Went through the drive thru on Tuesday night at 8:29pm. The young lady at the window was Khayla, and she was so nice, an excellent employee!!!I'm from Maine and here in Utica to work and it's nice to get fast food from someone so friendly!

I absolutely love taco bell, so my opinion is a little biased. But either way everything was delicious as always, clean, friendly, quick, and most of all affordable. Although parking isextremely limited.

My husband loves Taco Bell, so we do have to go (even though not my favorite fast food) every so often. I was surprised at how much meat was in the taco's this time. (Usually there is barely 1/2 cup.) Might go back more often now.

Dined in. They're always prompt and courteous whenever I eat there. Very attentive morning crew. Those nachos were incredible. Can't complain about the price. $5? And a drink? You can't go wrong with this deal. Best Taco Bell in this area.

This drive-through was the fastest I've stopped at. We were impressed with how quick they filled orders with quality food.

The burritos were good. The 'app' sucks; no senior discount, you can't submit your orders for drive thru pickup (that they only make when you tell them who you are there) UNLESS the 'app' has your credit card or possibly a gift card. You know that they know entering and deleting credit cards is a PIA; I wonder if credit card companies give them a break for having captive credit cards 🤔

Taco Bell north utica is a perfect representation of how that franchise should operate. Great employees, fast service and they always get my order right and are happy to fix any small mistakes, which is rare at this location. Thank you for consistency

I have been to Taco Bell hundreds of times, all across the country. I don't know if this is the usual experience. But I just left there. The food was all there. It was all perfect and quick and ready. It was unbelievable. The best meal and experience I have ever had at any taco bell. Please for the people of earth keep doing the Lord's work. Thank you. I hope the people of Utica appreciate you. I know I do.

I'm frequently between Albany and Buffalo and I now time my trips to make sure I'm passing here for meal time cause this store is the best. Always fresh food, clean, and pleasant staff... So glad Taco Bell was open! After going through Wendy’s and then McDonald’s drive through ( they were just first coming down the road) we were very irritated and disappointed at their lack of work and rudeness turning away customers . Not taking orders at 9:40pm. After being on the road for hours we were hungry and tired . The drive through at Taco Bell was fast, efficient and very pleasant! They did their jobs.. and they did it well! Great girl at the cash out window she was very nice. THANK YOU TACO BELL ❤️

Over the last year or so this place has been such a disappointment but we decided to try again this evening after staying away for a few months. I’m so glad we did. The staff was great and the order was perfect! The whole family loved their meal. I called to ask if they could label everything because the order was pretty large and there are a few of us with dairy allergies and I hate not knowing what’s inside a burrito and having to unwrap it. We think maybe they’ve had a staffing change or something because honestly we’ve never had a better Taco Bell experience anywhere (out of state or here in NY). Thank you guys for a great meal.

Food is good, price increase like every . The dining room at this location (North Utica) closes at 9 p.m. on the dot!! They will NOT let you finish eatting there if it's closing time! They will ask you what you need to pack your meal up to leave. Most establishments will lock the doors and allow you to finish and then let you out of the building when your done, but not at this location. The establishment was clean.

Not sure here folks. They were very busy. I could tell my food was slapped together very quickly. Friendly folks and food was correct. Better if not busy I guess I will go with.

Food was great. Frozen drink was to sweet. They tried charging me a extra drink took some debating to get it taken off.

The food is prepped quickly, unlike other "fast food restaurants, taco bell is actually fast. It takes less than 5 minutes for my order to be prepped and at most 10 minutes but that only when I order a large amount of food. The amount of sauce you can get is basically unlimited and free. Good place, the food tastes a lil good and the service is great

Relatively clean. Usually fast service. Never had any staff that were anything but courteous. They do sometimes forget sauce or a taco on larger orders, but that is typical anywhere.

Good food, affordable price. The drive thru attendant had a tough time taking my order. It might have been the drive thru speaker not working well in the cold. But my order was filled accurately.

Still miss the old taco bell from the 90's. The food was always good and made to your order. They do good these days but the food isn't always fresh or hot enough. Most of the time I have to reheat the food which makes it taste worse. But 1 time out of 10 it's worth the wait. So I'll keep trying hoping they get it right. Still 4 stars. They can do better!

Have made many of trips here. More times having to bring food back for not being made correctly per request. Good may not be correct at all times but have never had a problem returning wrong order to be remade the right way.

Long wait time but amazing food. Worth it a couple times but if you're going there consistently the wait time is not worth the food.

