My experience at Taco Bell Ukiah was really great unexpectedly their burritos supreme is wonderful and great and juicy and you can get it any way you want to without beans or stuff like that and if there's any problem they got Cherry smoothies and you get one free and the water's free also ice water and it's not city water or tap water so I recommend now that I've been to Taco Bell Ukiah that you need to check it out the whole family even though the dining room is closed it's still a great place for family to eat and have fun instead of five stars I give Taco Bell Ukiah 10 gold stars that's how great I think this place is.max a million or just MAX.

Not all Taco Bell locations are created equal. This is one of the better ones (for drive-thru). They were fast, polite, and got the order right.

Always warm and freshly-made Taco Bell is great sometimes you might have to check to make sure you got all of your order other than that I've always gotten my order within a few minutes of ordering their staff is friendly and always with smiles ready to help if you have questions

I hadn't been there in a while ever since they took off my favorite meal on the menu (the Mexican Pizza) and to my surprise they had put it back on the menu!! I was so happy that I ordered four of them and spent about $50.00 in food. And it was well worth it. The food was excellent, the service was great and the atmosphere was good. I will definitely be a Taco Bell regular from here on out ( that is unless they take the Mexican Pizza off the menu again)

It’s pretty much the only fast food place in town that hasn’t caught on fire, or changed the structure of the building. I’m glad it remains the same as it did when I was younger. I always order their hard tacos and their drinks like their Blue Raspberry Freeze.

It's quick and the staff are very good about special requests/substitutions. During lunch rush the sitting area can get a little messy, but as soon as they have a break in foot traffic they jump on getting the tables and chairs wiped down. If you have an issue with your order, don't be afraid to bring it up to them. The staff is very friendly and are quick to remake it if needed. Drive-thru experience is normal for the industry (fast food) but it's as fast as they can make it.

The night manager Eric went above and beyond to help us. Very polite . I offered to tip him and he refused. Fast food needs more workers lik Eric. Taco bell is lucky to have him as an employee. Great service Eric. Thank you.

I got my order and it was tasty. Frito burritos are pretty good. I charge my phone to at taco bell. They have clean restrooms with the new hand dryers. I even got 2 free burritos from a customer for my dog waiting outside. Taco bell is cheap tasty and I'm always stuffed when I leave. Newly remodeled.

I was really constipated for a week straight till I ate here. While taking a shower I was instantly unclogged after sharting all over the bathroom tub thanks taco bell

It's Tacobell. You really can't go wrong with it. Prices are always low, food is edible, I mean I keep going back so it's gotta be good right? Whether it's for snacks or late night adult drink tbell always has the hook up 🤷🏼‍♀️ Staff are usually nice and I haven't had my order messed up since I downloaded the app which is awesome.

Taco Bell is my favorite fast food choice, no debate. I'm always in the mood for a steak grilled cheese burrito! I rarely go in to the lobby but even though it's been renovated recently I do not believe it did any favors, esthetically. Very dull and boring interior. I just get my food via the Drive-Thru and eat elsewhere.

Picked up some tacos and cheesy roll ups. Pretty flawless, except when did Taco Bell get so damn expensive?! Wtd?! Almost $10 for 2 tacos with sour cream and 2 cheesy roll ups. Holy cow!

I think it is one of the vest Taco Bells I have ever been to. Friendly, good food, easy to get to. I wish they would come out with the Looney Toon glasses again, what a great anniversary celebration idea!

Drive thru is always busy during meal times as this is the only bell in town. Friendly, fast, and competent staff will get you your fast food taco fix though.

Gotta love Taco Bell. Open 24 hours so at one in the morning and your kind of hungry it's the place to go. It is always kept clean in there and the food is always yummy. Even when its super busy and the drive thru line is crazy long, they always get the orders out in a timely manner.

My favorite place when I want fast food. Sometimes it's a long wait if your going through the drive through. Prices have increased a bit but still my go to.

We went to Taco Bell for dinner. You have the option to order through a person or they have a set up that you can order on your own and they Prep your food just as if you did the traditional way. We are sticking with traditional, however many of the other customers order on their own.

I really enjoy going into the building usually the building is nice and is cool and the service send to be faster then the drive through. Never got bad food there also so to me that's a big plus.

The line is always super long. I've left more times then I waited, it's irritating. Even if you get the App, you still have to wait in line, confirm your order through the drive-thru, absolute waste of time. Ridiculous. Then, you have to hope they got everything you ordered. Idk how much $$ I've wasted on paying for food I've never received, I refuse to get back in the line when that happens. SMH.

I went through the drive through lol but the person's friendlier but no matter what I order they always forget something if I order over 3 things. I even told my friend to wait and let me check the bag before we left the window but no she scoffed at me and it was her burrito they forgot and the hot sauce how can you for get that part. She turned around.

