Packed full with customers inside and out, ordering was moving quite fast, uncomplicated and met with patience by the girl taking our order. The staff did their best to accommodate everyone and moving as quickly as possible pushing orders out. The food was really good, fresh French fries, a burger wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun - such a treat and low carbs. Unfortunately after getting of the plane and being hungry pictures were not on the mind at the time..lol

Since I arrived in America, I’ve been told that the hamburgers from this fast-food chain are the best — and I finally got to try one. I can confirm that, for me too, it’s the best fast food. The burgers are fresh, with crisp lettuce, onions, and tomatoes — all fresh and flavorful. The staff is friendly and helpful. Absolutely worth trying!

This place was a fine example of the whole chain. I got the #2 meal with no onion. It was delicious. The burger was packed with crisp lettuce and a big tomato slice. Waffle fries just right. I ordered at about 12:30, peak time. So it was crowded. But my meal arrived in about 5 minutes.

It's always a treat to get some In-n-Out. Great service, huge line, delicious burger...worth the wait. Going inside was much quicker than waiting in the drive through.

I couldn't resist trying out a different In-N-Out Burger I haven't been to before, I ordered a Double Double, it was cooked perfectly. My food was ready in a timely manner, the staff at this location are friendly and restaurant is generally clean. It was nice walking in to no line to order, compared to the drive through line that wrapped around the parking lot.

In-N-Out had such good service! The employees were super friendly and seemed genuinely happy, which made the experience even better. The restaurant was really clean, and the food was so good. I’m visiting from North Carolina, and these burgers are amazing—definitely a must-visit spot!

Pro tip: order the fries extra crispy, especially if you want them animal style. Very small parking lot, and the drive-thru line can be very long.

My order was forgotten. I was number 12. 11 came up quick and then 13 through 17 were called well before my order was even made :( They were really nice about it but the timing made me late for my prior engagements that I had to reschedule and I already waited 2 months for that appointment. So I came to Vacaville to spend some time with the family, decided to get In-N-Out Burger. Pops got it through the drive through. Mom wanted to get the "Flying Dutchman" with those grilled onions on top because it looked good online when she saw it. Got it home and we got everything but her grilled onions on top. My dad could've sworn he said with the grilled onions, but she never got them. Either this location doesn't know what the Flying Dutchman is, or they must of not heard it or something. Either way, next time, we hope to get those onions...🤤

They burned the fries , it was so hard to eat, took very long time to make it. I visit in and out a lot this is the first branch i visited the service was really poor. Will not come back again. It didnt even test like in and out. The worst place to eat in the world.

I ordered a double-double plain and another animal style, a regular fry and an animal fry. And I was so disgusted because I found a hair inside the animal fries and now I'm too far away on the freeway to turn around and come back. I agree with the other individuals on here. that stated, you need to train your staff to slow down. Look at the order prior to bagging it up. I'm so disgusted. I will never come back to this location.

After 30 minutes in line I ordered a tomato wrapped Flying Dutchman. When I got home I had cold fries and two hamburger patties smothered in greasy melted cheese. No tomato’s and prepared incorrectly. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Waste of time and money. I expect better from In and Out. I won’t be back.
