Always go to Bakers, and this has never happened before. I ordered eight tacos, but something was wrong. There was a bad aftertaste after eating the tacos, as if the shells were old or rotten. It was so unpleasant that it almost made us vomit.

When you go inside you are completely ignored by staff , they are trying to get you to order through the kiosk is my guess . Then when it doesn't work , they rudely come take your order in person . After all this my order was still wrong , after I ordered in person . This bakers used to have some of the best customer service in upland . Now they are going downhill . Mobile ordering kiosks need to go away permanently. I'll give two stars though since one employee made an effort to be polite.

When they took their shredded beef burritos off the menu, I stopped eating at all Baker's now they brought them back. I decided to give Baker's another chance and what do I find, 13 to 15 dollar burritos, they must be smoking some wacky tobacky! What makes them think that their burritos are worth that much. They really don't want to stay in business, I think. Won't be long they will be closing their doors.....what a shame. Because all I wanted was something to hold me over till Dinner I paid $8 for a Bean and cheese burrito, taco and drink, oh' must not forget the piece of dough with a smidgen of cinnamon. What a rip-off. Don't go there, plenty of other choices.

Ordered a burrito w/ sour cream, paid extra for sc. Burrito did not have sour cream. I called and they wanted me to bring back the half burrito (I ate half) and they would replace it. Understand that I went on my lunch break and cannot just go back. I let them know it wasn't worth my time, but I do have time to give them a review.

Let me start off by saying I'm about a 6 min drive if that from your location pass by everyday Nothing I had tonight was made fresh and it was pretty obvious the bacon in my burger was cold and hard it had to have been sitting for quite time the burger was mildly warm my fries which I asked for well done were cold and lastly to top it off the ketchup that I asked for was instead hot sauce The whole experience was very below average order My receipt time is 5:00pm you think the food would be coming out hot and fresh

Terrible place, the food is not tasty. We ordered a Mango Tango drink, and the glass was just ice. I asked for more beans because there were very few, and they told me I had to pay extra. First and last time at this place.

Ordered a taco burger and a cup of rice and beans. The taco burger had a little bit of ground meat.. lots of lettuce small piece of tomato and tiny bit of cheese. The rice and bean cup literally had a teaspoon of beans on the bottom and absolutely tasteless rice on top. Major RIP OFF !! I went through drive through or I'd have taken it back for TEN DOLLARS!!! ..NEVER AGAIN!!

Paper thin burgers. Halfway filled fry bag. 80% ice soda. Never coming back. You want $5 for the burger alone? Seriously. I just paid $17 at Sam's Club for a 6lb bag of premade patties. They take 11 minutes to cook. You don't have to nickel and dime this hard.

My hamburger had a hard piece of plastic! at first I thought it was lettuce but it wasn’t. I was chewing when I left it. Thank God it was in mine hamburger not my kids! Be careful if you feed your kids food from here.