We are not fast-food fan but my son loves thier crispy taco 🌮 it is a perfect spot for a taco snack in the afternoon after school. The staff are friendly. Food was good clean and quick. Convenient location.

Long wait and always busy with the drive thru but the food was hot off the press. If you dont mind sitting in the drive thru for an hour it is some of the BEST taco bell ive had in a minute.

The staff is friendly but the service is so slow. I waited for 22 minutes in the drive through for my food. The line of cars was backed into the street.

Food was good drive thru was pretty fast, employees were polite store looked nice, only thing is that we didn't eat what we wanted to eat because the fryer wasn't filtered, it "wasn't working".

Love taco bell but hate how they took a lot of original menu items off the menu... they can always add more but to take your classics like Mexican pizza and double decker? They have been on there menu for years!! Just disappointing

There was a line of cars all the way back to State St. on a Friday night around 7: 00. Took about 30 minutes to get our food. There are two windows, which needed to be used. There was a very nice young man, who was taking orders & payment as well as getting the orders bagged & ready for the customers. That in my own restaurant is a two person job. I give the young man FIVE STARS PLUS!!!!! for that as well as his FRIENDLY SMILE & GREETING. He was doing two jobs and still smiling.

The food was expensive, the beans weren't very good, and the ingredients varied too much. I got three meat burritos one had meat only at one end and not very much at that, the next had practically no meat at all and the last one actually had meat but left more to be desired. I have much better at other Taco Bells.

Just ordered Taco Bell about 30 minutes ago. It is 3/2/25 @12:21pm. Ordered one of the boxes, asked for chips & cheese instead of cinnamon twists.. the guy who took my order said there wasn’t any of those items in the box, that the boxes didn’t come with them. I got to the window and asked again… he said he’s 100% positive that there weren’t any chips & dip or cinnamon twists that came with the luxe boxes! He lied! They do! It even says it on the menu itself! I think the guy was possibly early 20s maybe late teens?

Gets order wrong pretty much everytime we go. Either things will be missing our we will get the wrong stuff and when we customize things and add stuff it won't be right or not added and we were charged for it.

Taco salad was good, but for the 3rd time they did not put in the cup of salsa. I even asked at the window for them to check and still no salsa.

I paid for someone else's order not knowing, cashier told me I would get coupons to match the difference of the order. No problem. But when I get to the other window, I was told I didn't pay. After like 10 minutes of the manager yelling at the employees instead of resolving the problem, i got out of there. Food was great but yall need some new management ASAP.

Taco Bell should be the same everywhere and the food tastes the same here as any other Taco Bell. It's late night food that's convenient and cheap. But, they never get the order right. Ever. Every time I go to this Taco Bell they get something wrong. It doesn't matter what you order. It's. Always. Wrong. Check the order before driving away and this place is OK. Or, just order random things in random amounts because that's what they will give you anyway.

Third time in a row going to Taco Bell and they mess my order up. This time i got 2 cheap $2 hard tacos instead of the 2 $7 cheesy gordita crunches we payed for. They also neglected to put my receipt in the bag too so, theres that. If you go, check your bag at the window before you leave because.. 3 times in a row is crazy.

Drive thru service time 30 minutes plus, employee at service window dancing around and talking. Very good image for the ownership of this location. Asked for handed a bag of 23 packets for three tacos, nice food cost guess why it seems pricing is on the high side. It was my fault I didn't ask for napkins, if there's a next time I'll make sure I remember to ask for napkins.

I ordered 3 crunchy taco supremes that were awful! Something wrong with the taco shells. They tasted like paint or chemicals. So I googled it and I’m not the only one. Won’t have another one now they were so bad!

4 stars but the iced coffee machine is always broken. UPDATE: Service has been real hit or miss lately sometimes everything I order is timely and present. Other times like today(6/4/23) we were in the drive thru for 20+ minutes and my bag is short by one whole burrito. I understand that sometimes they get busy and mistakes happen but maybe the owner needs to raise wages and hire some more staff so that they attract and retain well trained staff.

The automated ordering system was the absolute worst decision ever made. It asks you so many unnecessary questions, takes forever to order anything, and heaven forbid you make a mistake on an order or it hears you wrong. Service sucks, because there is none, you talk to a machine. They need t9 hire more people so they can do away with the robot ordering system.

Staff always mess up orders and give you the wrong food plus it’s a gamble if your food is going to taste like cleaning supplies, I just got 2 tacos and both of them smelled and tasted like fabuloso soap, also asked for 2 Doritos locos tacos but instead they gave me 2 normal tacos

I’ve been to a lotttt of Taco Bell’s… this was one of the worst. Ordered supreme tacos via drive through and they were regular.. I said whatever.. after finishing them I went to drink my soda and it has ZERO of the Pepsi syrup.. it was basically carbonated water…. Not to mention how EXPENSIVE the meal was. Unreal… seriously dissatisfied. The bean and cheese was one of the worst ones I’ve had. It was like a completely different store with the brand “Taco Bell”.

