By far the very best bagel you'll find in Orange County! So fresh & mouthwatering, its the only reason I'd get up early on a weekend! The staff is kind and helpful, it's a great neighborhood place!

This place has the best bagels! They're huge and have a large variety to choose from. I love the everything bagels with cheese or the jalapeño cheese. The parking lot is small, and the inside is dated, but don't let that keep you from coming here. I get the bagels to make bagel sandwiches, and they're perfect.

Great place to grab a quick bite and enjoy some good bagels and good service. The inside is a little out dated but nothing a can a paint can't fix.

Clean, decent food, Coffee is hot, nice atmosphere. Bit of a wait to get food. Not poorly made just not my cup of tea.

This place has a good selection of bagels and breakfast foods. Not the best I've ever had, but certainly a solid choice for a morning time meal.

I really like there bagals, but they aren't as good this time... maybe a fluke. Hopefully! Service was good and it was fast. Quality just seemed a lot less. I do like there style the best, it really needs a refresh or update I think... its pretty old now. I will still go again!

I love their creamcheese soo much! The bagels are a different texture than usual, they're chewing and so good! My only concern is that every time I go I get real bad allergies I think there's some sort of mold growing there.

Good bagels just had a toasted bagel with some cream cheese. They have a good number of options and would like to go back and try the French toast (made from bagels) They also have some omelette options Selection was a little on the low side at mid day

I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with regular can cheese. It came toasted and slathered with cream cheese. There is free parking, but the lot is small.

The service was friendly, and the establishment is clean and comfortable. It's a little expensive for a toasted bagel with cream cheese (waaaay too much cream cheese, btw). It would be nice if they wouldn't lay one piece on top of the other so the bottom gets messy and my kid gets cream cheese everywhere (this might just have been a new employee situation). I will probably return and be more specific with my order in the future.

I been here about 5-6 times already place is good and everything but their service can be bad and at times they even burn my bagel some how... Ans if you ask for another they get so bothered. They rarely smile and they seem to not want to be there seeing how they sometimes don't make my order correctly. If it wasnt for the bad service this place would be nice and theyre menu is ok, they can make more out of it but they dont. This is an ok place to go every once in a while.

Local bagel shop like many others that has been popping up. This one is close by, convenient, and get the job done. Nothing spectacular, all items on menu is average. Most standing out difference here is the poor service. I been observing their service over the course of 4 months and been getting increasingly annoyed by how the ladies treat their customers (and me). Normally I don't care and would walk out with my bagel and coffee and enjoy my day but the owners need to know this. Girls constantly on the phone, make you wait in front of them, or wave a finger at you saying "we will be with you" like we were bothering them. The shorter stature lady (might be the senior leader) give the worse service. No name tag, but she definitely look stressed and take it out on customers.

This place has gone so far down hill over the years. I got here 10minutes after they opened, they hardly had any bagels, and that they wouldn’t make more bagels until 9am. Now I know why so many locations have closed…needless to say I won’t be coming back. You can find better bagels and service elsewhere.

First time here, and I am not a fan. I came here order an avocado bacon burger with fries and drink. They didn’t have avocado. Anyways, Cashier didn’t get it right the first time when I order the same thing minus the avocado. She didn’t charge me for the fries and drink so I paid again for the fries and drink. I got the drink filled it up then she tells me hey it’s another $2 for the fries. I was upset had to go to my seat get my wallet to pay again. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she was new… who knows. In total paid about 20$. This is what I got for a large meal. The burger wasn’t bad fries were ok. Best part was lemonade lol Maybe they were just having a bad day I’ll come again just to try it out cause like I said maybe it was a bad day

Not great food. Not great atmosphere. Terrible coffee. There's a big section of drywall that they haven't bothered to paint after a leak. The restroom signs don't match. Service is ok.

Stopped here to try there bagel breakfast it wasn't that good and I tried breakfast ham and cheese and egg on cinnamon raisin bagel and small coffee $15.00 I think they charge a lot and it's not that great breakfast bagel it's simple bagel and over charge and the place very small parking lot very small and you have to park on the street I tried and I will never go back there it's not worth the money.

They have good bagels but Coffee was few hours old and cold asked the manager for fresh coffee she refused she answered very rudely and put the coffee in the microwave to heat it up and I threw it away It tasted horrible

The bagel was 2.29 and to add strawberry cream cheese it was an additional 2.55! And I didn’t ask for extra! It just seems crazy to me.

Worst bagel me ever 3x I went there and 3x they messed up my order 1st was Chipotle green Chile cheeseburger which had no Chipotle sauce 2nd was bacon avocado burger with no bacon and finally 3rd was they flat out forgot about my mushroom swiss burger after going up to complain they already finished cooking it but left it out on the counter without calling my name when I went to see what was taking so long they gave me a cold burger and didn't even apologize

Order a hot bagel to go. Watch them put it together and get it bagged and ready to go. Then it sits there for 3 mins. While they are gabbing. Then finally call out my name. Really

No printed menus and their screens rotate too fast to see. I went for a lox bagel, and they don’t have them (I don’t think, can’t be sure because 4 screens rotating is hard to follow).

This place is run down and service is subpar. I ordered all my food, after waiting for the cashier to get off the phone for 3 minutes. My order included 2 bagels fron the containers. He told me to go get them, I turn around and he cancelled my order and helped everyone else out in line. It was finally my turn in line and he asks for my whole order again. He actually cancelled my order. I order and he gives me attitude about wanting no ice in my smotthie. This establishment is run down and never clean. Water damage on the walls and ceiling, absolurely no decor, no menu on the menu board. I will be driving extra miles to the next bagel me to avoid coming here again.
