I think this may be the BEST East Texas burger! Greatness all around! Size, flavor, thickness, juiciness and the fries are superb!!! The pinto bean appetizer is also a nice touch and very flavorful!

This place was super busy when I went buy Tonya at the front counter was so friendly and helped me pick what to eat out of two options. I got the crispy chicken avocado something or rather 😂. Don't remember the name. Either way it was massive and tasted really good. The bottom wasn't soft or soggy. It didn't come with fries or drink so that was kinda a bummer; I ordered that separately. The price for just the sandwich was a bit high to be honest.

This Jucys Hamburgers is located on the south side of Tyler, Texas. This is a very clean store. They have both inside and outside seating. We sat inside. We ordered three meals. We ordered two steak sandwiches, one with French fries and one with onion rings. And ordered one club sandwich with fries and three drinks. We waited less than five minutes for our food. The food tasted awesome. We also ordered fried pickles with dipping sauce. We recommend eating here.

This place has old fashioned hamburgers and fries. The meat was thick on these burgers, buns toasted and the ingredients were very fresh. The best onion rings too!! Yumyum. The service was very nice and friendly. Go, you will be glad you did!

2:55 p--Just left here--least favorite of the chain's stores...did not let us know food was ready (took so long, we just started walking toward p/u counter and there order was), no personality at all from young man at counter...in fact, he just looked at us like we were putting him out with our order!! Really need to train personnel...

I gave 4 stars because of the price. Although for the amount of food received, the price was not bad. The food was greasy but did taste good. Large portion sizes had complimentary self-serve well-seasoned beans located near the Coke remix machine, to-go boxes were needed, and we came there hunger. The burgers are priced separately from the French fries and tater tots for $2.99 each. The drink was also about $3. The burger was about $13 for it alone. All tasted very good. I will come back there again but not too regularly because it is high in cost for a fast food place. For two of us, it was $37 after tax, and we got regular meals, nothing fancy or too big.

Great place to go to if you want good food! It's definitely not quick "fast" food, especially during lunch, but it will definitely be good quality! The burgers are always made correctly, come out hot, and fresh. The fries & onion rings as well. I like the huge selection of drink options too. We always enjoy our meals here.

My online order was so messed up! I asked for no mustard, mayonnaise, they put both. Ruined my meal!!!!! Asked for my lettuce and tomato on the side, didn't get! The onion rings is the only thing they got right. No ketchup or salt that I asked for. Waterburger is so much better! They don't screw up orders like this online. Update. My first time trying this establishment because they have a veggie burger in the menu. The bun was soft and I ordered it the way it comes. I paid $9.73 for a black bean burger that didn't even come with fries so to say the least I was surprised. I haven't had a burger of any kind in approximately 3 years so jist imagine lol.

Been here a couple of times and had bad experiences. The first time we ordered fried green tomatoes and were served a side of cold fries instead. The burgers were okay but not as good as the 5th street location. The second time we decided to try the fruit cup ($4) and the cups were not full or ripe. One of them only had cantaloupe. The chipotle chicken sandwich was very dry due to overcooked chicken and lacking chipotle sauce. We will be going to the location off the loop from now on even though it’s twice as far.

Had heard good things about this place and ordered. Ordered both burgers with no lettuce and one without mayo and both showd up with lettuce and mayo. Will not order again unless in store to check order and so far not impressed.

I first tried the grilled chicken sandwich a few weeks ago. Ordered it with no veggies, just pickles and mustard. It had a huge glob of mayo on it. It was still ok except the bun was very soggy. I tried it again the next week, soggy again! Tried again yesterday without pickles, thinking that must be why it was soggy. Soggy again!!! I finally decided it is because it is "sweating" in the Styrofoam container. I would suggest wrapping it in foil or some sort of food safe sheets. Otherwise, I will not try it again.

If you're hungry and it's important to you that your order is right, just go someplace else 🫠 I wish I had read the reviews. Paid $32 for two burgers and both were made wrong. Would have asked them to remake them, but we had already waited 30+ min for the food.
