Awesome carnitas crispy tacos

Great place for some seriously big burritos. We placed a big order and ended up having some burritos mislabeled but not a huge deal. The carnitas are super flavorful.

Really good tacos. Fresh and tasty. Kinda busy. You could tell that the food was the it place. Will be back.

Excellent tacos. The meat is soooooo tender and seasoned perfect. Rice was pretty good too. They have indoor and outdoor seating.

Well, I can never just walk by a Mexican restaurant or taco truck without at least trying 3 tacos! I see it as a civic responsibility to help the small family owned businesses succeed. And you know what...OneEyed Mary was right..those chicken tacos were Amazing! 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

This is about as authentic as it gets around here. Food is well prepared and tasty. There is a vegetarian menu section, but other menu items, like chili relleno, will be vegetarian, too. Although prices compare to nicer sit-down restaurants, Lalo's atmosphere is quite "taco stand" - like. Outdoor covered dining and a small inside area available.

I'm on a mission to find good street tacos and I think I've found then😋 My husband had queso birrio and it was in his words "pretty damn good" So the next time I/we go to Ukiah ( we live an hour away) we will DEFINITELY be stopping in for some really good for. Oh and I want to forget to say they are very nice too😁

I feel this is the BEST in Ukiah. We grew up in Lake County, lived in Texas for the last 30 plus years in Texas (a lot of great Mexican food) hands down this is fantastic. Keep up the good work chef. See you soon

My new favorite spot to grab a quick bite with that restaurant feel. Indoor and outdoor seating. A bilingual cashier. A couple hard working chefs making your food in front of you. A gorgeous hard working woman keeping the place clean and the people happy. This place is close by off the freeway. The food is made fresh to order and does not take forever. Generous portions that were seasoned right. Authentic Mexican food at its best! Stop in and support a small business.

If you want authentic Mexican food then this is the place to visit. Their refried beans are the best also the fajitas are another favorite. The burritos they serve can feed two adults no problem. They give you an ample amount of food no matter what you order. I can never eat everything on my plate. I have to ask for a take home container so I always have some for a midnight snack. Which is always a bonus. Try it for yourself you won't be disappointed.

Great tasting food, small outdoor dining area infront, prices were pretty good. My husband and I both had the tacos de carne asada with everything. They were delicious. careful if the salsa both red and green have a kick to them.🌶️🥵🔥🌶️ Hubby loved it and we will be going back again when in town.

This was my first time trying Lalo's. I called in the order and tried to make it clear not to put onions in my shrimp burrito, but they put the onions and I had to pick them out. I had to heat my husband's burrito-it was barely warm. Shrimp burrito good but salty.

A lot of people like Lalo's. They have a good menu and the food is authentic. With so many Mexican restaurants in Ukiah, it comes down to your own personal taste. I give Lalo's 3 stars.

Fair fare. Can't believe what they charge for a simple quesadilla. Plus it took over 15 minutes. Boring meal, chintzy sides of sour cream, salsa and a sprig ot two of lettuce. I'll go somewhere else next time I'm in town.

Food is really good but service could be better. I ordered the taco plate with one extra taco, and a soda, and my total was almost $20. Hummm, seems a bit steep.

I don't know what's up, there's a menu with prices then there's a paper on window saying prices are not right due to price increase. Burrito two tacos 20 bucks and takes forever to make. I order infornt of 2 coworkers. They got ribs, tacos, tortas, and burrito, while I still didn't get my order. Once I asked they rushed to cook the tripa burrito and was nasty. No bueno

This used to be my favorite restaurant in town. Went 5-6 times a month. Now I avoid it. There's a general attitude of I don't care that wasn't there in years past. The "chef" uses dirty rags, dirty gloves, mask and countertop. Food is assembled sloppily with contamination everywhere. I wish I could eat at the old Lalos again. Clean, cooked to order and tasty. Now it's just rolling the dice. Left a star for what it used to be.

I am disappointed in this place. I got 2 carnitas tacos, and 1 chicken taco and I can't say they were bad, but they really didn't have much flavor. The meat was so flavorless. Also the place looks kind of dirty. The staff were very nice though.

The vibe was not promising as we ordered at the window. We ordered 1 super burrito with carne asada, no rice, no sour cream, extra cheese and pico and 2 chicken enchiladas. We got 1 chicken burrito and 2 pitiful chicken enchiladas. I was really hoping we might have found the gem of Mexican food in Ukiah. We grew up in San Diego, not sure we'll ever find that same deliciousness up north.

I ordered a super burrito de lengua, give it three bites for my surprise little to nothing of meat, I opened it and found like a table spoonfull of it at the far corner of the burrito, worse place ever , at least i got my money back.

-2.22.2017 Negative Star. HORRIBLE FOOD. CRAP. Carnitas tasted AND smelled like the pigs feces. The Pico and all the salsa's were SPOILED. Chips were STALE. Your so-called Mexican rice tasted like rice a roni. BUT not even that good. You suck and need to find someone who really knows REAL MEXICAN Cooking.

This review is only for the taco truck in Calpella, the food is really good a little bit pricey, but the worst is the customer service, they guy that is there is super rude, he basically ignores you if you are there waiting to place an order and when you call over the phone he doesn't let you talk. Really if it wasn't for that guy I would give 5 stars, because again the food is great!

They did not put any meat in my carnitas burrito. All the meat was just fat there was not 1 full piece of meat in my entire burrito was very disappointing to a place tht i was going to for a while. Good customer service horrible burrito

Hair in food flys buzzing on the food and on us food tasted terrible no one ate anything and the place stunk. Server was nice.

Met my husband for lunch. Inside the eating area it stank! There was flies buzzing around. My husband said that the food was good, but the place didn't seem clean.

The salsa was pitiful-probably came out of a can . Not homemade. Inside the restaurant was filthy, flys everywhere. Tables were dirty. It smelled bad. The place is run down. Poorly managed. And they charged me $17.00 for a burrito. I will not be back. A total waste of money. Don’t go there folks.
