This place is the best trashy food. My husband and I come here all the time for crispy chicken and fries dipped in the mushroom gravy that comes with the burger steak. The spaghetti is like ketchup with hot dogs in it. It's like your best nostalgic memories of the cafeteria food you had as a kid, but tastes way better than that food ever did in reality.

I didnt know that they dont have a gravy refill . The manager gave me as he knows that Im at the middle of my meal. Kudos Sir!😘

This is the famous Filipino fast food chain, as expected it taste just exactly back home. Highly recommended. This place tends to get busy so bring some patience with you it’s all well worth.

05/27/24 currently renovating, but open. Ate here for memorial day lunch, as expected great food. Inside is a bit crowded but is expected given the renovation they are doing including portions inside. Fresh food takes time to create, and I'm happy to wait a reasonable amount for delicious fried chicken.

If I had to choose between this place and KFC, I’m going with this place. Chicken is perfectly fried and the tenderness of that chicken is mouthwatering. The Palabok is great and the beef steak!

Fast line ordering, can’t beat fast food experience. Compared to Ghetto experience you get at standard food chains.

Better than I ever expected! I really like spicy chicken, but it's never spicy enough but this place does it right. My bf's nose was running! We ordered a 10 piece mix of regular & spicy combo meal. FLAGS?! Yes, every spicy chicken had a little flag- a bit excessive but no one will be confused! I wasn't expecting a gravy/sauce for my chicken but it was great! We ordered a small mash potatoes & surprisingly, it was larger than expected. The coleslaw was nice without having too much mayonnaise in it. Overall, the service inside was good & the food was all great! If only it was a little cheaper....

I think the fried chicken here is better than Popeye's and for sure better than KFC, it always comes with gravy. I don't always use it, i like the crunch and flavor of the chicken just fine. But my fave is the sweet spaghetti, I also enjoy the palabok when I'm craving it. The adobo rice is good with the chicken. And you def need to get a Mango peach pie...oh so yummy! I do miss the spam bites, they no longer sell them.

This was the cleanest and most well organized franchise that I've been in. Not like the others that had sticky floors and a weird smell. They had pretty good service and the line didn't take long. The workers were nice and the food was well cooked. You can tell that their fried chicken wasn't cooked in used oil like other places and the boba drink was pretty good except the boba itself was cooked to much but the flavor was still there. I swear I made a Jollibee review as I've been going to this one for years. Can be busy, but what Jollibee isn't? The customer service was pretty good this time around. Tuesday of August 15, 2023 about 3:00pm.. ordered a 10 PCs of Chicken Joy Bucket (online/via mobile phone) thinking.. i will pick it up at jollibee Dyer St. Union City. Infortunately i found out my order went to Jollibee Milpitas! At Jollibee Union City.. I approached a certain Lady named Jennifer stating to her my issue. Though occupied, She manage to call Jollibee Milpitas where she politely appealed for cancellation of my order and later told me my money will be refunded. Though I think refunds may take a long time.. but I was still pleased that Jollibee Union City still had a staff (such as Jennifer) who has the heart of Helping other people in need. In less than a day.. my money was refunded to my Bank account.

If you’re willing to wait for 25 min after you order. Yes, crazy in American standard. A fast food chicken is tolerable?. They actually say 25min , but it usually less. Peak time is usually most of the time. Just have to say my ☮️ peace. As always, post you experience so we know what to expect. Luv that manok.

I recently visited Jollibee and had a great experience overall. Their fried chicken is among the best in the fast-food world—crispy, juicy, and especially the spicy chicken. What really stood out was their KATSEYE Special KBBQ Chicken Sandwich. The cucumber and cilantro added a refreshing brightness, which balanced nicely with the tangy BBQ sauce. It’s a solid flavor combo that felt both indulgent and fresh. My only gripe is that it’s listed as a limited time item. I really hope Jollibee will make it permanent. If you like chicken sandwiches and Korean BBQ flavors, this one’s a must-try before it’s gone.

There are tons of reviews for the spaghetti and fried chicken already. This review is strictly for the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich....it was delicious and nicely assembled. Bread was soft and veggies weren't soggy. There are big chunks of jalapeño but you did order spicy. White meat chicken was juicy inside and crispy outside. Highly recommend, cheese was additional but worth it.

Good place to get our fried chicken-fix. Chicken is tasty, and the side of white rice on gravy, goes great with the fried chicken. Having this meal once-in-a-while is an excellent treat for us. Being next to the donut shop makes it a special location to get a meal. It is always crowded when we go there but the wait is worth the meal.

