Sat in the restaurant waiting for 35 minutes. Our food was up, sitting and getting cold and they didn't bother to let us know our order was up. Cold, soggy fries and chicken. Nice. Thanks guys.

Ehhhh.. came here ordered a pricey ten piece everything was fresh and hot but the problem is the boneless wings were really really small I always get so full eating at Wingstop but I left hungry & just the location. if I payed 40$ for two combos I’d expect generous portions not little portions

Quality is not consistent. The first time we went there the wings and fries were amazing. The second the wings were over cooked and the fries were greasy. We decided to give them another try and we were very disappointed. French fries were too salty and they were cold. They tasted like they were refried and salted again. Not pleased.

Every bad review here is true. They can’t even make chicken wings—literally the lowest difficulty setting in cooking. Everything’s greasy, unseasoned, and tastes like fryer oil regret. None of the wings resemble the flavor you order, which is impressive in its own way. The staff look like they’ve been sentenced to work here, not hired. The manager and owner should be forced to eat their own wings for a century as karmic balance. I called to tell them the food was inedible. The girl on the phone didn’t even argue—just sighed, said she’d refund me, and sounded like she’s done this ten times a day. Refund issued, food trashed, lesson learned.

It’s one of the worst meals I’ve ever had and I’m in my 70s. The order wasn’t right, but they fixed it and then I got bone in chicken wings with so much grease in the takeout container. I had to pour it into the street and blot it with a dozen napkins napkins. It Was overcooked just nasty had to throw over half of it out.

Never again will I order anything from this location. I ordered 20 boneless wings with large fries and 2 dips, half of the order was limon pepper, it was as if the soak them in the oil plate was half filled with oil.

How long does it take to refry wings and toss it in the sauce? 30 minutes is the answer, While every one working in store were just chatting.

Never again. Food was horrible & service was equally as bad. Hire people that at least pretend to care, even if they don't. A 2.8 review rating says it all.

Never again! The food was so bad the chicken sandwich and tenders were soggy and disgusting. The wings skin was not eatable the cheese fries smelled like milk powder and tasted horrible I wasn't expecting this. Spend $60 and the food went straight to the trash.

This location is absolutely terrible. I order from here because it’s the closest location to me but I’ll be going out of my way to go to a different location from now on. I’ve had issues with them leaving items out of my order multiple times now and all they off is “customer credit”. Never a refund for the item missing. I just placed an order for delivery and they delivered to order without an order of fries, called them to let them know, the offered me store credit which I asked if they could just have the fries delivered. She said they couldn’t do that so I asked for a full refund on the whole order. The customer service at this location is the worst I’ve ever experienced honestly. I’ve worked in food service so I have a lot of forgiveness normally but the employees at this location very obviously do not care if the customer gets what they ordered or are satisfied with their food. DO NOT GO HERE

I love wing stop and I was so excited to go there last night. I usually go to another location but I decided to go to this one since it was closer. I pulled up at 11pm since it says online, on the store wall, and on the door that they don’t close till midnight. However when I got there all the chairs were up on the tables and the employees just sitting in a booth. I walked up to the door and the employee came out and said oh we’re closed. Then he locked the door. That’s illegal to do during business hours. Anyways literally go to any other chicken place in the area.

I usually arrive ten minutes after my Estimated time but they seem to struggle to have my order ready by that time. That honestly doesn't bother me. What bothers me is that my wing are either always burnt or they bit in so much oil in the styrofoam container that it seeps through it, the bag and ends up on my car floor.

I like wings stop. But not this one. Get chicken from anywhere else they opend this up to milk the chicken game in tujunga but there just mid no sauce and the people who work the suck. There’s a ton of amazing chicken spots in tujunga this is unfortunately not one of them. I gave them a handful of try’s. I try not to leave bad reviews

RUN FROM THIS PLACE. I ordered over the phone, went inside , paid , and then after sitting waiting for 55 minutes I ask about my order and she tells me she never put it in the system and then starts taking someone else's order right in front of me. Then she gives me 20$ back when I paid 22.79 and I left as quick as I could.

Ordered 15 original wings. I received 12. Once my app said order complete, I went inside and asked for my order. I was told it will be 5 more minutes. It took 20+ minutes additional to receive the incorrect amount of wings.

This wing stop has the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I ordered to the wrong store and tried to cancel my order and I only got no as a answer not helpful at all. The other Wingstop I’ve been to have been great but this store on foothill has management not interested in helping customers..

The 2 girls working last night were the worst employees ever One of them kept slurring her words and getting my order Wrong You definitely can tell she was on some substance.. Then I asked if I can eat and there was about 10:40 or around 11 o'clock they close at 12 She said I could and then proceeded to start cleaning up around me putting the chairs up and she even mopped around my food forced me to put my chairs up after I was done eating on the table Definitely gonna call the manager Make a formal complaint
