “enjoy your birthday,” which felt like an afterthought rather than genuine hospitality. When guests take the time to call ahead and follow the restaurant’s guidance, they expect at least basic consideration. This experience felt inattentive and unprofessional, especially from a place I have supported for years.

The carryout service was great. The food not so much, I've never had a bad burger from this place before. This was just totally unacceptable but we were not able to get our orders corrected due to it being lunch for work. 224.00 spent on burgers for them to pretty much raw.. They were just basically SEARED then thrown in between Buns. I guess that's what they do for BIG orders that need to be done by a certain time.

Well my mom found a huge hair in her burger. The milkshake was not that great and they use whipped topping not whipped cream, it's oily and sticks to the roof of your mouth. Very disappointing especially for the price. I gave three stars for service because the hostess was great and she kept me posted on my order. Edit to the response , maybe the powdered sugar in the whipped cream made it like that ,I'm not sure but I make my own whipped cream and it has never been that consistency and stuck to the roof of my mouth like that. The milkshake had a lot of ice in it and was more like a slushy than a milkshake.

the last time i came here, they served me a raw burger and then didnt even feel sorry about it. they did reimburse me though. overall, this place is overpriced and not that great. there are other nicer restaurants in town.

I’m not sure if I just got unlucky or if the ratings on the place are skewed… my burger had two tiny pieces of avocado and basically a teaspoon of coleslaw. Overall flavorless on a burger that sounds like it should be pack with flavor (the Bruce Lee). I ordered to go online, which showed my meal supposed to be completed by 2:30 and it wasn’t done until 2:50. And by then everything but the zucchini fries were lukewarm warm.

We got 4 burgers. One was completely raw and wouldn’t even stay together. The others ranged from raw to medium pink. We ordered to go and wasn’t warned that they undercooked their burger. Which, I know is fine for some places. But this was completely raw and not up to code for ground beef. What a waste of $$$$$$. Overpriced, undercooked. The zucchini fries were hard inside and mushy outside. Update: recently tried again. Ate inside this time. The service was very slow but super friendly. Can’t say much for the burger. Burger seems more like a homemade patty with fillers and not pure beef. Probably part of why it falls apart. Fries were so so.

Ordered food to go for pick up at 12. Didn't know that meant my food would be cold. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I shouldn't have to reheat a $15 burger that I just picked up less that 5 minutes ago. The cheese on the meat is already turning dark from sitting there. I won't be back. I should have went to Mcdonalds! That says a lot. 😂🤦🏻‍♀️

OMG! I don't know where to start. Been here 20-30 times over last 5 years,never had problem with service/food. Tonight was a nightmare bartender seemed to have a attitude from start. Ordered hamburger medium done,she said a little pink OK I said perfect. She started breaking down bar and cleaning,it's like 7:15 Saturday night. She's putting bottles on bar in front of us and then she starts spraying this cleaning compound on everything behind bar then leaves. The smell of cleaning compound not very nice! Food comes out( keep in mind this place is dead on Saturday night no one here. Hamburger is raw! I'm cool with pink hamburgers but this thing was still bleeding. Something is going on with this location maybe time for some fresh employees instead of these guys that have been here 10+ years. Even more crazy I complain to manager she didnt charge me for hamburger, then bartender slammed bottle on bar while we were still eating trying to piss us off. Guess what! SHE DID!
