Place an order however my cheese dip and twist were wrong it's happened before but I didn't complain,this time I really wanted the one I ordered so I called up and spoke with the manager named Harley. When I explained what had happened and it has happened before this is just the first time calling about it he immediately apologized right away asked me what the correct order was and said he was going to make it and sent it out and added cinnamon twist as a sorry. Which he didn't have to do-but then he went above and beyond and also added an extra bonus for the next time I order. Again totally not necessary because the customer service that he provided was really amazing.I also want to add a very special thank you to the delivery driver Cody who was truly amazing and awesome as well Thank you so much Harley and Cody for the great experience!YOU GUYS ROCK! Honestly I was kind of hesitant because when my order has been wrong at Pizza Hut in 29 palms I called, and all I got was rudeness and nothing solved . !!!! I'll definitely be ordering from Domino's a lot more!!! ♥️♥️

This restaurant is always very clean, the drivers seem very safe and courteous. It's a wonderfull restaurant experience. I will remember this restaurant for a long time. I would recomend this restaurant to other people as good food. The delivery of food from this restaurant has always been very timely. I really love their menu online, it always seems to be getting better and more delicious. The food quality is always grade A. I really enjoy this pizza place. Thank you!

On 11/5/2022 I had a pizza party for my soccer team at the park. The delivery by Russ was amazing, Not only were all 11 pizzas and 3 orders of parmesan bites delicious but they came on time (maybe even a little earlier) and Russ was so kind to bring them over to where we were having the party. Thank you Domino's for being amazing and thank you Russ for making our day a little easier

Always delivered hot and fast! Tastes good, too! Update: March 2022. Quality has suffered during pandemic. Inconsistent ingredients, sauce greatly reduced, portions are smaller, pasta dishes can arrive either overcooked or still cold in middle. Portion sizes are 2/3 to 1/2 less and chicken chunks have been noticeably, literally cut in half from what original portions were. Delivery prices are nearly as much as a single topping pizza. There is delivery fee, tip, and service charges now included. A typical "free" pizza can still cost around $12-$13.

Ordered the 2 or more for $5.99, wow, a good deal !! My food was cooked perfectly and was very tasty. I tried the BBQ chicken with bacon and it was so good !! What a treat for dinner. I ordered online and picked it up after shopping, it was ready and I was in and out and on the way home in no time !! Thanks Domino's 😆😆😆

I don't know the employee's name but he works the night shift he's always there when I pick up my food on the way to work anyhow great employee always makes you feel important that being said on my last order he was off that night but I always get the loaded tater tots for sure but this time I think there is maybe three slithers of meat in it kind of bummed but other than that every time I order it's great in the service is great

Let's not get carried away on the expectations--it's a Domino's pizza. Is it somehow better than the Domino's in your area? Possibly. I'd say this is one of the most consistently dependable Domino's I've ever ordered from--and, for my sins, I've ordered from quite a few, over the years. And really, that's all I want from a place like this--dependability.

When we first moved here, we were skeptical about this location due to the amount of negative reviews. But I’ve had zero issues with this location with the accuracy of my order, quality of my food, and friendliness of the staff. I’ve yet to have a negative experience with this Dominos location. Food is always made quickly with no issues. When staff either brings my order curbside or I go inside, they are friendly, even though they are working hard snd multitasking.

Always so polite and kind when they deliver. Everything that should be hot is still hot when it arrives, which is great! The drinks could be colder than they are, though. No one wants to pour warm soda they just paid for over ice and have to drink it watered-down.

They got my order right once. They sent it to the wrong house but it was right. Honestly, I can't recall a single time the Pizza was delivered, the first time, as ordered. The reason it isn't one-star is simply because they always fix the issue without much trouble (other than being late). At this point I just order early.

Just ordered tonight (Friday 4/14/23) and after waiting out the upper limit of the estimated delivery time, called to check our order to find out they just lost 2 managers and 2 delivery drivers. This is our 3rd order from this location in the last 2 months and it's clear they lost their best people. First 2 orders were great, but tonight was a wash. Had to go and pick up our delivery order, which had been sitting for quite some time. Cheese on pizza was cooled and setting, wings were barely drizzled with sauce and crazy soggy, the cheese dip with bread knots had no parmesan or garlic on the knots, and they ignored my request to not add green peppers to my sandwich. I'd guess whoever is the remaining manager is likely the cause of the walkout. I'd avoid this location for a while until they have a chance to address the personnel issues. And then be extra wary with orders.

The food here is always great, but last time I ordered carry out, I paid at the store. The machine asked if I wanted to choose a tip. I clicked one of the pre set percents. It was apparently too low of a number for the cashier, and they said, "Oh boy, only that much?? I guess it'll add up eventually. " There is no law saying I have to tip at all. One of my biggest icks is an employee who complains about a tip amount!

