Had food at their check and used the showers. Food is awesome but shower facility is really shabby. We had nachos, tacos, quesadilla and veg platter and everything was awesome - really delicious Mexican. Drinks were decent too - not outstanding but great for beach shack vibes. Servers were friendly and helpful. A hack had hammocks and casual seating along with massage services that we all enjoyed.

Only tried the nachos with steak and beers/cocktails. All of them were good and the waiters were very smiley. Nice vibes in general. The bill comes with 15% tip and a 4% charge on the credit card, which they make you aware before you decide how to pay.

Good food and service, amazing view but you can’t just have drinks - you need to order food as well. Be careful - they add a large service charge to the bill without asking!

Beware of scamming here! Especially if you don’t speak Spanish. It’s safer to just find another palapa to pay for. It’s also quite expensive. we were walking along the beach looking for a beach club to settle at for a couple of hours. For three alcoholic drinks, one mineral water and one appetizer it was $1160 pesos(there's a service fee of $150 pesos). There’s an area near the bar that has cooler air blowing down. You should have your own towels to put over the beach chairs. Unless you don't mind sitting in the funk of those who sat down before you.

Very good service and seafood, but is too expensive. Once We arrived the waiter said I’ll spend maximum 2000 mxp, but I spent more than 3000 mpx because he suggested a pair of Mango Margaritas at 500 mpx each. However the fish was great.

One of the Worst Dining Experiences Ever – Avoid at All Costs! If you’re considering visiting this beachfront restaurant, don’t let the location fool you. It may have a nice view, but that’s where the positives end. From the moment we walked in, the service was shockingly bad. The waiters were cold, rude, and completely uninterested. We were barely acknowledged, and no one came to check on us during the meal. I had to go twice myself just to get ice – can you imagine doing that at a so-called premium restaurant? And the worst part? They slapped on a 20% service charge to the bill without asking or informing us. For what? Zero hospitality, no attention, and arrogant staff behavior? To make things worse, the prices were ridiculously overpriced for the mediocre food and below-basic service. There was absolutely no value for money. It’s truly disappointing. Unless you want to pay a premium to be ignored and treated poorly, skip this place. You’re better off grabbing a snack from a street vendor and enjoying the beach elsewhere.

I came to this restaurant now they didn’t accept to give us ghe table we wanted under the pretext that we were not going to order food… They gave it to someone else that did not even order food. Since when do we have to order something specific if we enter a restaurant? Not a place i would recommend as their staff is not polite. Despite that the view is great.

The position is strategic, you can eat and drink just a few meters away from the ocean. Sitting here with this incredible view and the sound of the waves was beautiful. We paid too much for what we ate. The most expensive lunch so far in our Mexico trip. We realized after we left that a 15% service was already added to our bill, but we also left a 10% and an extra 4% was added for card payments. The worst thing is that I was really sick in the evening. I got food poisoning, it ruined the next two days in Tulum. I cannot be 100% sure that it was the lunch here, but for breakfast I just had fruit and the shrimps were the only thing I ate that day...

For one the people working there are actually nice. Second the Atun burger was damn near inedible. $100 for 2 entrees + 1 appetizer + 2 drinks - pretty insane . Better off not eating anywhere on this beach.

We saw "coconut" on the front door blackboard so We walked in this place yesterday afternoon. I'd like to order a coconut and asked the price before I ordered because the waiter didn't show me the menu. The waiter only responded to me "wait a second" and walked away. 2 minutes later he brought a coconut to me and still no menu no price. My husband and I were very confused. Coconut tasted good but very small. After I finished the waiter told me it's 130 pesos. I asked for the menu again, he told me there's no coconut menu. Don't know why the waiter thought it would be good to use such tactics to treat tourists. Shameful!
