My friends and I (10 in all) celebrated a Christmas lunch here at Pampas. The food at the salad/seafood bar was very fresh and delicious. The pan de queso was baked just right. The meats were juicy and tender. Service by our waitress EVA was impeccable! She was very attentive. I’d dine here again.

I had a really good time with my wife and kids over there! Service was top notch! I have never been to a steakhouse that the salad bar had so many options, like squid, ceviche, sushi, pasta with meat balls, and more. Plus, all the steaks options, like picanha, lamb chop, fraldinha. The cheese with honey was delicious! Well! That’s definitely the best steakhouse I have been so far! Thanks for all, guys!

We had a great experience at Pampas. We were there as a group of 10 and had great food and excellent service. We were seated right away and had a nice table. Our server, Janina, was fantastic. She was attentive the entire night, make great drink and dessert recommendations. Anytime we needed anything she took care of it! We were celebrating a birthday and she made is special for them too. The food was great and they came around will everything we wanted. We will be back for sure.

Pampas was such a great experience from start to finish! The rodizio-style service made the meal feel fun and interactive, and the variety of meats was impressive. Everything was flavorful and cooked perfectly — the picanha and grilled pineapple were standout favorites. The salad bar had a great selection and was fresh and well-stocked. Service was attentive without being overwhelming, and the staff made sure we were taken care of throughout the meal. Eva is also a wonderful server with a stellar smile! 💕 Perfect spot for celebrations or when you’re really in the mood for a hearty, high-quality dinner. Would definitely come back!

Came here for our anniversary. Amazing amazing amazing. The food was great. So many options. All the food servers were very polite. The service from Eva and bartender was beyond excellent. So peaceful and patient with us. Not rushing. Def will be coming here more

Wife and I went out on a date night for the first time in a while without the kids. This place is awesome. A great experience with great ambiance. They offer a “choose your own” dinner event where there is a rotating offering of different meat as well as a hot bar and a salad bar. All of the food was fresh and delicious. Definitely coming back again for another date night!

The ambience here is great, the staff is incredible and you get SO much food. Come hungry, because you will want to try everything. The highlights for me were the cocktails, the spicy picanha, the ribeye, and the garlic bread! They brought out fresh Brazilian cheese bread that was fantastic as well. It's pricy, but definitely worth it. Lunch is cheaper but has less meat options.

We love coming here! Definitely recommend coming on an empty stomach because they have such a large variety of food. The salad bar is filled with lots of options and the cuts of steak are never ending. Great spot for date night!

Phenomenal food and ambiance. We enjoyed lots of delicious meat cuts. Fresh salad bar with a great variety of options. Fresh hot bar with rice, beans, salmon, shrimp and other hot plate options. All in all the food was very fresh and tasty. We cannot wait to come back! Thank you Pampas for the great service and food today!

This place is absolutely amazing. Jayjay, the manager, is absolutely amazing and very attentive. The food was superb. My only complaint was one of the servers was very pushy, didn't listen when told "No thank you" and kept giving meats saying "medium rare" when the meat was medium well. Jayjay was very receptive to feedback and definitely made things right. As long as the quality stays the same, and the friendly staff and management remain, will definitely be back. One bad server can't ruin this establishing, especially when the other staff have such great skills. I wouldn't give them 5 stars, but definitely 4.5.

Overall, the experience was okay. The atmosphere and customer service were really nice, which we appreciated especially since we were visiting from out of town. The margarita flight was definitely a highlight and tasted really good. As for the food, it was a bit inconsistent. Some items came out medium rare or even bloody, while others were overcooked and well done. It felt like the temperatures were off across the board. We were also expecting more food options based on what was advertised, so that was a little disappointing. We’ve been to other locations and felt those were better overall, but this spot still had a good vibe and friendly service.

It was OK. Not wonderful, not bad. We've eaten at many other Brazilian steakhouses that offer a lot more. The salad bar was greatly lacking. About a sixth of the items were missing. They need to step it up. It's also way too dark in the more private area. Service was nice. Check out Fogo de Chao, Terra Guacha, Texas de Brazil for a way better experience.