My good friend from elementary school turned 50 and I wanted to take him out. I offered him all varieties of foods and restaurants including pho, wings, Italian, steak, BBQ... Dude wanted Jollibees. Not only that, there's a Jollibees closer to his home in Milpitas, but instead, he drives out here to north Fremont to come to this one. This particular one is located on the perimeter of a fairly sized shopping center attached to Union Landing and can be seen from the street right next to the Krispy Kreme. Our experience was very straightforward. Step up to the counter, order, wait for your number, Collect and eat. It was not crowded for 5:30 on a Friday and there were plenty of seats. He ordered 2x palabok, a peach pie, and a soda. I ordered the combination one piece chicken joy and two burger patties in gravy with a side. Fun fact, rice is a side and does not come with a meal. It also comes with an extra serving of gravy in a side cup. That extra gravy is needed, as it is the highlight of the meal. The Chicken Joy was very good, and is much like a Kentucky Fried Chicken but a completely different flavor. I was most impressed by the amount of meat that was on the drumstick itself, which felt generous for a piece of chicken. Flavor was pleasant. I do feel that the beef patties w/ mushroom in gravy, although two in a box, were on the small side, the combination of the chicken joy and the rice with the patties was more than adequate to fill my stomach. Mind you these are not just hamburger patties but feel a bit more tender like meatloaf. I can't comment on my friend's meal because I have not ever tasted their offering for palabok (my buddy days it is the same as pancit, but I have my doubts) but I know he enjoyed it and insisted that the lemon packets are a must on that dish. For the peach pie, the Jollibee peach pie is essentially what the old deep fried McDonald's apple pies used to be versus the pastry cake style that they currently offer. If you long for that crispy McDonald's apple pie, this peach pie is the closest thing you can get to it now outside of finding a McDonald's that still has the throwback apple pie. These items came out to $36 which I felt was high, but it is his 50th and food today is expensive all around. All in all, this is essentially a Filipino fast food experience, despite the fact that it was founded by a Chinese person in the Philippines. I do recommend you try it if you've not done so yet, because it is an interesting take on a non-American fast food chain that actually has a degree of success.

First time here. The food is served hot and tasted good. We ordered the spaghetti, palabok, and fried chicken. The fried chicken comes with a side of gravy. An allergy menu is posted at the counter and is also found on the website which states that the menu items do not contain peanuts or tree nuts. This location does not serve halo halo so there are no tree nuts. We liked the food so much we came back the following night when we were back in the area. We had chicken tenders, pineapple juice, pies, and palabok. The chicken tenders were not as crunchy and we're a little soggy compared to the fried chicken the previous night. We will be back. Food is delicious that’s a 4 star, but portion is small. Ambiance is ok and when it’s packed people talk too loud. Service needs to improve, those time we drive-tru our order is always messed up, sometimes an item is missing or wrong. They need to pay attention, what’s the point of driving-tru and having to go inside the store to ask for the missing item. It’s a hassle.

Experience in this particular branch can be hit or miss. This morning I ordered drive thru, at the counter I was told one of my items wasn't ready, so they asked me to park and they'll bring the item out. I waited for 30 minutes (checked from the time on my receipt) and nobody showed up with my food. I put on my mask, went to the counter and showed them my receipt. There were confusion, and it was pretty clear they forgot to make my order. I actually saw them scrambling trying to prepare the order. They were apologetic, but imagine if I kept waiting in my car. All in all, I like Jollibee, and this place is the closest to my place. Their service can be slow, but usually manageable. I'm not going to say that I won't come back to this place, because I will. It's just unfortunate that they dropped the ball this morning.

This place used to serve very good fried chicken with just the right amount of seasoning. Things have gotten worse the more I went. Every time I order fries in the drive through, they always ask me to wait in the parking lot. It would take about 5 minutes for the staff to bring out the fries. The last time I went, the chicken meat was dry and the skin was rubbery. They must have left the chicken out for too long under heat lamps. That particular day, there was nobody in the drive through and it was around noon which should be a busy time. I should have taken that as a sign to stop at the Dave's Hot Chicken in the same plaza instead.

Love the chicken here. It’s so delicious! Im subtracting stars because they never seem to have the halo halo available when I order it. Not sure why they keep it on the menu. They’re also usually having you wait for items in your order and can somehow never find your car (parking lot can get crowded). They should have designated spots for people that are waiting for their order to make it easier.

