This was the first time I have been to an In-N-Out Burger. I really enjoyed myself. The place was very clean. Although, the cashier was not too friendly, I loved the food. I had a double burger, French fries and strawberry milkshake. They were delicious. I also appreciated how hard these young kids work at In-N-Out Burger. They all deserve a raise.

Very busy place there was big lines in drive thru and inside. The working crew was great they all handled working in a fast pace very well . We dined in and for as much people as there was we didn't wait long for our food. The food was good and the employees were great. Next time I'm in that area I will visit them again.

It's In N Out, exactly the same everywhere you go, which is why I love it. They have a "Protien Style" which is great for Diabetics and Celiacs. Fries are safe for Celiacs here.

In N Out Burger has to be one of my favorites in the world. After a 10 hour flight it's the first stop to have a genuine California burger experience. The double beef double cheese animal style (extra toppings) is a special treat. Great service and great food.

Amazing food to get with your friends whenever you want to bite for lunch and don't want to spend too much. The only thing I wish they had was bike racks, but it is still deserving of a five star because it's not a bike store 😁🍔

Simply good. This is just a good hamburger. The ingredients are fresh and the burger is made to order. The drivethru is always super busy, and is not necessarily an indication of how busy it will be inside. Today, though the drivethru line was at least 15 cars, when I parked and went inside, I was able to place my order right away.

Off the top this location has a great staff that really makes this rocking In n Out pop. We all know how good the burgers are so this review is about the staff and management of this location. Even if the lines here they long they move along steady. Sometimes employing 2 roving cashiers. They get it right.

Great burgers, fast and friendly service, clean and well lit. A great place for everyone. I got a 4x4 (4 meat 4 cheese) "animal style" grilled onions, and "well done" fries that were perfectly crispy. The meat and service are some of the best fast food chains around.

I'll start this by saying the food was amazing and prepared relatively quickly, the restaurant was clean, and the employees were pleasant and operated like a finely tuned machine. That being said, the customer service was NEXT LEVEL.. The store was incredibly busy and I accidentally threw my son's new D&D 20-sided dice in the trash... which was disgusting... and full. But since it was a special dice gifted to him by a relative, I knew I was going to have to dig and find it. I asked an employee for a trash bag to put the trash in as searched, but instead they sent Jimmy. Jimmy is a rockstar. Went through the entire trash can, which I won't elaborate on the contents of, but it was nasty. No complaining, no grumbling, all smiles and a great attitude. After emptying the entire trash can, unwrapping paper and napkins to make sure he searched every crevasse, he found it at the bottom--Like a needle in a haystack. Tried to tip him for his service, but he refused. What a genuinely good dude.

I don't normally eat here. The drive-thru line is normally at least half a mile long. But I was hungry and the line looked unusually short. It reminded me of why the line is always so long. The burger was perfect... Hot , moist and most of all delicious.

The food was great, best potato fries at any In-N-Out location, and service was excellent. Brianna and another guy kept walking around, making sure everyone had what they needed and it was clean.

Got a 3x3 animal style, both onions, extra- toasted bun, and medium-rare patty with a fry and large chocolate shake. Yummy!!!

Sixth time here since me and my wife moved to Vacaville from Hawaii last September. We’ve been to many In-N-Outs and the employees here bang stuff out quick and look like they have so much fun working (super important to in a job). God bless

All in-n-outs are amazing. No exception here. In the same parking lot as cane’s so that’s a first where I felt a slight tug. But slight. Get your fries done lite well so they aren’t so floppy.

This place was a fine example of the whole chain. I got the #2 meal with no onion. It was delicious. The burger was packed with crisp lettuce and a big tomato slice. Waffle fries just right. I ordered at about 12:30, peak time. So it was crowded. But my meal arrived in about 5 minutes.

I couldn't resist trying out a different In-N-Out Burger I haven't been to before, I ordered a Double Double, it was cooked perfectly. My food was ready in a timely manner, the staff at this location are friendly and restaurant is generally clean. It was nice walking in to no line to order, compared to the drive through line that wrapped around the parking lot.

