Great boba and croquettes. Strawberry+banana smoothie was perfect. Really pleasant and fine ice texture. The brown sugar boba was tasty and perfect texture. Also some of the pearls were cold enough to firm up perfectly, reminiscent of a frozen strawberry or other fruit. The croquette was cooked crispy and included katsu sauce, I think.

I haven’t been here for a while, but it’s one of the best boba shops in Union City. The place is quite small but aesthetic at the same time. Just like most boba shops, they have plentiful options: snacks, boba, and shaved ice. They also have ramen, which is quite unusual for a boba spot to have. They also have a super size and I saw what it looks like when people have it. Looks really tall though and I’m thinking of getting it in the future. Because they have many options to pick from, I recommend going here. Always don’t need to get boba if you’re not thirsty and just get food there.

The honey toast specials are amazing! The bread is pre-sliced inside so it’s not literally a huge hunk of toast with ice cream on top. I highly recommend customizing the fruit and ice creams. Getting a side of just the honey toast will make the honey toast specials even more enjoyable as you’ll have even more toast.

I was ravaged by hunger when the food came and totally forgot to take a photo, which emphasizes how good their chicken burger was! Very tender chicken marinated in what seems like a soy sauce based seasoning + soft buns = satisfied tummy. Highly recommend! Fries were normal, had dry powder seasoning sprinkled on top which added a bit of flavor. Overall had a great time here. Service was good, polite workers and interior decor is minimalistic but artsy, perfect for the Instagram era!

We got 2 drinks with a Buy One Get One deal on Five Stars (Fresh Fruit Black Tea was very refreshing, with the perfect tartness/sweetness at 75% sweet; White Grape Oolong tasted a bit weird to me but my friend enjoyed it). But the best thing was: *BOBA LAVA* - Brick toast with ice cream and brown sugar boba. It sounds so simple but the combo is fantastic. The boba has a great texture. I can't wait to try their Brown Sugar Fresh Milk boba drink.

Finally get to review cafe CAFFE:iN, Drink is decent and taste good, boba is  chewy. I pick 25% sugar and they done it perfectly. Burger is on point, the sauce is Malaysia style. Their chef is from Malaysia. I heard thier curry fish ball is very tasty but they sold out so didn’t able to try.

the boba and curly fries are 👌🏼 Wasn’t a big fan of the burgers. Love the environment - warm toned lights and multiple outlets make for a great study spot

I really enjoyed this place not just for the simple aesthetics and the clean relaxing atmosphere but simply for the flavor as well. I had their lunch special there Boca Burger with an Earl grey milk iced tea which was suggested to me by one of the employees and both were fantastic. Burger was chicken with egg and had a unique satisfying flavor and was filling simple fries with chives added a easy compliment and the tea was a perfect blend of Sweetness in the bitter of a dark tea without being overpowering The quality and flavor was above the price making this a great value.

Great place to relax and enjoy delicious crêpes and boba tea. Very pleasant environment and friendly staff. Absolutely coming back here.

Ordered matcha shave snow but got a honeydew one, which tasted soso. Only found out when we took it back home. I guess maybe the two colors are so similar so it was made wrong. Ramly burger is good but Chicken pattie is not very juicy and tender. Creme brulee toast is nice.

The tea here is good but a bit weak on the flavor, the menu items tastes pretty good; but as a Tea Connoisseur, they need to make their base Green Tea stronger — can’t feel the caffeine after a large size cup!

Ample menu items, both savory and sweets, including, of course, beverages and teas. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, this place requires ear protection to enter. While waiting, I registered 92 to 98 dB average. Impossible for them to hear your order due to the high noise levels. I feel sorry for the staff and I’m not sure why this hasn’t attracted an OSHA violation for the staff

Popcorn chicken was ok. the basil wasnt very crunchy and the chicken wasnt seasoned enough. the batter was seasoned and chili was sprinkled on top but the chicken itself tasted like it just came out of the butcherwrap. will try more of the menu again, there are a lot of other foods that look amazing

Taste ok….. loft bread and crepes is thick and difficult to cut. Lava bread is a little bit sweet. Very busy, customer keeps going in for Ordering.