I would not recommend ordering from here if you live on base. I placed my order at 6pm and it arrived exactly 2 hours later at 8pm. So it was made in 30 minutes and then just sat in someones vehicle for another hour and 30 minutes. Thats honestly not acceptable. It came room temperature and hardened. Definitely should have canceled the order after the first hour went by. And to top it off they are extremely disorganized. There was a receipt mix up and I signed off & tipped on someone else's order. After I noticed the error I called it in. This may have been the last time I ordered from Dominoes. This wasnt the first time it has taken an hour plus more for my pizza to arrive. Ordering pizza is supposed to be hassle free and convenient and this and previous experiences were neither. I give them 2 stars for Sub par food and snail paced delivery.

The place was good. Two Sundays in a row, I have waited way too long for the pizza to be ready. It took them 35 min just to prep my 2 pizzas and parmesan bites. It's unacceptable!

Delivery concerns. When u call them about your order because the tracking dissapeared on the app and phone and the man who answers your phone call would just say its on its way, is stupid. He didn't even looked up my information, because I know for a fact if you give your phone number , you would know who delivered your food. I live literally 15-18 mins away from the dominos store. From the time it says it was done and out for delivery thats when I start timing it. Rude people who does not like their jobs should find another job, atleast act like they want to help other people. This is a customer base job and if you cant handle the pressure of delivery, this aint the job for you sir.

Waited twice the estimated time, took 1hr 20min for delivery. Sandwiches hardly had any meat or toppings. They were all bread and cheese. Quality has gone down, didn’t used to be like this. This has happened the last three times I’ve ordered. I think I’m done trying. Total disappointment.

The great thing about the domino pizza at the adobe avenue at 29 palm is that even if you make it explicitly clear that no meat should be used in the pizza making because of my religious beliefs. It seems that the staff at the store namely - Megan think it’s funny and alright to feed meat to people how are vegetarian and even when the order clearly mentioned it’s a pure vegetarian pizza with no meat. It seems the staff won’t read your order details properly before preparing the order even. I now think what else is overlooked by the staff at this site. The quality of food ? Could be overlooked too. Use of banned product ? Use of expired products ? Sub standard preparation of food? Is it because domino feels it’s too big to care about meager small customers ? #dominospizza#horriblefood.

For a fast food pizza chain their is nothing fast about this location the employees here take their sweet time doing anything. Tonight I had ordered two pizzas on the mobile app for curbside pickup. The first problem was the wait time of 60-70minutes when they have two oven but only using one. Then on top of that they say there's a deal if your pizza is ordered for curbside and you have no pizza within 2minutes you get a free one. Well let me say this my pizza was done way longer than two minutes because I had to go into the joint just to get my pizza that was sitting in the warmer. So much for curbside or holding to a free pizza when mine was sitting because of lazy employees.

OMG, the pepperoni and mushroom pizza is a bit burnt, which makes it taste like ashes, cardboard from the box, acidic with each bite. The beef with onions was undercooked, which made the bottom absorb the cardboard box taste, was very chewy, the beef tasted a bit of a raw taste. At least the garbage can will get full, from almost two whole pizzas. I just hope I don't get food poisoning.

Ordered on the app, then waited 2 hours and was delivered pizzas with the wrong toppings. When I reported it on the app I got a trash %20 off coupon for my next order. I tried to call the store and was put on hold for ten minutes before I gave up.

I have never had a problem with their pizza. It's always been good. However, they have recently changed managers and that is where the problem lies. We have had Domino's deliver to our home several times in the past. We live off of an unpaved road. The road is well maintained on a regular basis (I could drive that road in my Honda that is 4 inches off the ground doing 30 mph and it is as smooth as can be; the road is hard-packed dirt). This evening, I made an online order, paid with my card and waited for delivery. About 10 minutes after I made the order, I get a call from the store and I am told they will not be able to deliver to my house. I am completely confused by this as they just delivered here a few weeks ago. I am told they cannot go down a dirt road. I plead my case that they just delivered here recently from that store. She puts me on hold, asks the manager and is told no, they will not deliver. She states that its under new management. I informed her to cancel my order and I will no longer be a customer of Domino's Pizza. Your "new" management is losing EXISTING DELIVERY CUSTOMERS. One day, when you get management that actually cares about their EXISTING customers, I may be back. But until then, you wont get a cent from me.

Never had a major problem with them until now, tonight they said the couldn't deliver to my address then they said it depends on a manager but they would deliver tonight. Then the original order online was 42.00 but the driver said 56.00 They all we started to eat our food we noticed the Domino bites were extremely burnt as well as the lava cake and my Philly Cheese steak sandwiches had no meat on one, I'm so upset that I contacted headquarters over this and we will see how the company handles the employee's or manger who allowed this to take place. So disappointed in the matter right now...

Find another Dominos. I ordered online for an in store pick up and still waited an hour at the store. The employees didn’t seem to care that food was taking almost 2 hours to get to people. One employee was telling a women how to discipline her child instead of working on orders. Two employees had an argument over telling not telling customers the proper wait time one said the should be saying an hour while the other person said it was taking 2 hours. If this was my first experience with Dominos I’d never come back. I’m so glad I don’t live here because I’d never go back if I did.