As I am writing this review I have been at the order box for 9 minutes. I wish I was over exaggerating. Said "hello" twice and no response. I can't leave the drive thru because of cars behind me and the ONE car in front of me who has also been at the window this whole time with no help. I myself work in 'fast food' and costumer service so I understand a quick "I'll be right with you" but sitting here for over 12 minutes now and still nothing??? This is actually unreal.

Every single time I order food from this specific Taco Bell they get the order completely wrong or they mess something up. The last time I ordered from them through doordash I got a completely wrong order with an extra drink and items I didn't order. Tonight we went through the drive-thru and after we got back on the highway we opened our bag to start eating and the order was partially correct but they put lettuce on everything and whoever made the tacos barely put any meat or cheese on them. I completely understand that you guys are busy but you need to understand that I spent over $30 and this is unacceptable.

The slowest taco bell ever! Been in drive through for over 50 mins and still haven't gotten my food... stuck in line or I would have left. This happens regularly. The food is OK, they are just ridiculously slow.

I have always rated this Taco Bell pretty high, until tonight. As usual we ordered a taco party pack for the kids, inside my daughter's taco were ants, fresh out of the bag. As other reviews state, when it gets busy their service suffers, apparently so does their cleanliness. Not happy at all.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited in line 40 minutes. Microphone where u place order was broken and people had to scream their orders. Sign said no soda available so I ordered tea. When I finally got to the window they told me no ice, so I got a big cup of Luke warm tea. There were staff inside hanging around talking and a line wrapped around the building. Poor management for not repairing broken equipment. Poor or untrained staff for not meeting current demands or working hard to get through a long line.

We just went through the drive-thru around 8pm... 8 cars took over 40 minutes. When we got our order, it was wrong, and 2/3 of our order required spoons and none were in the bag. I have worked food service myself and am by no means picky, but to take that long and screw the order that hard when there are at least 4 people working is beyond ridiculous.

I asked them for a baja blast, and they forgot to give me a baja blast. This gave me severe depression as I was unable to drink my Baja blast.

The order is always messed up or missing, they do not label what burrito is which and is a guessing game if you have more than one person eating. Do not go unless you want to pay for food you wont get Edit 3/26/24 The service has not improved and still find a way to mess up the order as always

They were closed, during the middle of the day, and the only sign they put up was IN THE DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW. With a few seconds of thought one would realize this would cause customers to pile up, waiting for a response at the order window which was powered up and appeared normal. I waited in line for over 20 minutes and had to skip lunch because they couldn't be bothered to put a sign on the order window, or block off the drive through lane. Unbelievable inconsiderate and lame.

Today I went and the guy at the first window kept asking for more change when I had given more than enough. And then I get back to work and I didnt even get my order! I know. I know. Its taco bell but it shouldn't be this bad. Burritos missing chicken and sour cream. Absolutely no meat in tacos and all of them broken with a pile of lettuce, nothing else. Store was out of hot sauce and chips. How can taco bell be out of chips and hot sauce? Poor management maybe? I get they all need a pay raise and it's less then wonderful job but basic throwing ingredients into an item would be nice.

Absolutely awful. It seems they're skimping out on the original recipes, and leaving out Ingredients while still serving to people. The tacos didn't have remotely decent filling and the Mexican pizza was missing the sauce, and spice in the meat.

I just waited 45 minutes for a door dash. It is very clear that door dash orders are pushed to the back of the queue. If you are not going to fill door dash order restrict the hours on busy days so that people time are not wasted.

And now even if you go inside and can see the people working, they won't take your order- only send you a dysfunctional screen that gets it wrong or fails to send them anything. Waited 2 hours for an online order just for the workers to say that they filled it, which obviously they did not, asked a few times with no luck. After 2 freaking hours of waiting they has to physically print the ticket to fill the order, even then it took over 30 mins to fulfill my order. So ridiculous, would have given 0 stars if I could.

Just bought Taco Bell and I ordered a soda with my food, but there’s no option for no ice, I was not wanting ice due to feeling a little sick. You pay for ice instead of the soda. I see why they don’t give options for amount of ice you want, this is how they make their money by ripping off patrons. I took the ice out, and I only got 1/4 of the cup.

The amount filling in the taco shell was a complete joke. Every single taco (11 pack which was supposed to be 12) had very little filling and and was cold. No sauce whatsoever was put in the bag or napkins. This is very disappointing and for the amount charge is dumb high.
