Its just like the other boba places except they have options that allow you to be infinitely more healthy but still tastes great! You can even get real tea leaves instead of tea flavored syrup. And they have decaf choices as well. They're super helpful and they always get my order right no matter what I get. I'm forever spoiled against going to the other spots again!

BEST TEA IN UNION CITY!!!! In a sea of Boba places and tea houses it can be extremely hard to find a good one. This is one of those good ones! The food here is actually good and made fresh. Nothing I've had so far is just microwaved or premade like so many other boba places. The tea here is just amazing, some of the freshest and strongest tea I've had in a while. Prices are on par with all the other tea places. Although that is amazing here because you really arent paying more for such a huge jump in quality! -they also have milk substitutes like almond and soy milk!!-

Mr. Green Bubble in Union City is always my go-to spot for boba! I love getting their popcorn chicken and garlic fries. You can choose your spice level from 0–5, and level 3 is perfect for me—not too spicy, but just enough to feel the kick. The garlic fries are amazing because they load them up with garlic. I do recommend grabbing a fork since the garlic doesn’t stick very well to the fries and can fall off if you use the sticks they provide. They also have tons of great boba options, but I usually stick with the original house milk tea since I’m more traditional. I really like that you can customize everything—type of milk, ice level, sweetness, and toppings—so your drink is exactly how you want it. If you’re looking for a reliable boba spot with tasty food, this place is definitely worth checking out

We love it the service is great! The snacks and drinks are even better!! Today my son (who is very picky) tried the tofu and he loved it! For our drinks we got the mango peach slush with some popping bobba and a honeydew milk tea with oat milk and they were so refreshing and yummy, I am definitely getting the honeydew one again! Thank you Mr. Green bubble for having some really delicious snacks. I look forward to going back again soon!!

My go to location for milk tea. However, the covid setup is a bit disappointing. Online ordering and pickup only. Problem is, everyone crowds around the shop outside not knowing when their food and drinks are ready. There's no line or checkin process so you just check with the staff. A bit confusing.

The usual good quality & great tasting boba from Mr. Green Bubble Tea. But I prefer the store at Boscell Rd. Service can be improved here. Had some snacks & the Mango Milk tea and it was great. Good amount of parking at the front & this is one of the stores in a shopping strip.

Best popcorn chicken and fried tofu we ever had. Good taste and portions. Drinks are always a hit or miss but the second drink deal on the receipt is worth another drink. Can get crowded and seating is limited.

Looks like they’ve reopened again and have better staff around this time. They’ve also installed some order kiosks instead of the defunct website from before. Their menu can be confusing to the uninitiated but is actually straightforward. The service is quick, faster than Tapex / ShareTea definitely. Protip: if you’re planning to buy food with your drinks. Don’t order them separately. Check out their combo meals first. Most of the time they have the pairing you want and you’ll save $2 off if ordered separately.

Great tea that's not made from cheap powders like some of the other popular local spots. If you actually appreciate the flavor of the tea in your boba tea drinks and aren't just looking for some sugary flavored milk water then this spot can't be beat. Now it's even better after the remodel.

Visited here for take out lunch at 12pm. I placed my order via the screens on the store which was pretty easy & straight forward. I ordered 2 popcorn chicken bentos (no spicy & level 5) with addition of 1 taro milk tea (no sugar, no ice, add mango jelly). The ordering was great as I customized the spicy level for the popcorn chicken & the sweetness and ice level for the drink. However, they set the tips at 15% even for take out (not that I don't want to tip them but I think the customer should have the choice to give whatever percentage they'd like). I put in my phone number & got text when my order was ready. The portion for popcorn chicken bento was good with the price given. Beware that the level 5 spicy was super spicy, but I like it. The chicken pieces were crispy and they gave generous amount. The bento also came with white rice, a veggie roll and a side of green salad with ranch sauce. The taro milk tea was just ok. I ordered for no sugar but it was still too sweet for my liking. Maybe because the boba itself was already sweet. This restaurant is tucked in a shopping strip next to Rite aid. There are ample parking around.

The store is clean and nice. the drinks and food are great. I just wish they had more games on their shelves.

We order fruit slush boba with 0% sugar, they came out very sweet and fruit flavors felt quite artificial. Not worth paying 8 bucks for a boba here !!

