Te atienden 1 hora después de que llegas, haces pedido por teléfono para que no te tengan esperando y te dicen que en ½hora estará lista tu torta, llegas y aún te hacen esperar otra media hora y empiezan a prepararla PÉSIMO !

The truth is, the cakes are excellent, but the delivery service is absolutely pitiful. They tell you it'll take 50 minutes to call, and after 60 minutes, they still tell you to wait 20 more minutes just for them to make it. If you add to that the taxi ride and the taxi ride to you, it's a total of 2 hours of waiting for a cake, and if that weren't enough, they'll send you whatever they want... They're delicious, but unfortunately, the service is decadent.