Friendly service. Drive-thru menu protective glass is over tinted, which makes making a selection difficult unless you already know what you want without a menu. One of my Original style deluxe chicken sandwiches tasted cold and like it was a day old sandwich kept somewhat preserved.However, my other chicken sandwich tasted fresh and warm, and delicious. I came in today through the drive thru after a long day working. I ordered a 4 pc Tender Meal Deal. First they inform me its pay to order, the person informed me it would only take 10 mins. After 20 mins of waiting I walk in to check on my order. After waiting 5 mins in line, I ask about my order and they say “1 more minute, waiting on fries.” They had no fries fired/ready so I had to again wait. Lastly to top it all off, after waiting close to 30 mins for a drive thru order, I get 4 little chicken nuggets. I understand that it was pay to order, and that there would be a wait. But when im waiting to the point where I have to walk inside, and they dont even have everything in my order ready wass ridiculous.

We heard how great the chicken is and the spaghetti so we had to give it a try. To be honest the chicken was alright reminded me of KFC just with crispier skin. The spaghetti had a funky taste could be the cheese on top if it was melted I think it would of tasted better. We also got an aloha burger, yumyum burger and palabok. My favorite was the yumyum burger it tasted just like a cheeseburger and the aloha burger because I love pineapple lol. Overall was not worth the 46 dollars nor the 30 min drive.

They are worthless and incompetent. I went through drive thru and had a big order. The fries were not ready and they asked me to park in front. They never brought out the fries. The food is getting cold. They don't even have the decency to apologize. How can I enjoy my cold meal pissed off? For the price they charge they could have some courtesy and manners. If one person said sorry for our mistake, I would not be so pissed, but they seem to always make mistakes and don't do or say anything about it. I make mistakes but I admit to it and apologize. They act like nothing is wrong. Food is good but not worth the money or aggravation. Get a whole chicken from Costco for a fraction of the price.

The food will always be great at a Jollibee, but I think I’ve been to this one enough to say that the service here is not so great. They take the fast out of fast-food with their staff moving at half speed, which in turn contributes to their abysmal turnaround time. It usually takes me 30-40 to finally sit down with food after I walked through their doors. About 20 minutes for them to service the three people in front of me in line, and the other 20 to push out the food. All in all, great food, terrible turn around, call or order online.

I can only assume the food at this restaurant chain is an acquired taste. And, to be fair, I know of a fair number of people who frequently drop in and get their semi-fast food there. So it clearly has some value. For my part, I only went there because my children wanted to try it. I was less than impressed. But, this is not supposed to be a Michelin star review, so just take this place for what it's suppose to be fastfood, but not high end.

Ordered the 6 piece bucket with mashed potatoes, burgers, and fries. I did not like this food at all! Chicken had no flavor, potatoes tasted sweet even with the gravy. The gravy alone was good. This food is way too hyped up for nothing, in my opinion. It was packed, and the restaurant was a little dirty. We did not try the spaghetti or the pie, but they did not look appetizing.

You’ll see truckload of staff but the cash register and food serving is really slow. They need to improve their efficiency. I would recommend off site training first to new staff before you hand the register to new employee who would just end up scrambling and delaying orders. Speed up your service pls.

Haven't been here for over a decade. The chicken was awful at the time. Tried it again recently and got horrible customer service. Skin was soggy, oily dark color. It was obvious that the the chicken was old and they reheat on fryer. You guys might want to change your oil fryer too. DO NOT DO THAT AGAIN. i did not come back as i am rushing to drop the bucket of chicken. I dont mind waiting. Just please give me a fresh crispy spicy chicken!!!!

In my experience: terrible customer service, the worst type of meat in hamburgers that I've tasted (no contest to In&Out), and I found hair routinely in my food, dirty restaurant and bathrooms, never a clean table that I saw. I believe they need a dedicated cleaning person and better training in food preparation.

My daughter and her friend just waited over an hour for their food. They were not advised there was no spicy chicken ready when then first ordered at the drive thru. It took over 20 min and then when it was brought out a whole meal was missing. There was again no more so it was another wait. By the time they got their food it was 65 min from the time of ordering on the receipt. This is unacceptable service.

For some DUMB reason, They keep getting my orders wrong. There's always one thing missing. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers but only got one. I live quite a distance so I can't go back. If you guy's tell me to check my orders then bite me. That's not my job. Quit hiring people fresh from the airport!

i order Burger, steak, family, meal, and bucket of chicken. I did not receive any gravy and catch up on my french fries it’s a horrible service. How can I eat the chicken without gravy?

