Great service and wide selection of coffees and teas. Especially like the adjoining peaceful courtyard for sitting and enjoying coffee and snacks with friends or a good book.

I got a large hazelnut iced latte and got it with 2 pumps instead of the normal 5. It was great and was not too sweet or overbearing to the coffee. Thanks again for the recommendation.

Great drinks and service

I had a White Chocolate Mocha and now I am sad . I live nowhere close to a Peet's Coffee and this was the best white chocolate mocha I have ever had . And now............. I am sad......until next time Peet's..... Until next time.

This is my favorite Peet's and my local one. The staff, location, coffee, and seating options are great. Actually, the Staff are better than great, they are stupendous.

Best coffee I tried in California. Also Kind staff. Definitely if you need a coffee you should visit them!

My favorite Muffin. Generally. Not a fan of their baked goods. But had a very good blueberry oat bran muffin.

Over Starbucks Peets always comes thru with some great coffee options. And Great Customer Service.

Bomb ass coffee and it's not overly sweet or strong and when they messed up on my order they quickly made me a new coffee and let me keep the other coffee. So I'll give it 5 stars

This is some of the finest coffee and tea you'll find around. All served by a warm staff who'll make you feel welcome instantly. Nice selection of baked goods and breakfast sandwiches to choose from. Great outside patio if you bring your pet. Ample parking!

The Peet’s is too good to miss out. I am from Australia, and I was about to leave the states on the day I visited, so I asked the staff to recommend me some coffee beans to bring home to try. The staff, Zoe, was so kind and helpful to explain and patiently waiting for me to decide. However, it was too hard to choose, I ended up requested 2 oz of each roast. It was such an annoying request, but Zoe was so kind and weighed, labelled and packed for me. It took her a while to finish, while she was helping me, her colleague was also very helpful to serve other customers. The experience here was exceptional! The coffees were great. Both hot oat latte and cold oat latte were nice, which they use espresso forte for them. A great shop not to miss out!

I frequent this location and wanted to say that I appreciate the baristas and staff being both professional and friendly. I usually order online, and the folks say hello and it's just nice to be acknowledged and greeted when I cannot say the same for all coffeeshops. Aside from that, the coffee is really superior to Starbucks in every way, so coffee lovers will absolutely taste and appreciate the quality of the coffee and teas at Peet's.

This location is the perfect example - nothing is a “chore”, they are truly delighted to “serve” you and help. Best of all they do it with a smile. Starbucks for me is a last resort. Peet’s itself has some phenomenal coffee, yet a different customer experience overall.

Super yummy coffee! If you had to have a choice between Peet's and Starbucks 100% hands-down Pete's! Smooth coffee with just the right amount a bitterness. They're sweet drinks are delicious and service is always done with a smile.

I don't normally review everyday places like Peets unless it's something worth noting. I don't know why this place is different but the customer service here was... pleasant. Making coffee is basically just a recipe but they really have great customer service here. I don't know if it's individual staff or management but thank you to all of the above. For those wondering if you should come to this Peets, it is quaint with easy parking and indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor area is a nice patio that's very pleasant at all times of the day. Not uncommon to see one or two people reading ACTUAL news papers in the patio.

Very happy to have a Peet's in walking distance from our house! They aren't the most common coffee shop yet, in my opinion, some of the best coffee. The only downside is that there is very little inside seating. That being said, most people take their coffee to go because if you ever really want a spot, you can find one. There is a plaza outside with plenty of tables but those can get a little too hot in the summer. Plus there are a lot of beetles buzzing around the trees and they can be very bothersome! But in the wintertime as long as you bundle up a bit you should be just fine outside. As for our coffee, we usually order a simple hot latte and a cup of hot water that I use for my tea. We are always greeted with a warm 'hello' from the employees and if we came more often most likely they would welcome us by name. We usually come once or twice a month but we see a lot of regulars get greeted with their names. It's a nice touch!

If I wan a hot chocolate I come here. Same with their Mocha if I want coffee and their hot chocolate. Hands down the best Mocha since it’s not too sweet, just right. Downside is I have to pay extra for Soy. It’s all my stomach’s fault but I have to pay the price $. Unfortunately it’s not just Peet’s since Soy is an extra charge for all other coffee shops. Their brewed coffee is good as well.

Usually consistent drinks. I highly recommend the flat white or if you want a sweeter treat try a cafe mocha with coconut. Rarely go to SB's anymore since they automated their whole process...to say they have baristas is a joke. Peet's however does have baristas...good ones!