First, shoutout to the staff at the window that are almost always very friendly and personable. Bumping up my review strictly because the new nuggets and jalapeno honey mustard slap, also because of this most perfect cheesy roll-up I've ever received. For years I ate here almost daily, probably contributing to serious GI issues that required surgery & lifestyle changes. After ~10 years of no fast food, I cautiously tried a few indulgences, inc. my old favorite Burrito Supreme. It was nowhere near as good as I remember.

I got a nacho fries box and everything was good in it but the burrito had the meat plastic in it. When I went to the store to bring it back they was playing a guessing game who did it. So I mostly asked to get something that dont have that meat in it for a replacement instead.

The person that took my order was a nicer young man. Who was treated like trash by his manager. ( i believe her name might have been Rachel. I wish i would have paid better attention.) But this manager or shift supervisor was a very young girl that got upset because the person who took my order gave me the wrong change. She in a very indirect way called him stupid and asked if i agreed. I told her that it's not professional to degrade the employees and she shouldn't be talking. Since she was unable to do the math needed on an order that came to a total of $ 9.85 and paid with a $20.00. I don't really recommen this location

This Taco Bell often times does not make your order right after hours. when their doors are locked and it’s no longer an option to go inside the service just gets worse. The way their drive through is built is really narrow with high curbs on each side so there’s definitely no pulling off if your sitting there way too long. once someone gets behind you,your stuck there so if your order is incorrect after the doors lock its safe to say your probably not in any rush to get right back in that line to wait to make a complaint. I went there earlier today ,there was some young girl there Very unprofessional .I guess she was trying to be funny but she kept asking me if I wanted my recipe meaning receipts and she really withheld my receipt untill I could figure out what the hell she was trying to say. After I receive my food (which was wrong) no one answered the phone when I called so I had to settle for leaving this review

I’ve been getting CrunchWrap Supremes for years at this location and they were nice and big. The last three times I’ve gotten TB from this location; there’s almost NO food in it?!?!?!? Oh and there was less than a teaspoon of meat on it I’ll drive to another TB in Utica This one is ripping folks off

This location has really gone down hill lately. If we had opened tonight’s food before getting it home we would have turned around and asked for a refund. The cheesy roll ups I ordered for my kids were basically just tortilla. I always get the chicken power bowl and the last three times I’ve ordered it I’ve been given it in a container half the size as the regular container and it has hardly anything in it. I could barely find any rice in it tonight. This item is pricey to be only giving customers half of it. I also think them forcing me to put my credit card in a cup is a very counterproductive COVID measure since the employee is wearing gloves already and will have to touch the card anyway. You can’t get your card back out of the cup without touching the inside of the cup. so all the 100s of customers are touching that one cup. Pretty dumb.

Drive thru was long, but was moving along. Not sure if the employees were overwhelmed they totally messed up the order..then had to go inside to get correct order and when I got home they food was still made wrong. Gas prices are way too high to drive all the way back to north Utica when we had already went back in the second time . Not to mention the first time we got someone else's food. Total mix up and annoyed. The employees were kind though on a pleasant note.

As someone who travels for work I’ve eaten at Taco Bells around the country, often they’re the only game in town for late night food. This one rated very low on the list for service and attention to detail, probably poor management. They left out napkins and the salsa I’d asked for. A very disappointing meal.

I did a DoorDash and my food was super hard. Tacos are not even soft really hard. They forgot half of my food night. Crew is definitely not doing good hire new people.

The workers were nice and friendly, but I waited over 20 minutes for my order and just I was going to ask for my money back, one worker asked me and the person next to me what our names were. Just went through drive through and had a mobile order. I ordered 6 things and my girlfriends vegetarian so it’s limited food for her to eat, I ended up missing an item and when we ordered 4 fire sauces and 4 hot sauces they put 28 packets of hot sauce.

Online and on the window it says you guys close at 1am but I’ve pulled up to the drive thru just after midnight 5 times in the last couple weeks and I get told your closed, but there’s lights on and employees inside. Y’all need a new night crew because these guys are literally not working and only taking online orders after a certain point.

Ready for this... Chicken Quesadilla came with NO CHICKEN JUST CHEESE. Asked for no sour cream on 4 different items and everything had sour cream. And my favorite, NOOOO SAUCES! THEY ASKED ME TWICE! I along with this waited for 45 minutes but I guess thats expected at 9. I seriously drove from Clinton to North Utica because the Oriskany Blvd Taco Bell is just as bad except they ask you to pull forward (which is not possible because that exit meets Oriskany Blvd so you have to go back into traffic to go into the middle lane to then go BACK into the entrance and wait in front of the store so they can take their time)I was only in the drive thru at that one and they asked me to move forward and I said no. There's literally no one behind me man and it's 12 pm. He yells to me "you don't make the rules, your in my drive thru"

Its Taco Bell. The food is what you would expect from a place like Taco Bell. Often the food that we receive is not what we ordered and the people who work there seeing agitated and frustrated with the consumers. I'm not exactly sure what's going down but maybe the management needs to be retrained.

