Service were very attentive; Must try the chicken wings; Iced coffee was perfectly strong. Would definitely go back to try other items on the menu.
The personnel is very inattentive at this spot. First of all, there was no one at the front desk, and we waited for a pretty long time before being seated, even though the restaurant had plenty of tables available. Also the waiters barely come to the tables and never check on you after getting the order. The food was pretty good, although pad Thai was a little more sour than what we are used to. The seafood pho was okay. The Thai tea had a weird flavor, as if burned or something. Overall though, everything was fine.
Great food, Great taste, Great decor, clean bathrooms, greeted when arrived but uninterested customer service, felt like we were bothering them after we ordered
I have become a pho snob in recent months. I have tried pho all over orange county. I'd say the pho here is excellent and probably the best in Tustin. It is robust and flavorful. The broth is hearty. Plenty of meat and vegies. The portion size is perfect and the prices are reasonable. Service is adequate. I didn't have to ask twice for anything. I'd definitely recommend this restaurant.
I got the pho with the ribs. It was not the best but the rice was very very good!
I ordered the lunch special which included, 2 egg rolls, a large Pho bowl, and Black Tea for around $15. It was honestly pretty good, and i felt full after eating all of the food. I also thought the service was really good.
Delicious food and friendly staff. Super attentive to their guest, and kindly recommended things on the menu. Definitely coming here again! My partner and I had the chicken pho, back rib pho, egg rolls, and spring rolls and literally finished everything! So yummy!!

The 4.2 reviews doesn’t do justice! This is absolutely the best Vietnamese restaurant in this town! Trust me it’s a must go! Food was amazing, family vibe! Service was great! Don’t listen to any of the 1 star reviews!
Edit: Jan 22, 2024 It's been few months since my original post, and I have been coming to this restaurant on a regular basis. On more than few occasions, I noticed their pho becomes super greasy - like motor oil sludge - when the restaurant is busy. Hopefully management will fix this, but be aware! ‐‐-------------------------------------- Their Pho is wonderful! Nice clean and tidy pho restaurant. Broth is clean and not smelly. Their Vietnamese style coffee is freshly made on order, which is a big plus! It's one of the better Vietnamese restaurants for sure. Service is attentive. I highly recommend if you love Pho.
Quiet place when we came in for dinner! Service was really nice and the server knew a lot about the actual Há long bay! The pho and soups they were in were excellent! The rice plate that i had was good as well, however i did wish a little more meat on the short ribs. The salad that it came with was also great as well and the rice is just rice. Overall this is a solid place to try various rice dishes vietnamese style! Try the pho when possible! The place has really nice cozy vibe with dark colors and decorations that fit the theme!
The new pho place just opened recently. We came here twice (both dinner time) and liked it very much. The interior is newly remodeled and beautiful. The pho broth is sweet and cinnamon-y than other pho places but I like it. We have tried several other dishes and liked them too. The BBQ meat is a bit on the salty side for my taste, the chicken is white meat so it's on the dry side. The seasoning is good though. Overall, I enjoy coming here. It's so close to Cowan height so we don't have to drive to other pho places. If you like pho, give it a try.
The food and customer service were pretty good. Broth was flavorful, no complaints. No wait on a Sunday afternoon, and location was nice and clean.

Ordered to go and opened the extra beefballs container to only get this tiny amount and it was ice cold for $3 :( This place is pretty good but pretty pricey as well. $45 for 4 spring rolls & 2 bowls of pho with the side of beefballs.
I mean, c'mon... its Tustin.. so the bar is pretty low. I go here as the service is friendly and its next to my office. Saves me the 25min drive to Wet-min-ta Usually get the Pho Dac Biet lunch special that comes w. 2 spring roll or egg roll and iced tea. Broth is kinda Meh.. broken rice dishes are tasty, as most of the other items on the menu. Its a good place to take your office crew as the dining room is pretty big. and its good to intro folks to Viet food as they dont know the difference anyway...ha.. If you see a pho place with a rating of 3-4 stars.. add a star.. as the ranking for pho places is on another scale - so a 4 star is really a 5 star in the Viet restaurant world. If you see a 3 star solid or less.. its. your stomach buddy- good luck.. this place is a good local Tustin business.. give it a shot

Customer service is not their strength. Their water taste bad and their Thai tea was not the best either. I do enjoy their broth but today it wasn’t as delicious as I remember it. I got veggies for my brisket pho but they came as a side. I would pass on the $5.50 Thai tea.

Nice looking restaurant, and easy to park. Compared to many other Vietnamese restaurants I've visited, the food here is below par. I specifically wanted to try its garlic noodles. I was disappointed that they use garlic powder rather than fresh garlic. The BBQ pork was topped with a teriyaki-like sauce, which I didn't like, as I don't particularly like teriyaki sauce topping. Likewise, my wife's Banh Mi sandwich had the teriyaki sauce. As far as I can recall this is the only Vietnamese I've visited that uses so much teriyaki sauce.
Nice spot. Pretty chill. Chill atmosphere. Went during dinner time and there was no rush nor was it too packed! I got Pho Dac Biet and Spring Rolls. Springs rolls were great 4/5. Peanut sauce was perfect! Pho was average. Not crazy flavor and not too bland. 2.5/5 Overall, 3.5 out of 5 points!

Service is quick and prompt... Food comes out quickly. Quality seemed to have dropped since they first opened. Their broth for the pho is not that great and a bit salty--it doesn't have the aromatic beef broth smell & not flavorful--there are many other places in the OC with much better quality and much better prices. I would recommend the filet with rice, but these days it's seems to be soggy and has way too much sauce compared to when they first opened. In addition, their cans of soda is $2.75 each with no refills--a bit over priced, especially when I can get a 12-pack at Ralph's for this price when it is on sale. Finally, this was even a more disappointing visit only to learn that they NO LONGER ACCEPT AMEX.

If you want your order to be FORGOTTEN and your tables orders and drinks to be mixed up, eat here. Our server wrote everything down and still forgot some items. It is upsetting because the food is pretty good for the area. The service does not match the food.

On a scale of one to 10 this place is at three. I had shrimp Pho - I had to clean and devain my shrimp - the place is very dusty and dirty - there are dead flies on the windowsill - it gets a three because the people are really nice here. Reasonably priced