Peet's has genuinely good coffee. Hands down, no question. They were a bit slow for mid-afternoon. It took a long time to get a small latte.

I simply Love Peets Coffee. Their iced latte is smooth but not too heavy. Not to mention the free internet that makes this a great meeting or study place.

Cool staff & complimentary coffee on Christmas Eve was really cool. Also the staff was warm and social. Love!

Great Cafe mocha, pleasantly served... though the 2 persons at the cash registers we're not as friendly as we are used to there.

Service and quality were top notch as usual. This location is a little more cramped than some, though. Most of the seating is in an outdoor courtyard shared with two other eateries... a good stop for just a coffee, but maybe not the best place to hang out.

I was ignored for the first minute with 3 people behind the counter and two customers awaiting their order. I was the only customer at the counter but the person working the counter was chatting so... Can't live without the coffee and i usually get excellent service. This was a fluke and I'd never seen the employee before.

Parking: This spot is located in the back corner of a plaza. There’s a large parking lot, so finding a parking spot is easy. Ambiance/Environment: They have a small space with some indoor seating. It’s a studious work environment. Majority of customers grab their orders and leave though. It gets very busy in the mornings. Highly recommend mobile ordering bc you can select a time of when you prefer your order to be ready. Service: Alannah was the barista that assisted me during my first visit. She’s courteous and efficient. I noticed there were only 3 baristas each time I visited. Throughput took a while bc they were juggling mobile orders, in-store orders, and cashiering. Round of applause for holding it down. Drinks: I ordered a seasonal drink and a core drink. The Holiday Spice Latte had notes of cinnamon, ginger, allspice, cloves, and nutmeg. It definitely tasted like a holiday in a cup of coffee. I also tried their Vanilla Latte. It tasted as expected. The espresso shot isn’t as strong as I prefer, so I’d get another shot. During my second visit, I tried their Caramel Macchiato. It was sweet, and again, I prefer stronger espresso shots. Pricing: Prices reflect any other supply chain coffee shop. Majority of Peet’s Coffee is South OC. I’d visit occasionally when they have coupons/promotions.

Rating isn't about this store but I can't rate their website anyway I was looking at thier coffee and decided I would try it they advertised 10% off and free shipping on your first order and said most orders ship in two days well didn't get 10% off or free shipping thier customer service wasn't any real help and it been over a week and still no coffee I won't bother buying from them again

I miss the old staff from years ago, the new staff messes up too much and all they got to say is sorry. Peet’s tea used to be a place that I loved going to with my family for 10 years 7 days a week 3 times a day getting teas and pastries so you can imagine the amount of money I have spent at their business, but they have downgraded on their staff and customers service. The teas used to be so good cause the old staff made it perfectly, looks like I’m going to have to take my business elsewhere.

I am a regular customer of the Peet’s Coffee chain. Whenever I’m traveling and want to grab a coffee and a quick bite, I always look specifically for Peet’s. Unfortunately, today I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this particular location. When I entered, I wanted to wash my hands first and asked the cashier for the restroom code. The girl responded very rudely, saying, “The restroom is for customers only.” I told her that I AM a customer, and only then did she reluctantly give me the code. After that, I tried to place my order at the register with the same employee and wanted to use a promotion: “Free beverage for ordering beans,” which clearly states that it applies to any take-home coffee, including espresso capsules. She told me it was not valid for capsules and could only be used for bean coffee, which was incorrect. I ended up placing the order myself through the app, and unsurprisingly, the promotion worked perfectly for the capsules. Then I went to the pickup area to wait for my drink. I had ordered LIGHT ice, but I watched as my cup was filled with SO MUCH ICE that it was literally overflowing and falling out of the cup!!!!!!! I politely asked the barista (a different woman) to put light ice. She did not say a single word, gave me an extremely annoyed look, and aggressively removed some of the ice. I was honestly shocked by this attitude. This experience was extremely unpleasant and completely unprofessional. I expect much better customer service from a brand like Peet’s Coffee. The lack of basic courtesy, incorrect information about promotions, and visible irritation toward customers is unacceptable. Sadly, this visit left me frustrated and disappointed, and it seriously damaged my impression of this location.

The husky Asian female manager was absolutely horrible along with a lady with blue hair. No communication skills whatsoever completely rude how can people like this get hired to interact with customers? Definitely will not be making my daily coffee commute here anymore and no one else should !
