In-N-Out Burger is a classic burger joint to be enjoyed by everyone who enjoys burgers, they make their fries fresh from potatoes everyday almost per order. Don't let your fries get cold and they don't reheat all that well either but they're great when they're fresh. The burgers are great and they even have a secret menu! In's, Outs, Burgers, you name it! 🤟🏽😎👍🏽

The staff is always pleasant. Micheal was our order taker, and he was very well-mannered and pleasant with a great smile. The girls at the windows were very friendly and welcoming. We visit this store often when we're in Ukiah and we're always pleased.

If you like In N Out burgers you won't be disappointed. Food has always been good and you know what you're getting. It's in a convenient location. It's right off 101 in front of Raleys supermarket. Where the old Fjords buffet was years ago. Nice to see the location finally being used again. At the drive thru, they get you through pretty quickly drive. They do get busy at times but it doesn't take very long. Better than most fast foods IMO.

In-N-Out is a California institution. You’d be insane to pass this place by if you’ve never tried it. In fact, if you bring someone from back east to In-N-Out and they say something like “yeah it was pretty good” or “not bad” then you can 100% be assured that this person is not worthy of your friendship. Also: you have to order a 3x3. It’s the perfect meat to rest of the sandwich ratio. Always great service at this location.

This was another compare place on my vac, between here and Whataburger. I honestly don't think I could pick. Fresh fries cut on the spot. Great burger, clean restaurant and friendly staff!!

A typical in n out, I notice the drive through had only 5 or 6 cars, typically it has 20 car at a time, it still took 10 min to go through it. I most likely won't be returning unless I go inside, but my first time at this one.

The bun was rubbery like it had been microwaved and the strawberry shake was watery with bubbles floating in the liquid on top, not full. I ordered an extra large after not being able to read the menu well.man on the curb took the order, one strawberry shake, are there different sizes? I want a large, he said oh a large, I said well the biggest you have, he said, oh an extra large! Then pay window, confirms order, then pick up bag and drink, both closed so I don’t know until home large shake in extra large cup and, I sipped on the way home and noticed it wasn’t frozen like a milk shake, opened it to see the problem! The place is always so busy I didn’t go back and didn’t know about the burger buns until home at the table. The quality has changed, I used to love it except for the notoriously long line in drive up, now that’s gone way down?? Hmmmm?!h

This was my wife's first time in an In-N-Out and most likely her last. The staff were very pleasant and courteous. When we got our order, the fries were cold. She asked for no tomato or onion yet her burger was loaded. Normally this isn't a big deal but the order was only 2 burgers so I can't see how there was a mix up. My burger (a double double) had two slices of tomato and a whole cross section of onion. A bit much, honestly but not a big deal they can get pulled off no problem. Every trash can on site was full, and I'm not exaggerating. EVERY ONE OF THEM. There was trash on the floor, and the tables were dirty, to include the table next to us with BLOOD ON IT, THE FLOOR AND THE WALL! Yeah that's not ketchup you're seeing there, after many years as a mechanic I know blood on the floor when I see it. I'm super sad about this because I remember these places being clean and the food being much better than last night. We're from out of state and it's been 8 years since I've had a burger here and had big dreams of it knocking her socks off like it did me the first time I had it. Oh well. Nothing lasts forever. Also didn't have my T-shirt size. Ugh.