We have usually liked the pizza which is why we drive five miles to get it. Tonight in trying to make things easy for my husband, I paid for our order online. Upon arrival, they wanted my credit card and ID which he didn't have with them. He came all the way home to get them but when he returned he decided to ask for a refund since the pizza has been sitting there for a while by then. The manager said he issued the refund but when my husband asked for the receipt with proof he said "oops I did it wrong." He finally issued the refund. My husband questioned why the website doesn't specify that the credit card must be shown and the manager told him the website is corporate and they're a franchise. Absolutely ridiculous!

The Philly steak and cheese was dry very little toppings. I was talking to order. He tried to over charge me. I said I thought it was 2 or more for 5.99 he said I have to ask for that deal. But when I looked on the flyer it didn't say that. I was in Arizona a year and a half ago and orders them they were delicious.

Spent 10 minutes repeating my card information to someone. I was told my 250 dollar order would be ready in 35-50 minutes. It has been an hour and a half and I am still waiting for my order. I was just told that it would be another 45 minutes to an hour and that my order is still being cooked. Absolute trash.

I asked for chicken taco pizza and there was only 1 tiny piece of chicken. The other time I ordered all meats pizza and they delivered me all cheese pizza. This happened at the yucca Valley dominoes. I will never order anymore dominoes again. The Dominoes in 29 palms is awesome.

Literally some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Some of the workers (not all are like this) think it’s okay to be disrespectful and lazy to customers either because most of the customer base are marines or because they know they’ll get orders anyways. Never seen a Domino’s this bad off a base.

I am never coming back here. Paid $25 for a small 10 inch pizza. Waited an hour to get the pizza while sitting inside yet nobody said it was done. $25 dollars for what like 6 slices. At this point that is insane. Crappy service, and for that price you might as well go to papa johns. I would never recommend anyone to go here. The pizza was also barley warm at best. Horrible first time experience and highway robbery at its finest.

Instead, I received a pan pizza, which I did not request. When I called to address the issue, I was shocked to hear from the General Manager, Megan, that she “upgraded” my pizza without my consent. She admitted to knowingly changing my order and still delivering it incorrectly—assuming I would be okay with it. I calmly explained that I did not ask for a pan pizza and would simply like the order I originally placed. Rather than taking responsibility and correcting the order, Megan argued with me and refused to remake both items together. She told me that I could only receive a remade pizza—not the cheesy bread—and that I’d have to accept the original bread that was made earlier. When I explained that I wanted both fresh and delivered together, she responded dismissively, saying, “This is a business,” as if that excused intentionally altering a customer’s paid order. To make matters worse, I shared that I had a newborn at home and just wanted my food remade correctly without any extra hassle. Instead of showing any empathy or professionalism, she continued to argue, showed no concern for the inconvenience she caused, and acted as if her authority as General Manager made her above accountability. I’ve truly never experienced such inconsiderate and dismissive treatment from any food service manager. I wasn’t asking for a refund or a handout—just my correct order, made fresh and delivered together, as it should have been in the first place. Her behavior was unacceptable, and the franchisee should seriously reevaluate how such issues are handled. Customers deserve respect and the product they paid for, not assumptions, arguments, and poor customer service. No amount of coupons or store credits could make up for the way I was treated. I sincerely hope someone in leadership reads this and takes action to ensure no one else is treated this way again.

Worst dominos pizza ever never seen that when you order at 11:40 and they close at 12 they cancel your order. Never seen that then don’t advertise you close at 12. Ordered twice and order got cancelled my Megan twice ridiculous if you don’t want to work just don’t work

The great thing about the domino pizza at the adobe avenue at 29 palm is that even if you make it explicitly clear that no meat should be used in the pizza making because of my religious beliefs. It seems that the staff at the store namely - Megan think it’s funny and alright to feed meat to people how are vegetarian and even when the order clearly mentioned it’s a pure vegetarian pizza with no meat. It seems the staff won’t read your order details properly before preparing the order even. I now think what else is overlooked by the staff at this site. The quality of food ? Could be overlooked too. Use of banned product ? Use of expired products ? Sub standard preparation of food? Is it because domino feels it’s too big to care about meager small customers ? #dominospizza#horriblefood.

OMG, the pepperoni and mushroom pizza is a bit burnt, which makes it taste like ashes, cardboard from the box, acidic with each bite. The beef with onions was undercooked, which made the bottom absorb the cardboard box taste, was very chewy, the beef tasted a bit of a raw taste. At least the garbage can will get full, from almost two whole pizzas. I just hope I don't get food poisoning.

For a fast food pizza chain their is nothing fast about this location the employees here take their sweet time doing anything. Tonight I had ordered two pizzas on the mobile app for curbside pickup. The first problem was the wait time of 60-70minutes when they have two oven but only using one. Then on top of that they say there's a deal if your pizza is ordered for curbside and you have no pizza within 2minutes you get a free one. Well let me say this my pizza was done way longer than two minutes because I had to go into the joint just to get my pizza that was sitting in the warmer. So much for curbside or holding to a free pizza when mine was sitting because of lazy employees.