Ordered a half sugar milk tea and it tasted like a milk tea with an extra cup of milk or water to reduce the sweetness. Also the tapioca pearls were old so when I chewed it, it just stuck to my teeth like old gum mixed with peanut butter. That went into the trash. The only reason it's a 2 star is because the mango boba tea was okay. That was worth a 3 star. Not amazing but enough to give this place better than 1 star

Today, my friends were visiting in town and suggest we should meet here, and surprisingly the sitting area is open. we order a Jasmin green tea with oat milk, milk tea, and Oreo puff egg waffle (note- I love puff egg, they are basically a sweeter version of the pancake) basically, 2 drink tastes like "water" period. well, it's partly my fault as I order 0% sugar and 0% ice, to reveal the tea favor. I guess you will find sugar water if you order it with 50% and up. another surprise is Oreo egg puff does not taste like any Oreo inside, but I do see the little signature Oreo dot mixed into the batch, maybe 1%? lastly, I ask a guy and a lady in the front and see if I can use the bathroom after finishing the new favor water tea. they give me a robotic look and say they can't. I decide to stand there for 15 more seconds, and ask if there is other restaurant that I can use. they told me to go to wing stop the next-door, and they are not the same company. why will they recommend me to go use someone else's bathroom? this place still deserve a 2 stars because they are still credited for the stuff they do right. if you decide to grab a quick popcorn chicken or bento to-go, their food still live up to their reputation. if you decide to come here for full water favor tea and bladder explosion, look no further. by the way, I thought my iPhone will lost the connection in green bubble. I'm actually sad to write this review because of how much I like the food and boba here, but Mr. Green Bubble has terrible customer service. A couple of times I've gone in to get some popcorn chicken and drinks and told that it's not ready to have them hand me my food 15 minutes later right off of the counter. The worst part is that they are all standing around talking in the front. At that point the food is cold and not as delicious. So disappointed! Go for the food and not the customer service.

Update: Placed another order on DDash, they messed up my order again. 2 orders of chicken was way spicy! Attempted to call, no answer. Seriously? Need better customer service and to pay attention when you make orders. [Sept 25] Placed order online through DoorDash. Mango Peach Slush was good. Popcorn Chicken can hold either way. I really like this place. But today I ordered 5 milk tea and one of the milk tea is not even sealed, leaks all over my car and waste all the food. You guys need to do a better job. Also don’t Throw food to the customer, it’s rude.

The staff was rude and telling me not to look at the food order number, how am I supposed to know if my order isn't ready if i don't look at it, then she started to talking in Canto with other staff about how we wanted to take other ppl food. And obviously the food isn't good, that rude staff added lot of pepper, it was so spicy that I had to threw it away

I ordered oat milk but was obviously given regular milk. I am lactose intolerant and ended up with diarrhea multiple times after drinking their tea.

All ladies busy on phone and doesn’t care dasher driver order. Even they start blocking dashers drivers. How they run the business when they start blocking customers , we was picking up around 20 orders daily . all drivers didn’t show up any bad attitude to them , also they wasn’t know when they got blocked. I did help them ladies one day when they give food to wrong person. Now I just shamed my self now why i did help them . Them mind always on on the phone.

I came in about 10 minutes before 8 and there was a machine to order form but someone else was using it so I wanted to order with the person at the cash register but she told me to wait and order from the machine. I didn't understand why she couldn't just place the order for me herself? I waited over 5 minutes to be able to start placing my order. When I was able to begin, the workers started turning off the lights. By the time I was done, they turned off all the lights. They took about a minute to make my drinks and I paid extra for extra toppings(aloe and agar boba) but all they gave me was aloe but I was charged for both. Worst customer service ever. I'd give it 0 stars if I could!

The popcorn chicken had become much more expensive, and getting less and less. Also they charge 50 cents for small bag. What a rip off!

They just don’t respect customers at all respond very rudely. When you request something, they did not follow the instructions and even didn’t want to confirm or check with you and call you abnormal when you ask. They just made assumptions about customers’ needs instead of really caring about your needs. This is totally unacceptable. Will never come again.

I asked for watermelon drink and they said and they said it season drink. Which is I got yesterday from Cupertino. This is franchise store. They all has to have same drink. ⭐️ and Menenger has bad customer service.

I didn’t even order anything to drink cause I caught the employees in a lie on the price on the window versus the price it’s online. They say online orders only. They’re not busy enough to do online orders only. They don’t even have their own app. So they’re making an extra $.80 or more because they force you to order through door dash or similar app. I hope everybody takes this serious and goes to tapioca express instead were they actually let you walk into the store.

Was trying to finish my mcdonalds before ordering, right when i threw away my trash they said, “this is not a public trash can”. my friend threw away his trash right after me and they didnt say anything. both of us did not order, but my friend was asian and im black.