Horrible customer service at this location had to wait at least 20 minutes for a six piece spicy. There was approximately 46 pieces of chicken on the hot plate behind the cashier so they have plenty of chicken there. I basically asked for a refund right there on the spot very very horrible place to enjoy any type of evening meal and I live right up the street so this is very convenient but I'll basically take a detour from now on.

I've always loved Jollibee, I was in the area and stopped to go through the drive thru. The entire menu was buckets of chicken and chicken sandwiches. The burgers, and drinks were not listed on either drive thru menu. I told the person in the window and they didn't seem to care.

The food is tasty, but the service is the opposite. I would recommend always double check your order before leaving – it's been wrong in many ways every time I've eaten here in the past visits. The only time it was perfect was through DoorDash, which is quite ridiculous. They also make you wait a long time because they always run out of popular items like spicy chicken. I waited 20 minutes today and still didn't get it because another order mix-up…

I understand it's a busy day. I asked for my order for 3 times and they said they will fix it, but they found my order total missed after 3 times check in, and I wait about one hour after my pick up time.

Just ordered a spicy deluxe sandwich combo after driving several miles and waiting in the drive through. Got home and realize that I received the combo part (drink + fries) but not even my damn sandwich. Tried calling them but of course nobody picks up. It’s close to closing time so what can be done? Took my hard earned money and spit in my face. What a terrible thing to mess with someone’s food, particularly in today’s economy.

I am not a fan of this food and I may be bias because this type of food is not a part of my daily diet. However, I love fried chicken so when I have the desire I will indulge. This fried chicken is not it at all. However, the pineapple drink was good. I did not try anything else because nothing else looked appetizing to me. A waste of time and money.

Incredibly unorganized and inefficient. Order receipts were on the floor so they were not being filled in order. Had to tell them to look for mine after waiting for half an hour and they had to fish it out of the growing pile on the floor. Waited almost an hour to get my food because they were taking 5 orders a minute but putting out 1 or less order a minute. No one looked like they knew what they were doing or cared.

We have ordered chicken burger/10 PC bucket and 1pc-spaghetti. @1pc Spaghetti - beware before order this if you are not pork meat eater. By default this order comes with pork in it and they look like carrot slices but they are pork and worst part is it's not mentioned anywhere on displayed menu @10 PC bucket- don't order any bucket. chicken inside the crispy is not at all hygiene and fresh. Worst taste ever. We ended up throwing all the pieces. @Chicken burger is the only one we could eat. It's not worst but it's not best as well..it just fine.

I ordered the 6-piece chicken with gravy through DoorDash, and it didn’t meet my expectations. The chicken had very little taste, the quality wasn’t good, and I didn’t like the way it was cooked. Overall, it was disappointing, and I won’t be ordering from here again.

I tried to place an order at this Jollibee location around 8 PM, well before their 10 PM closing time, but the app showed them as closed. After calling, I was told their drive-thru was still open until 9 due to a holiday party. I got there at 8:45 and waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru, only to be told they had almost nothing available. They couldn't provide a 12-piece bucket unless I waited another 25 minutes, and they had no spicy chicken at all. Basically, it felt like they just didn't want to serve customers at that point. Pretty disappointing experience overall.

Like some other people stated, the drive-in was packed, so I decided to go inside instead. There was only ONE staff member taking order, and thus, quite a big line of people ahead of me waiting to get their order in. The place was a mess. Lot of people were waiting for their food to be ready, while the staff looked like they were not enough to handle the load. I wanted first to eat there, but when I saw the craziness going on, I asked my food to go instead. But anyway, I decided to order their 4pc Chicken Tenders Meal Deal, which states that it comes with the following: "4 crispy, hand-breaded Chicken Tenders made with 100% juicy white meat, served with our Signature Tender Sauce. Comes with a regular side, fountain drink and pie." After waiting for a while, my food finally arrived at the counter. I picked it up and left. First, and you can look at my picture as proof, those "Chicken Tenders made with 100% juicy white meat" were a big mess, and looked more like 100% greasy breaded crust with tiny bit of chicken in them, than the advertised long and delicious tenders. Then, the "Signature Tender Sauce" was nowhere to be found. Checking the receipt later, I saw that I was also charged EXTRA for the pie, which supposed to be included in the "meal deal". For the price paid, and the quality of food received, along with crappy atmosphere, scam on the "meal deal" and service, I don't think I will return to those restaurant any time soon. It saddens me to say, but I had better service and food quality at Mc Donald. Which tells you a lot about Jollibee.