The tea is not the best but it’s the only place in the area that opens til pretty late. It is fun spot to drive to for a quick night time party. They have extra large size drinks which is just skinnier and taller. The sugar adjustment level is tricky, just double ask them

Got the Strawberry Fever Signature Honey Toast ($10.95) and 2 drinks, the Brown Sugar Pearl Latte and Matcha Ice Cream Milk Green Tea. The honey toast was AMAZING- made to perfection from the cube toast to the ice cream and the toppings. The presentation is impeccable as well. Since it is take out only, it was carefully placed in an open take out box. We ate it right away outside but if you are transporting it you would need to be super careful! There are 2 sizes offered for their drinks- we got the larger one (which in my opinion is very very large, see pictures for size). The Brown Sugar Pearl Latte was definitely better than the Matcha Ice Cream Milk Green Tea but the green tea drink was still yummy! Their boba is cooked and made to perfection, a nice size and chewiness. The drinks also come in very nice and sturdy cups which I think if you save and bring back you get a discount! The staff is super nice and I will definitely be coming back to try more desserts! Visited during COVID, they currently don't have any outdoor or indoor seating. They are limiting capacity for going inside to order and they have barriers up and hand sanitizer available.

Maximum time this resturent is full. Very limited area for sitting there. Almost full with chinese people.Must visit this restaurent once. I had never tried their shakes but It lookes that their shakes are delicious.

Ordered from here often in 2021. It was sp delicious then! Ordered here for a late night treat and it was not what I was expecting. The chicken was bland and the brown sugar milk tea was not tasty at all. I suppose the times have changed or maybe it's an off night in the kitchen 🤷🏽‍♀️

Meh! The place has a buzz to it and was crowded so I’m sure it’s a great place but our order didn’t wow us as we had hoped. The person taking the orders was really nice and welcoming. Tried the crème brûlée toast and although the filling was tasty, it didn’t go well with the toast itself which made the combination Meh! Also tried the hand crafted brown sugar pearl latte and it was not tasty and the Bobba felt little off and tasteless. Didn’t leave much happy with my deserts this time, might give them another try if in the area. The place was buzzing with people even at 10pm.

I love the menu concept! I wanted to try lavender fresh.. it was toooo sweet. If they make it less sweet, it would be perfect.. this places opens late. Close at midnight.. perfect for late night snack!

Went there to try the boba, the drinks were great but it took sooo long to be ready. We also ordered a banana and strawberry crepe but the bananas were not ripe at all and the crepe was very thick and hard ti cut through. Probably wouldn’t visit again.

I like that they had super sized cups but the Thai tea wasn’t sweet but was super super bitter. I drank one sip and tried to ask to get a sweeter one or exchange it. But she told me I had to pay for a whole new drink. Other tea shops like TEAZENTEA change it if I tried it and didn’t like it. I’ll stick to there because they have better service.

This is my first time coming here, and I was quite disappointed. I love my boba so I like to try every place at least once. I can safely say though, that I'm never coming back here. I got an extra large milk tea with boba, and after leaving a 10% tip I ended up paying almost $8 which is absolutely ridiculous. Normally I'm out $6-7 bucks at most boba shops Honestly though, I don't normally complain about price. My issue is that I paid that much for a milk tea, yet it took almost half and hour from the time I ordered to the time I walked out with a drink. The staff were nice enough with the little amount of communication they were giving us, and I understand the frustration of dealing with Doordash and such. But I wish they would get walk in customers drinks out instead of prioritizing door dash. I understand that it affects your door dash ratings, but us walk-ins matter too.

Called in 2 days in a row, first at 10:40 and second at 10:20 to place an order. They "close at 11" but stops taking kitchen order close to 10 saying the kitchen is closed. Very unhappy. 👎 update 4 months later: I ordered online and then came in to pick up, they dropped my creme brulee toast with the box landing on its side and then proceeded to hand it to me, wow. I asked for a remake right away and their attitude was eye rolling. no apologies at all.
