Clearly a locals place I felt totally part of the crew as the bartender told me about the town and introduced me to folks. If I’m ever traveling through the area again I’m making the the Onion my hub. Pop in and get yourself a bulleit rye with a Haus!

We have both been there before it was surprising that they remembered her she had played there a few years ago during a music festival. The owners just seem like really nice caring people. The crowd was mostly young people and it easy to visit with almost anyone in the bar or outside in the roped off smoking area.

Good selection and variety except for gluten free beers. How come a beer bar doesn't have at least one gluten free beer in a can or bottle? Not that hard. I've asked multiple times over many years and thus reducing my 5 star review. Not that hard to be inclusive. Tons of gf beers on the market these days and locally available.
