The staff here are the best! It is really hard to visit a restaurant with young folks that love to be at work and truly communicate with you. Thank you 😊

I was so excited when Jimmy John's opened here in Upland. The sandwiches are great and the restaurant is always clean. You cannot beat it.

Cool employees it was our first time and they were very knowledgeable and helpful with out order. As well as super paitient with my wife's custom request which I belive is 10 starts 😆. And the food turned out really good about $10 a person so reasonable. Very clean and cool signs inside

I got the double roast beef unwich to go and added my own avocado and bacon at home. The sandwich was amazing, too much to finish in one sitting, but I did anyway 😛. Unfortunately I signed up for the rewards points after the order was placed so this order didn't count for any points. So lesson learned. Sign up online before you order...

Food is always good but their service was really slow. Then shortly after I got there they ran out of bread. How does a sandwich shop run out of bread??????

I was the only one in there and I felt rushed food was good but didn't listen what comments I want on it like little bit extra lettuce and and vinegar and oil we're all in a hurry nowadays take a step back and listen to the customer

Disappointed! Service has gone down hill! I placed an order for pickup and it wasn't ready when they said it would be. I had to wait about 10 minutes just for them to tell me they hadn't even started my order.😡 Not so Freaking Fast today!

Just had one of the worst hunters club sandwich ever. The meat was just all over the place. Good and bad. Even with taking out the bad parts. I ended up not finishing it. On the other hand the music playing was flipping amazing. I thought about taking photos but not worth it.

Food is great, love coming here. It's just some employees don't do their job right and have no people skills, also they utilized the only front parking space at location..

I was once a fan, but this location manages their deliveries at a considerably slow pace. Food had a 20 minute window for delivery and delivered 1 hr and 20 mins passed the latest estimated time. Because it took so long, the bread was soggy from the tomatoes and other various sauces. Their explanation at 20 mins passed the delivery time was that they only have 1 driver and estimated 10 more mins. Ordered a 2nd time and arrived outside the delivery time again and food was left on the ground with notes clearly stating to not leave the food on the ground. Missing the same items from the meal as the last order. I’m just done with this place. I gave them a 2nd chance and they still drop the ball. I clicked to request an update on the app and still never got it for both orders.

So disappointed with this sandwich box. The roast beef sandwich had no cheese and one little pice of roast beef. All the sandwiches were like that. Terrible experience

I am done with this location. I walk in and am not acknowledged for 2 minutes at least and then not helped for another 5. They left out parts of my order and then give me a lukewarm soda that's completely flat. This is not the first time this has happened, not even the 2nd. This is at least the 3rd or 4th time this happens. I am not one for writing reviews but I've finally had enough.

This location closes so early and randomly. Most of them close at 6. A few times it closed at 5. Today and the rest of the week states it closes at 3. Very disappointing, I order there a lot. If it keeps happening I will find I new place. I do love there sandwiches and they deliver fast, but their times are getting ridiculous

I would give them lower if possible. The food is good, but they are never open when their hours say they are. Out of the last 5 times we’ve tried to come here, 4 times they are closed and this is the final time. I will no longer be coming here and I’d advise others to do the same.

No attention to detail when making your sandwich. Employees that don't care because there corporate boss also does not care. Last time I eat at Jimmy John's. I give up.

they messed my order up and the staff is very rude

Very bad customer service. The dude told me exactly what his delivery range was then told me he was not familiar with the area and only thing he could do for me was pick up. False advertisement. Good food though.

The last 3 deliveries have taken an hour each time. I usually never have problems with other JJ's, but this location seems horribly run

For that price I should have a stacked sandwich. The chips even tasted funny didn’t have much flavor to them. Normally when I get salt and vinegar chips they are packed with flavor. I also got a whole pickle it was good. Asked if I wanted cheese but didn’t tell me it was and extra $1.09. Nothing crazy but customers should be informed on what they are adding. I’ve worked at a sandwich shop before for a few years so I have a little experience on what to expect and this was not it. Employees were very nice no complaints there. I’ll always try somewhere twice so hopefully you guys can redeem yourself next time

I love the Sandwiches from Jimmy John's. I am disappointed on the service. This is the second time that we are missing the toppings on our sandwiches. This time we were missing the lettuce and the peppers.

Google says 9pm close yet when I tried to setup PU order at 6pm - it says to go to store - so I drove 15 minutes getting there to find it is closed at 6.15pm. Disappointing and waste of my time.