Many cuts of meat I received were end pieces, very well done and dry. Even when I asked for rare/medium rare pieces, I still ended up with part of it well done. Some cuts were great. They also brought out each different meat so fast that I didn’t have a chance to enjoy them. Drinks were decently priced.

Food was ok. I don't know where the 17 meats were hiding but we did 10 on a regular basis. We were offered 2 sides in the beginning, mashed potatoes and fried bananas and never asked if we wanted more. We had to ask for biscuits 3x and water 4x when they kept skipping the same person for water. Only 2 servers were smiling. The specialty pineapple guy would stare at us as he walked by but not give us any pineapple! We did get the grilled cheese but it took a while. The bar was good. Those 2 servers were awesome. Nothing like the cool one in Napa. Still, i wouldn't have left this review here but my friend told me that when she complained to the manager, he said our service was perfect. No, nope and nada. I've worked in service. The bill for our part was over 500.00. They added their own tip which we had them manually change. Their service was not what they claimed. I wish i could offer the 2 good ones a job at the Napa steakhouse.

I am sad to say that the last three times my family has been there (a larger # group each time) service has been extremely deficient. The last time we had a reservation and yet the host toldus we had to wait and at the end we ordered cocktails and dessert and waited over 10 minutes,until we finally gave upand decided to cancel those and asked for the check. The owner got a larger place, with less people and that definitely doesn't work. The place is pricey and for larger groups gratuity is high so definitely very dissapointed.

My husband and I went to Pampa’s Brazilian Steakhouse in Vacaville to celebrate our anniversary. It was our first time at a Brazilian steakhouse, and while the food itself was enjoyable, the service left a lot to be desired. When we arrived around 3 p.m., the restaurant was quiet with only a couple of other tables seated. We told the staff it was our first time, hoping they’d guide us through the experience. Instead, we were immediately pressured to take tequila shots — even after politely declining multiple times. They insisted, saying “It’s your first time, it’s Saturday, have some tequila!” Eventually, we agreed just to move the interaction along. We later discovered three tequila charges at $27 each on our bill — something that was never mentioned or clarified beforehand. When we brought it up, the staff simply apologized and said they’d “comp the dessert,” but did little to address the misleading situation. It felt like there was no accountability or effort to make things right. For a $300+ bill, I expected far better transparency and hospitality. If you’ve never been to a Brazilian steakhouse before, be cautious — don’t assume anything offered is complimentary. Unfortunately, we left more frustrated than satisfied and wouldn’t recommend this restaurant unless you go with someone familiar with how it all works.

-Made a reservation for 2 for 9PM on their website several days ago. Checked in at 8:45PM didn’t get sat until 9:45PM (15mins before closing) -They had two sheets. One for reservations and one for walk ins. They were seating the walk ins before reservations. -They only had one bartender. 1 on one of the most busiest nights which is crazy. While we were waiting it took the bartender 15mins to even hand me a menu. We should have just left the restaurant at that moment. -Salad bar had limited offerings compared to other Brazilian steak houses I’ve been to and wasn’t even replenished appropriately. -It wasn’t even a lot of people walking around with offerings after we got sat. I had to request most of what I wanted through the server and she did her best to try and have them offer us different things. -You can tell the workers just wanted to get out of there. The bussers cleaned a table next to us even through the guests items like their coats were hanging on the back of the chair/ food/ and glasses were still on the table. They both just went to the salad bar and came back and were so upset smh. Just simply a lack of attention… -I, my partner, and others felt so rushed given we got sat literally at closing time, I didn’t enjoy it. In conclusion I understand valentines day is a busy day but it’s all in the way things are managed. Somebody said the host that was up there stated it was her first day… There was nobody else up there assisting her. My sever said that they couldn’t figure out how to turn off the google reservations but that’s a box that should have been checked off before hand because they knew they would get hit. No type of compensation or free drinks were offered during this mayhem. I think that would have been a nice gesture to offer a glass of wine or something… Won’t return to this Brazilian Steak House and will not recommend to anyone.
