The guy at the window was not friendly. That should’ve been a red flag. But I got my pizza. It’s thin as paper and dried out like it’s been sitting too long. Do not recommend this location

Just stopped in for lunch this has been My go-to Little Caesars. No more! Special ordered a stuffed crust. Worst Pizza I have gotten from them yet. No sauce the pizza was burned to a crisp. Literally Krispy. I did not have time to go back and get another one. Definitely needs New Management. It used to be the best one around.

Waste of business. Answered the phone just to put me on hold for 45 minutes. Once they picked back up they proceeded to take my order and tell me the total before saying “we are closed” completely out of nowhere wasting an hour of my time. Coulda told me you were closed before putting me on hold then proceeding to take my order. Can get better service at Burger King

Frequent flyer of this place because its one of the only things my autistic son will eat. Ordered online thru the app and picked up. Got home and the order was wrong. Called the place and the guy said that there was nothing they could do unless i came back up there. Wont be going back. Bad business.

Terrible i called and placed a order told to wait 15mins just to be given a old pizza that has been in the hotbox for hours this establishment is in serious need of a staff that actually wants to do this job

Man, it’s just not supposed to be that complicated to order a few pizzas. Rough experience with customer service. Pizza has been consistent and good for the price- but don’t order here if you plan to talk to an actual person. Use the app. The humans here don’t want to be bothered.

Figured i would try little Cesar’s again as it’s been awhile since I’ve had it. Order said it would be ready at 6:30pm. Got to the drive through and was told to pull around. Didn’t leave the store til 6:50. Kept getting told they were waiting to box up the pepperoni cups. After another ten minutes went to the counter. Then the cashier looks at me and says what all did you get with your pizza? TLDR: pizza was cold, forgot about me and had to wait. Go anywhere else to get pizza it’s worth the extra money.

Ordered a pizza over the phone. They said it would be 15 minutes. Got to the store, paid. Waited 15 minutes before they realized they had accidentally scheduled my pizza out an hour longer. By the time I finally received my pizza, they made no attempts to make the situation better, other than a sorry we messed up. Don’t order over the phone.

Usually can't really expect much from little ceasars in general. I ordered 2 pizzas from this location this evening. When I got there the girl at the counter informed me they messed up my order and were having to redo it. After I get my order and get home the pizzas are not cooked nearly long long. I've never had such a doughy pizza in my life. I did select for the pizza to be cooked well done when ordering online. Probably won't be back to this location

The past 4-5 times I ordered the ExtraMostBestest that they give me a regular cheese pizza with barely any cheese and mainly sauce. I order the extra cheese and pay extra for it expecting to have extra cheese. This is just annoying and disappointing. I don’t know why all of a sudden they’ve become so stingy with the cheese. I guess the “extra cheese pizza” is now the regular cheese pizza but you pay more for nothing

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and when I picked it up the pizza was cold as can be and hard where my kids could not eat it. It was hard enough you could throw it. The picture attached is me holding it up showing how hard it is. I know its a cheap pizza but this is a little ridiculous.

We ordered some pizza from here and some extra sauce and when we got it, there was mold in the sauce. My thing is, how did you not see this when packing it up? We seen it as soon as we opened up the bag. All 4 of the sauce bowls had them. This one in the photo was the most visible. And y’all thought it was okay to serve it???

This pizza is disgusting! I found a black piece of hair on my pizza. This is my first and last time coming to this place. The employees was rude! Bad experience I would not recommend!! I also seen a manager and employe touch their hair and go back to make the pizzas!

So slow. Service sucks. If you want pizza anytime soon call in the day before. This is why you cant get pizza. Sleeping at the counter and he is on his phone. Took 38 minutes from online app order till pizza was ready. The pizza that was ordered was a classic $5 pepperoni and a $6 extra most bestest. These pizzas are advertised to be hot and ready after 4 pm all the time.
