I love the pizza, but every time we go to the buffet there’s NEVER cheese out!! Then multiple times we’ve asked for a cheese to be added to the buffet (not a personal one because I don’t like the small pizzas they have). And twice even specifying a buffet not personal, they’ve made a personal tiny pizza. The two most popular pizzas are cheese and pepperoni, there should always be one of each out

Food is okay. Its a pizza buffet so it is what it is, not too bad. Customer service is terrible seems like we get overcharged for the kids every time we come here and have to go back for a refund. 3 and under is supposed to be way cheaper so it makes a big difference when coming with the whole family. To top it off this time the TV by our table switched to some absolute garbage with half naked women on it and I don't want my kids seeing that so we went and requested they turned it off but the lady said no because "the manager is out of town" or something. We had to insist to get them to simply turn off the one TV by our table so the kids didn't have to see that. Just overall disappointing this trip

Food is okay for what your paying for but the place is absolutely filthy.. the bathrooms are atrocious. I took my family to eat there today and the both toilets in the women's are clogged and can't be used so I had to walk my daughter to Walmart to go use the restroom. Would of used the mens but an employee was on there playing on his phone.. they need help.

Don't don't don't eat here. The pizza is really bad. The girls bathrooms neither toilets worked. NO SIGN on the door, no care in the world about the customers. Disappointing and won't be back.

Me and my mom ate here for lunch before christmas shopping and it was just terrible. Pizza was alright at best. The restaurant itself was just a huge mess. Lights weren't working Tables were wobble Half the tvs weren't working. Buffet was messy and not the best looking. No service at the Buffet whatever so 🤷 Nobody said anything at the Buffet. The manger seem nice as she did agree us at the door but that's about it. Sticking to the 64 location from now on.

Rip off really. How do you consider a KID that is 10 years old that cannot eat as much as an adult priced as an adult. Will not be back. For 100$ could have had a better buffet at Golden Coral.

I asked the Hispanic lady if they could please make my son a personal bbq pizza, she told the guy in the back and he rudely responded with whatever is out there is what he needs to get. Sir my son is allergic to onions! The lady just repeated what he said and apologized! Do better cicis if you don’t like your job get a different one please!

It was the nastiest pizza ever. There were no pizza options and every time they put pizza up there it was pizza that have been sitting then I spent 20 something dollars on wings that were on steroids which were gummy and pink on the inside the lemon pepper wings were in a pool of grease and seasonings. Then, when something was said to the lady, she looked at me as if she did not understand. It is nothing like it used to be especially to spend $63 for a family of 4 three being children a complete waste of money. Don’t think I will look at Chicken, the same!

This place has gone downhill since the ownership changed. Service is an afterthought. Fresh food only comes out when the dining room is full. Cheese is too expensive to serve on the salad bar.

I am beyond upset with the cicis today. Went with my partner and my father in law and there was as maybe 3 slices of pizza total on the bar and no pasta. They kept coming out with one pizza at a time and if you weren’t the first one up that pizza was gone in a second. Most of my visit was was trying to see when more food would come out and beat the people trying to get to it first. The pizza that did come out was undercooked and disgusting. I spent close to $40 for just 3 slices of pizza and 30 minutes into our visit I was already ready to go but didn’t realize my father in law had only eaten 2 slices of pizza and was still very hungry. Don’t waste your money, food was awful and felt like we were all fighting for survival.
