Buffalo Wild Wings is more than just a place to get your hot wing fix. They have a full bar and carry local beers. There's an assortment of appetizers, sandwiches, salads and entrees. The nachos and beer were delicious. The waiter only came to our table if there was a purpose and didn't ask about our food/drinks. Currently, the restaurant is patio dining only. This is not a great date spot. There isn't anything to do within walking distance, if you want to prolong the date. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY

We hadn't been to a BWW in a while and unfortunately was bummed about the visit. The boneless wings were so dry that it was impossible to cut, hard to chew, with very little sauce. The sampler was also disappointing, everything felt overcooked and dry. The floors were also pretty dirty. I normally don't like to leave reviews like this but really hope things can get turned around to make this location successful.

Foods great I’m tired of paying extra to make sure I get flats only and not getting flats only when getting take out. Reason I don’t get drumsticks because they’re always dry and what do you know they are dry.

The seating staff were asking everyone if they wanted to sit in the bar since there was no wait, even though there were a ton of open tables on the main floor. So, my children and I sat in the bar at a tall table on very uncomfortable barstools with no back rest. They gave us all 1 menu right away, but then took forever to come back and take our order. I had to ask staff if we needed to order using the QR code on the table. Finally, they took our order. I asked for extra cherries for our Shirley temples, but they were out, even though they had a full bar. My daughter's chicken strips looked very dry. My son didn't like his cheeseburger very much. When we were ready for dessert, I had to hunt down the waitress again. I also asked for boxes and the bill at the same time. She forgot about the boxes and the bill, so I asked again after our dessert arrived. She finally got us both. She was nice overall. This place is not what I remember. We used to go very frequently. It has definitely changed. They seemed to be understaffed.

I ordered here today and I was a bit dissatisfied with how long my order took. The girl that took my order said 10- 15 minutes. No, it took about 40 minutes for my order to be ready! To top it off my fries are cold! Cold and stale! As well as my fried pickles, how disappointed! Smh. At least the wings were hot, 10 pieces bbq wings. I hope other are not as dissatisfied as I am.

Server took 25+ minutes to take order, so we walked out. Got acknowledged once, which was taking our drink order, and she simply put the drinks on our table without acknowledging us. Then disappeared while having 3 other tables in her section, and didn’t help a single one. Manager argued about comping a drink that had 2 sips taken out. Bad service all around, won’t be back anytime soon.

I've been to several Buffalo Wild Wings in various states this one is by far the worst. Really bad service, and really bad food! Cold, and the fried food, pickles, cheese curds, onion rings, old oil bad taste. French fries were cold, and chewy! Would not come back to this location!

I went there with my family asking for a table of 7. She told me to wait and someone will show me which one. Apparently nobody knew what was going on. After 15 mins I went and asked again that what is their plan. They still didn’t knew and another lady came and told me that your party has to be here while the other one didn’t. True lack of management and rudeness to customer. Therefore I went to another restaurant.

We came in and were about 1 of 4 tables seated. First, we weren’t given any kids menus (we have two young children), then it took nearly an hour to get our food. Our appetizer never came and no one even noticed until we requested it not be included in our bill once our entrees arrived. The food that was delivered looked like it had been sitting on the counter for about the amount of time we were waiting. The boneless wings were cold and the sauce had been absorbed into the wings. They blamed the delay on a rush of to go orders. I guess if an online order comes in then if you’re dining in you just go to the back of the priority list? Then it arrived without utensils. We didn't see our server again until the end of the meal, by then most of us had been out of drinks for quite some time. Such a disappointing experience to waste your Friday night meal on old food you spent an hour waiting for. We won’t be back.

7/29/2025 Another letdown. Drove 12 miles to get some wings to go because thier published hours are until 11. Arrived before 10. Sign on the door said they were closing at 9. I would expect this from a Mom and Pop not a national chain. Can we get some consistency BWW? Follow up, went again last night. Same "host" bearded guy, sat us at a clean table but the seats were full of greasy fingerprints. He handed us gross, dirty menus. It was towards the end of the game and they were obviously having a busy night but still. Waitress in our section was at the next table twice and made eye contact both times and never acknowledged us. We got up and went to the bar and Julie took care of us. She saved the visit. When I see a dirty dining room I have to wonder what the kitchen looks like.🤔 Host sat us at a dirty table. Very little care exhibited when I brought it to his attention. Food was solid, service not so much.

Ordered different types of wings, one spicy one and one none spicy. And they mixed everything together. Now kids can't eat. And people with allergies can't eat. Duck them

Just needed the bland regular side Mac. Paid 20$ for three side orders plus tip and they somehow managed to mess it up and put ranch in the food. All three. So not only the person that preps the food but the person that gets the to go order ready ( the person you pay and tip) could see the creamy ranch in the Mac and still pass off 20$ of Mac and cheese my kids can’t even eat. Then when I call to fix this issue no manager can speak or fix any part of their mistake. But promise to call back tomorrow. Never do/did thank you “manager Cierra”. My bank will take it from here since you and your staff can’t do a super simple job. How hard is it to mess up kids Mac and cheese? Never once had this issue at any Buffalo Wild Wings but will be sure to let everyone within a 50 mile radius that this location can’t even make a kids Mac and cheese properly.