If I could give zero stars I would. Just went here and after getting home realized two items were missing from my order. I called after realizing the error requesting a refund and was told I need to drive back to this location for a refund to be processed. The location is 20 minutes from my house, one way. The cheesy roll up I ordered for a child, not even melted cheese, just shredded cheese rolled into a tortilla and the supreme tacos I paid for...not supreme just regular soft shells. I could deal with the other little things like just putting the roll up into the microwave but having someone tell me I need to drive 40 minutes for a 7 dollar refund is absolutely ridiculous, will not return. Customer service needs a serious upgrade. Save your time and go elsewhere.

My experience at this place is that I walked in one day and saw the boss "Dina" yelling at her employees.Terrible, if your going to yell like that take them aside don't do it in front of customers. Another experience I had there was that they work the employees to death without giving them a break for hours sometimes. Also the boss "Dina" puts all her work on her employees so that way she doesnt have to do anything. very poor management I would say. Maybe you will get better service good luck!

Me and my girlfriend order two power bowls without guacamole but they put guacamole in the power bowl anyways. They should not be getting paid $15 and hour if they mess up a simple order. They are starting to look and act like McDonald’s

They messed up the entire order and left stuff out. They said they would send gift cards and never did. Went back today to give it another try and no one would even serve us. Some guy in the back didn't want to and the woman doing the window was busy. It's close to work but I'll drive out of my way from now on if I want a taco

This restaurant commits fraud! They didn't give me my credit card back after a drive through purchase. Then when i realized it i was out of the area and i called to say i was sending my mother to pick it up as i was unable to get gas to make it there because they had my card. They refused to give it to my mother after i demanded them to do so. I made it there at the first chance i got which was a little over 24 hours later and when i asked for my card they said they had cut it up. I called the police and filed a formal complaint with local authorities and i will also file a complaint against the company with the district manager. I ask that everyone boycott this establishment on the basis of credit card misuse and fraud. I will never go to this place again and you would be wise to do the same!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The lady taking my order through the drive thru was rude. Everything looked like it had been literally thrown into the bag, things were spilling, burritos unwrapping. I paid extra for nacho cheese dipping sauce which I got a quarter size amount of in each container not half full as they usually are. My bean burrito had beef in it which I didn’t ask for and half of it was drown in sauce so much it was not edible while the other half remained dry with almost no sauce. My cheesy Gordita crunch stuck so badly to the paper it was wrapped in that I could barley salvage the soft tortilla. Would not recommend this taco bell location to anyone!!!!

Pulled into the drive thru at 12:20am and was immediately told "we're closed" ummm...it says you're open til 1am?? I drove 15 minutes to the next closest Taco Bell that had the same hours and was treated great by an extremely friendly manager!! The North Utica location has gone downhill and will just visit the Yorkville location from this day forward

Every single time we've ordered from this location, there is always something wrong or missing. We do not eat meat, and Taco Bell is touted as being a wonderful choice for vegetarians! Well, here's your fair warning to always check your items before diving in, as your burrito is likely filled with beef.

I ordered 4 burritos and got 4 taco's instead. Paid $23. Employees were running around on bicycle and didn't care if there were customers.

Online says they are open until 1 am, I arrived at 12:30 am. A NICE gentlemen asked how I was today and started to take my order and then a girl RUDELY interrupted and said "We're Closed, Sorry" I'm normally not one to complain I know we all want to go home at the end of the day but she could have been a little nicer. I go here all the time because it’s closest to home. My order is always slapped together and it’s ALWAYS mostly bread….… I had to get a refund a week ago because I got tired of the problem and began to document my issue. Fast food is only getting worse with the pay going up….. first photo of my triangle chicken wrap, that bad boy had about 3 pieces in him, threw him right out, not even the neighborhood cats wanted anything to do with him. Next up is lucky number 2, this bad mama had 3 pieces in the back and 1 in the front, she was hollow mostly but dam did she love being slapped up againts my trash can. I’m gonna go pick up the 3rd tomorrow, hoping she can stick around for the ride and offer me more to eat, unlike her 2 siblings who were belimic and unhealthy. Poor homely things.