The line was long but moved really fast. If you're entering the parking lot, drive behind cane's drive-thru to get in line for in and out. It's towards the back of cane's. If you drive up to in and out's drive thru you'll have to make a u-turn to get in line. If you have to park, don't park anywhere near the drive thru line. Those spots are empty for a reason and difficult to get out of.

I went to In-N-Out expecting a burger so good it would make me question my life choices. Instead, I got a burger that made me question my GPS. The fries tasted like someone whispered the word potat…

I genuinely don’t understand the hype around In-N-Out. The burgers are average at best—nothing special, just passable. The fries? Somehow both dry and airy, like they’re made from stale packing peanuts. It’s a mystery how they manage to make something as simple as fries taste this bad. And to top it all off, there’s always a ridiculously long line, like people are waiting for something life-changing. Spoiler: it’s not.

This is consistently the worst location I have ever been to. I wouldn't normally take the time to write a negative review about my most beloved fast food joint but I'm fed up with the inconsistencies here. I know the quality I should be getting at every In n Out and this is not it by far. This last visit, my fries were cold and hard as rocks. My two year old wanted fries so I ran out to get her my favorite kind and she wouldn't touch them. It says alot because this kid will eat dog food on occasion. They really were that bad. Dry, very hard and hard to swallow. I love In n Out and just want the quality I'm used to here in my home town. I grew up with Inn Out in SoCal so I know what it should be regardless of the customer volume. This is not it. Please do better. It will be a while before I go back to this spot and waste my time in long lines just to be disappointed. Do better. In n Out should be the best.

The burger pattie had no flavor and was small. The chocolate milkshake was also bland. Thankfully fries were good. At least it was fairly cheap with all three at about 11 dollars.

So I came to Vacaville to spend some time with the family, decided to get In-N-Out Burger. Pops got it through the drive through. Mom wanted to get the "Flying Dutchman" with those grilled onions on top because it looked good online when she saw it. Got it home and we got everything but her grilled onions on top. My dad could've sworn he said with the grilled onions, but she never got them. Either this location doesn't know what the Flying Dutchman is, or they must of not heard it or something. Either way, next time, we hope to get those onions...🤤

It Sucked..They have The line for the drive-thru starting at the back of an adjacent business. So if you turn into the In-N-Out parking lot, you're completely screwed unless you backtrack and with all the traffic. What an absolute waste of time so I went to the Vans outlet instead 🤣 they need to come up with signage or something, especially for people that don't go there everyday. If somebody jumps off i-80 that's heading to Tahoe from the bay and they've never been there. They'll be in the exact situation I was in.

My sister and I waited over 20 minutes (25 to be exact) for our order of fries. If that doesn’t seem long, trust me. I could already see us waiting until the sun set. We were #14. After #13, they didn’t serve orders for some minutes. When they served again they said #15. A minutes later, #16. The numbers kept going up until the high 20s, maybe even 30. I asked a worker when our order will be ready, but they checked my receipt and somewhat ghosted me. I watched in disappointment as trays of burgers, fries, and milkshakes were being given out. ALL WE ASKED FOR WAS ONLY THREE FRIES TO GO. It takes more time to cook the burgers rather than simply making fries, and this In-N-Out should acknowledge that. The worker frying the fries noticed our problem and asked us what our order was. He took a glance. Took less than a minute to prepare the fries we’ve been waiting 20+ minutes for. Shout out to Miguel. He saved us from an eternity of waiting.

I’m so upset! I absolutely love in n out! I come a lot actually, this has NEVER happened and I can’t believe they did this! If it was such a problem to make then I wish they would have said sorry we can’t do that instead of just throwing the SEEDS in my fries!

I ordered a double-double plain and another animal style, a regular fry and an animal fry. And I was so disgusted because I found a hair inside the animal fries and now I'm too far away on the freeway to turn around and come back. I agree with the other individuals on here. that stated, you need to train your staff to slow down. Look at the order prior to bagging it up. I'm so disgusted. I will never come back to this location.

After 30 minutes in line I ordered a tomato wrapped Flying Dutchman. When I got home I had cold fries and two hamburger patties smothered in greasy melted cheese. No tomato’s and prepared incorrectly. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Waste of time and money. I expect better from In and Out. I won’t be back.
