This is a solid 4 star restaurant. I had the nachos and my husband had the carnitas plate. Both were good. The nachos were a little messy so keep that in mind when ordering. Mild salsa was basically blended tomatoes, but my husband said the spicier ones were okay. Overall I might come again if I was in the area but wouldn't go out of my way.

This place has been a staple for tustin. Fantastic food, friendly staff, very clean restaurant. Great breakfast. Awesome lunch specials, they even do fundraising!

Food is better than avg with good service and a salsa bar. Chips only 50 cents unbeatable. (Update:Dec 2022) Pre packed condiments now, Chips are now 1 dollar. Medium drink 2.35 Asada burrito 9.75 Asada plate 11.95. I like the wet burritos here but if u dont mind the cheese i order the burrito and then jus throw some of their green sauce on top 👌

Locally owned Quick service (not fast food) casual mexican chain that serves up all the usual choices with your choice of meats, cheese, fish, etc. Great food for the price. This isn't fine dining, but it more than does the job when you're looking for something a step above fast food.

I love jalapeños, and I have been going with my family for years. This is the first time I’ve had a negative experience. I got the crispy Carne Asada tacos and the hardshell tacos taste like they were fried in very rancid oil. Hard to eat.

Cool place. The have the meat and everything out for you to see which is nice. Massive selection of food items. I got the Chiliquiles, which were good but did lack flavor. The portion they gave me was MASSIVE! I'll probably still go back and try more. Also the employees were super friendly.

This is what I like to call gringo food. And I’m a gringo! The Carnitas and El Pastor combo burrito was not only greasy, but the meat was unseasoned and bland. Both salsas weren’t spicy at all and also bland. At least have one for us with concerning pallets. For $16, I just don’t get it.

Very dissatisfied with my Cali burrito. Smallest burrito I’ve ever had. Won’t be back anytime soon

It’s almost always great but this is a joke!! This is what my big shell taco salad looked like when I got home. Ordered shredded chicken and got chunks of fatty chicken. So sloppy. Honestly disgusting! I should have stuck to the torts (my normal order) don’t have time to go back, I’d hope they’d take care of it but they need to know someone in the back is lacking in regard to their food preparation!!!

I've been coming to this place for 20 years ... today was a disaster. I ordered a asada torta and got the first one made wrong ... 2nd one came and zero apology and burnt like a dead eggo... meat burnt ... limited cheese and lettuce added ... not coming back !
