Absolutely delicious food. Chicken and steak are grilled to perfection. It's really nice to have a fast healthy option at a reasonable price. The sauces are super good too. Magic sauce is smoky teriyaki goodness. There are three levels of hot sauces. They all have incredible flavor. There are two red and one green verde style sauce. Choose one, choose them all. You can't lose. I highly recommend this place if you want something that's both healthy and super tasty.

Ordered the half and half plate with green onions. Everything was absolutely delicious. This place is quickly becoming my go-to whenever I'm in the mood for something fresh. Even the sauces were amazing. Especially the jalapeno and magic sauce.

Food was really fresh and tasted very good! Steak was tender and not chewy. Veggies were fresh and the rice was yummy. The magic sauce was tasty! Everything was delicious! Would go back if I lived here! Highly recommend!

My company would order this in for meetings. I was shocked at how incredible the food tasted. Now it's one of my top spots in Tulsa. I can drink the suaces here. A++

Love the different beverage options- soda, fresh lemonade, and fruity drinks similar to CAVA. Only wish is for more variety of veggies. YUM!

I was introduced to Flame Broiler by a co-worker. It is now one of my favorite places to eat. The NAE (no antibiotics ever) chicken is so tender and delicious, especially with the Simply Magic sauce. I have tried both the rice and rice and veggie mix, and I enjoy both.

First time and definitely going back when we are in town! Fast, FRESH, clean, and so very delicious! We had steak and white/dark meat chicken. Magic sauce is magical as promised. Pretty good, the steak had the better flavor between it and the chicken. The veggies were all good but man there’s a lot of carrots, too many for me but I’m sure okay for others. This was my first time here and the staff was super friendly and helpful with walking me through the options available.

My wife assured me that the multi colored stuff in the bowl was safe to eat. She called them vegetables. I try to eat healthy once a year whether I need to or not. Today was that day. There have been many new “Bowl” restaurants pop up in Tulsa, offering cultural variations of the trendy meal. The new restaurants offer appealing combinations of protein, veggies and rice, spruced up with exciting flavors and exotic ingredients. The Flame Broiler on the other hand has become a little mundane. The savory flame broiled meats and the sauces are its only unique characteristic. It is not bad, but now seems boring in comparison to the competition. Vegies, rice, charbroiled meats and tasty sauces. Basic bowls. Healthy food and friendly counter service. First time coming here. The staff acted like I should have understood the menu and how it worked and what I should order. They offered no suggestions or help. The food was good. I did suggest it to the gentleman that worked behind the counter that it would be nice if he could have helped a bit more. He was nice and said I was probably right. The food was fresh and presented well.

Average - *** I went with great expectations.. It is basically a korean version of panda express. They have three sizes for rice - mini, bowl and plate. The bowl is good enough for lunch. I ordered a bowl of chicken with brown rice and vegs. You get three sauces along with it. Hot sauce was not that hot even with extra jalapenos. The flavor of chicken is similar to teriyaki chicken. Overall I would call it an average rice bowl.

Extremely average, there is nothing special about the food here. I got the chicken plate & it was full of gristle & had a bone in it (in picture). The “magic” sauce is just teriyaki sauce, so extremely underwhelming. Won’t be coming back.

Food is mid, needs better sauces and more flavor(not just spice and salt).

My husband picked up dinner to bring home. We live 20 minutes away. After getting home and eating a couple bites I found a dark hair in the food. I am blonde and my husband has very short red hair so I know it’s not ours! Ended up not eating the meal because I was grossed out. The couple bites I took before finding the hair tasted good but I don’t think I will ever be eating here again. First and last time. 🙁

Ok guys we've got a Chipotle problem here the chicken has been cut smaller incorporation to the rice you get were as before it was about 50/50 split your getting like 20 percent less chicken. The shrinkflation is real and for 20 bucks a plate its just not worth the money go downtown if you want inflated prices for fast food at least you can find something of quality there. But flame broiler is a rip off in the context of their previous protein serving size Dud there was so much rice in my plate. -15/10.

Every time I come here the young lady ALWAYS gets my order wrong. I'll order double steak and cabbage. Being pre-diabetic I can't eat white rice. She does it every time. I'll check my order next time IF I return. I just trashed the rice and ate just the steak.
