I love their holiday themed doughnuts!

First time going, told the server we were from oregon and she gave us some free donuts

Donuts are my Achilles tendon, my kryptonite, my worst nemesis. That being said I love Krispy kreme donuts, especially when they're fresh. I went to Krispy kreme today just to get a little snack to tide me over on a road trip, but was surprised by a new type of doughnut that they had. I have never had a strawberry donuts, and I felt a little like Homer Simpson eating one. Partly because of the pink frosting and partly because of the noises I was making

Great service and donuts. Great place to come when feeling depressed and need a sugary pick me up. Always recommend getting a dozen + 1 for the walk out the door.

Jennifer was so nice! She made some fresh donuts for us. The place was clean and inviting. Was a great day to have a Krispy kreme doughnut!

Great customer service. I tried the peach cobbler donut and it was good, but not as good as many of the regular donut selection.

Jacqueline was amazing & helpful. She took my daughter’s order , was patient as we were taking the donuts to the school.

This particular store is always our stop on the way to the beach. Yesterday I stopped with my kids to get a dozen on the way beach camping. Jackie was so very kind and had great suggestions! We left with a dozen and 16 mini donuts! Thank you Jackie for great service and thank you Krispy Kreme for yummy doughnuts!

I had never been to this location before, and it’s quite a bit smaller than the one I usually visit in Roseville. However, all the staff members were very friendly. There were a few empty donut trays even though it was only around 1:30–2:00 p.m., but I usually go for simple choices, so it didn’t really matter. The bathroom was impressively clean!! I was pleasantly surprised! 👍 The “Hot Now” sign was on, so the original glazed donuts were especially fresh and delicious!!

Krispy Kreme is no longer everywhere like it was many years ago, but this one in Vacaville is still my favorite place to go when I’m in the area. The store is nice and clean. The employees are friendly and attentive. The donuts are beautiful and delicious. The parking lot is easy and safe. I have no problem getting a parking space near the front door every time I am there.

This place is amazing the donuts are so fresh and delicious I love them and the staff is seriously SO nice they're like what customer service should be everywhere! Super friendly and even while it was busy didn't seem frazzled at all just so sweet and lots of smiles! Definitely recommend going here if you're in Vacaville! Thanks so much! Also I'm loving pumpkin spiiiiice donuts! Haha

I used to have a bad experience with KK, but today was really good. The worker was really nice and gave me and my bf an extra donut. 🙂 Also, it seems like the coffee tastes better than last time I went here. I would recommend it!

Came in on a late night drive from Sacramento headed to San Francisco and it was about 10 minutes before closing when this lovely employee Lenard still offered to take my order. This was very convenient because I was really craving donuts and he was very nice as well as the donuts were very good they tasted fresh even when it was 10 minutes before closing and the ambience of the restaurant was very cozy and relaxing. 10/10 would come again.

Good selection with senior discounts. Watch donuts being made. Decent coffee and space to enjoy your purchase. Go ahead, eat your favorites before your kids get them.

A little smaller store than accustomed to. Attention to detail is a little lacking. Filled doughnuts should have the filling evenly distributed within the doughnut; not all "pushed" to one side or the back. Otherwise, a very good doughnut!

I believe I could of gets better service on this visit. They were making dress glaced donuts yet after ordering a dozen of those they gave me from the ones in the front display rack. I asked for fresh ones and the kid did not look me it do he just throw the ones he had already in the box. Then after that he was just doing everything with a mad mood. Definitely not a way to go for a customer service position. I hope they address this asap!!

They ran out of raspberry filled by 6 pm, and this location doesn't ever carry some particular flavors (like strawberry filled), but there was still a decent variety: cinnamon apple filled, cake batter filled, chocolate iced custard filled, chocolate iced kreme filled, lemon filled, oreo cookies & kreme, sugar coated, maple iced, strawberry iced with sprinkles, chocolate iced, chocolate iced with sprinkles, original glazed, glazed sour cream, glazed blueberry cake, glazed chocolate cake, and apple fritter. They currently have a deal $6.99 for any dozen, so that's pretty sweet. Edit: 5/8 they currently have summer flavors: pineapple, strawberry, and key lime. These donuts are way cute! And the guy behind the counter this time was much friendlier. They also have "frozen chillers" which look like smoothies, in two flavors: strawberry and lemonade.

The Easter marshmallow doughnuts look messed up. Some of the donuts are not cooked to perfection, unlike those in the Concord location.

I've definitely had better this visit was the worst Krispy Kreme donuts I've ever had they were stale and didn't taste right for some reason won't b back to this location

Usually it's a great experience, however this visit we were charged extra for a couple of the specialty donuts which ended up costing more than the charge for a DOZEN specialty donuts! Then when we asked about the free donut because the 'hot' light was on we got a story about how because they don't bake them there they do not give them out! We have gotten them at this location before without even expecting them or knowing the policy!

I have 0 complaints about the customer service and 0 complaints about the actual product but three times now I've gone because of the hot light and all three times the donuts have not been hot. Not as if I just missed it, but that they've been sitting there for hours. If you're going to keep the light on keep the donuts fresh if not turn it off

I’ve never seen a Krispy Kreme in such a small place. But the staff was good and quick to attend to everybody in line. My only complaint is that the bathroom was pretty dirty, and the donuts for some reason did not taste like their usual Krispy Kreme self. I don’t know if they messed with the recipe or their machine was on the fritz or what, But the donuts weren’t very good. And I’m referring to the original glazed.

I needed help picking up an online order (placed and paid for online). I called to ask if someone could take the order out to my car parked right in front of the store. I live too far away for delivery and I was going to be in the area. I couldn’t go into the store. Nope, they wouldn’t help. Well they won’t be getting my business ever.

Had to ask for them as well. Not without a snarl, I’ve lived in Vacaville for many years, this smells like as if chocolate shake machine needs to be cleaned of stench of sour milk. The establishment was fairly clean. I have to wear a facemask when I go in because of the sour milk smell.

Stopped by at the store at 7pm today and ordered if I can get 4 dozens of original glazed. I was told that they can't make anymore and whatever is left out that's all they're selling and will not make anymore. It was only 7pm and store closes at 8pm. This is unbelievable. One shouldnot buy their doughnuts at this time because it will just be a left over.
