I like the layout that let's you sit without thinking you're in someone else's line. I like that there are options to order at the counter or at a machine. Finally their poritons are pretty generous once you compare them to competitors. So I'm happy with the value.

We decided to dine in and enjoyed our meal but nothing especially memorable other than a rack and a kiosk you have to walk around to get to the counter to order your food. Really weird, stupid set up with no direct route from the door to the counter. The space is on the small side, especially if you're using a wheelchair or a scooter. But we will still frequent this location because we LOVE the food, we'll just continue to take it to go.

Very good sandwiches and burgers for decent price. I particularly enjoy the steak sandwich they got! Taste is great and its a decent portion! Kids have different choice for their meal from grilled cheese to their own hamburger! Also comes with juice and/or chocolate milk/milk/kids soda. Onion rings are also a mist! Santa Barbara burger combo with tempura green beans. If you want really fresh and filling food, this is the place. Watch out for busy meal times though because there is not a lot of seating inside. There is patio seating available, but if it is hot or cold out, it isn’t very comfortable. Regardless, I have never gotten a meal here that wasn’t delicious.

Phenomenal burger, deep fried green beans, and a delicious Peach & Ginger tea for lunch. Our bill topped $60 for 5 adults, so it's not a cheap burger spot, however the portion sizes are large, food was presented very well and everything ordered was excellent. The burgers are a bit on the messy side due to the large size and multitude of toppings, just grab a few extra napkins. This location also has a great view of the nearby mountains.

This place has essentially maintained its quality and service but has outpriced itself. Food is all "good, not great" across the menu, which is solid for fast food. $20/person if you want anything other than the small hamburger combo though. Kids meal is over $10 for only 5 nuggets. They charge double the price of a competitor across the street (Chick-fil-A) and about the same price of the sit-down restaurant (Chili's). The price for does not match what your getting.

I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. I thought the first time was just a bad experience but the second time was worse. Not friendly and always burn everything!!!!!

This order for my mom was supposed to be dairy free. They told us it was. They said no dairy on the burger. Sure enough she gets very sick 15 minutes later. Come to find out they use a butter margarine mix. She has a food allergy to dairy and this is just not ok. Shame on you guys for that. Do not tell people there is no dairy if you are not 100% sure of it!!

The food is too salty and bun is totally burnt and dry. The service was horrible. Will never eat here again.

i had a pretty mediocre experience. i ordered a regular burger, fries and a drink via the app and placed the order for pickup at 6pm. i arrived at around 6:05 and the food wasn't ready which was fine but i saw every single team member absolutely backed up and busy so i understood why it was taking so long. they should be a bit more prepared for this sort of thing though because they had well over 20 or more people just waiting on food and drinks piling up on the counter.

Been to the La Verne location and last 3 times serves is SLOW. Each time took 20 to 30 minutes to get food. This ladt time took 20 min to get food then another7 to get 3 fries where everyone AND the it was empty
