If you crave a Hong Kong style restaurant, then come here. Food is great. Have the Hainese chicken, green beans with eggplant, and Japanese tofu dish. They are delicious. Wash diwn with their ying yang coffee tea and for dessert, the mango tapioca with purple rice. Service is fast and friendly. A great place to enjoy a good meal.
Good value. Found out about this place from a former colleague (shout out to Sunny). It’s what you want from a Hong Kong style cafe.
This place is not that big but very cozy with plenty of parking on site. Staff was so nice and helpful and their desserts came out quickly. Will be back soon to try their food!
The curry chicken, Hong Kong egg waffles & iced milk tea/coffee are all good. Nice & clean place.

The restaurant is pretty small so anything larger than a party of 6 may have to wait a little. However, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Their food is reasonably priced. I really enjoy their curry beef stew over rice. It's super saucy and the meat is always tender.
Its easy to miss this Union City branch of a modern Hong Kong style cafe as there are no loud posters or ads advertising what's inside. But if you do manage to go inside for a meal you'll be pleasantly surprised. The dining room is small but functional and made smaller by the darker atmosphere. No surprises in their menu but do try the rice cube dish where they mold rice into a box and deep fry it before stuffing it with beef brisket stew or curry chicken. Get the beef version, its better. Its a visually unique dish worth trying. From what we had and looking at what others ordered portions are generous and tastes pretty good. If you're in the area and interested in having some Hong Kong style chinese food, give Baby Cafe a try. Its not bad, not bad at all.
Been to this place a few times. Much better than the one in San Leandro. Although this one is smaller than the one in San Leandro the food taste better. The service too. Overall a good place to grab some HK style dishes.
We girls came here to eat dessert and girls chat. The Cantonese desserts are delicious , taro with purple rice ( warm ) , coconut with mango / sago and purple rice ( cold ) , mango with sago ( cold ) all good !
There are a variety of dishes to choose from. Tasty, but not authentic Hong Kong. Reasonably priced.
Dishes like the shredded chicken and the rice cube is extremely good. Other dishes are pretty typical. Overall it's not bad.
I have to say it's pretty good. I ordered the sesame soup which was really good and the mango queendom which I also really liked. The staff was very friendly and attentive even though we came pretty close to closing. The decorations are also very cool and modern and it's a pretty nice atmosphere! I recommend.
My favorite is pan-fry-cheungfan (rice noodle roll) in xo sauce! Stone bowl rice w eel, is soso, very small piece of eel... string bean with preserved black olive, this dish is fine

Typical HK cafe. Food is decent and authentic. They have good choices on the menu. Depending on what you order, some dishes are better than others. Their curry fish balls are pretty good. Curry sauce has a kick and is not too spicy and the texture of the fish balls is "bouncy" when you bite into it. The green bean with olives is very good and flavorful. Food comes out fairly fast. We also ordered their egg puff/waffle and it's crispy and pretty good. The stirred-fried spaghetti with pork neck meat is so-so. Pork is too fatty and not much flavor. Service is OK, typical authentic Asian restaurants service.
My kids like the Kimchi fried rice of this place so we decided to try as the whole family for dinner. The place is quite packed for a Friday night. The prices are quite reasonable, the service is a little slow at time. My daughter tried the sizzling short ribs, it wasn’t sizzling, cold actually and the ribs was tasteless with still rib raw smell. She didn’t eat but a few bites. I felt sorry for her and let her to order something else, some spicy baby squids and fish balls deep fried, she said the squid was ok but the fish balls were salty. Then she tried the most expensive dessert ever, bread ice scream and it’s good with large portion. By herself, she blew over $40 for her dinner. My son was safe by ordering his favorite Fried rice. My wife ordered the house special noodles soup and she said it was ok. I ordered the beef stew chow mein and it was quite tasty. This is catered for young and specific clientele who know the food well. I’m not going to return unless I want the beef stew, but most Chinese restaurants have great beef stew. Anyhow, the kids like trendy food and I do see many young people there.
The hainan chicken is quite nice. But the steak is one of the worst steak that I have ever tried. The black pepper sauce is quite flavorless. Might give it a chance next time for other dishes.
Decent Hong Kong style food. Beef or pork chow fun, and seafood creamy udon are my family's go-to dishes. Nai cha (milk tea) is also good.

Their menu is a bit extensive. Lots of choices but a little confusing. They are all written in chinese with english translation below it but very small and hard to read. The pictures of the food plate has no corresponding numbers, so it is difficult to know the name of the dish. Our waiter is very attentive and provides good service. I ordered the creamy Seafood Pan Fried Udon. It has Shrimps, one small piece of scallops and few chunks of imitation crabs. I’m not happy that they used imitation crab on this dish. This dish is not very appetizing. My friend ordered the Tom Yum Rice Noodle Soup. My friend hardly touched it after he tasted it. Most likely wont be back in this restaurant ever again .

RUDE SERVICE!!! The food is okay, but the long-haired female staff was very rude. After I provided the takeout pick-up information, she didn’t help look for the order. Instead, she repeatedly questioned me in a rude manner and had a very rude expression. Even after I responded, she still didn’t help and continued with her rude attitude. Another female staff with short hair passed by and immediately found the order. 前台的长发女性服务员非常粗鲁无礼
My dining experience at this Hong Kong-style restaurant was a nightmare. Disgustingly, I discovered steel strands from a steel sponge entangled in my food. This infuriating incident reflects a shocking disregard for basic hygiene standards. I am appalled by the blatant negligence and lack of accountability. This infuriating ordeal has left me seething, and I implore others to steer clear of this restaurant to avoid the distress and potential health hazards that come with it.
bad service, server always assumed we understood whatever language she was speaking, food took forever and we had to ask for it until they brought it out(probably forgot to serve) food itself was good though. would not recommend just because of service and wait. also the bathroom was stinky dark and dirty. definitely needed cleaning..
