This IHOP has a full remodel! I haven't been in probably over a decade, and wanted something different. It was a good choice because everything was great! The waitress was saying even the menu got a redesign, and judging from the very new looking ones we had, it was a pretty comprehensive change. If you haven't been to IHOP in awhile (like me), give them a shot. I can't compare how it used to be because I haven't been there in so long, but it's gotta be better than the place I remember.

Had a great breakfast today. For quite a while our local IHOP was closed, but it's been open and operating now a couple / few months. So today I stopped in and was pleased with all, service, food, atmosphere, all were / was nice. I had the sirloin tip combo breakfast, which was a decent portion of food, paired with a couple cups of coffee. Decent price for portion of food, and with nice quality. Hash browns were tasty and the over eady eggs were cooked well also. So if you are around and are hungry for breakfast, stop in the reopened IHOP and give them a try. They were busy today too, but I got a both and wait wasn't bad. All in all, good expierience. So until next time, Non Appetit.......stay safe and healthy in your travels

I go with my daughter every weekend and we only get the value menu. My bill is under $15 and I leave $5 for tip. $20 for my daughter and I to eat breakfast ain't too bad.

Love you guys! But there is always something wrong with my Pardon My Cheesesteak order. Last night the cheesesteaks I ordered came on normal white bread, as opposed to the sub roll they are supposed to come on. In a previous experience last year, a cheesesteak sandwich order was made using breakfast sausage. I just wish my Pardon My Cheesesteak order would get made correctly

I have to admit this location is by far the cleanest IHOP near us. Food was great! Service was phenomenal! The atmosphere of this place was just amazing! The store had a simple but nice decor for Mother’s Day weekend and the servers were handing out roses! I have to say the entire staff is very nice. The only reason I took off a star is because the sewage stink. I understand it is not the staff’s fault but dang whoever owns this location should really invest if you want people to come in and leave with a great experience. I stopped coming years ago but my mother wanted to come for Mother’s Day. I will come again only because Management Ella and my server Junior were great and food was awesome! But away from that side of the restaurant.

Not gonna lie, it smelt like waste in there. Not sure if it was from outside but it didn’t smell like that until we were at the building. It was like the smell was stuck on the building and traveled inside. Kind of ruined my appetite. But service was amazing.

Upside: French toast was fluffy, hash browns were great, and the waitress was nice. Downsides: in paying in cash, we waited over 15 minutes for our change; the prices for relatively simple meals was shocking (seriously, $6 for orange juice?); the parking is cramped. IHop, the updated interior looks good, but prices and business practices could use some work.

Food was fast and okay but first IHOP that I couldn't take advantage of my AARP, AAA, or military discount. IHop's from coast to coast for over four decades had honored senior and military- guess Denny's looks better.

Placed a curbside pickup order that was marked ready at 8:38 AM. No one ever brought it out to my car. By 9:20, I had to go inside to get it myself—even though I selected curbside so I wouldn’t have to. The food was cold by then and inedible. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be returning.

Found a pubic hair in my food that was brought out by the manager named Edgar. They didn’t remake the plate just removed the hair and tried again like I wouldn’t notice. Staff laughed about it in Spanish, which killed any trust I had left. Told the manager I wouldn't be paying for my plate, and he tossed it out with zero apology, zero accountability. If basic food safety and respect matter to you, pick another spot.

I placed an order for pick up at 10:33am. The order said it’d be ready by 10:49. We walked in at 10:51 and the waitress stated it’d only be a couple more minutes. I did use my rewards so I was trying to be understanding. However, as we are waiting a guy walks into the door and gets seated. She knows the guy. I waited until 11:15 and I see that the guy that got seated, RECEIVED HIS FOOD AT HIS TABLE BEFORE US. I say “excuse me” out loud and she completely ignores me. All we ordered was 2 eggs, 2 sausage links, 1 slice of french toast, and a full stack. I am appalled at the customer service this restaurant provided. There was no explanation and no apologies given that it took 45 min to get our food. I do not recommend it here.

We ordered $48 worth of food. Many waffles included. I told the door dash driver to tell the store to make sure they put butter and syrup in the bag. IHOP sealed the bag and told the dasher the butter and syrup was inside. The dasher believed them as they can not open the bag. When my food was delivered they only had 1 Butter and 1 syrup in the bag for $48 worth of food. Are you kidding me. We literally had to eat dry waffles which ruined our breakfast. Very poor judgement on the store and inadequate workers. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Did an online order, for curbside pick up tried to call multiple times didn’t answer. So went inside in person wasn’t busy at all, just lazy not answering the phone when clearly capable. The front desk man was rude and had an attitude. Horrible customer service. And takes forever.

I walked into this IHOP looking forward to a good meal, but unfortunately had to leave before even ordering. There was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the restaurant that made it difficult to stay. It didn’t smell clean or fresh, and it really took away from the dining experience. I hope management addresses this issue soon because it’s a dealbreaker for customers like me.

I wish I could give negative stars for this place. I have been trying to call and place an order for over an hour. I have literally called over a dozen times and every time I've been told to please hold and that they are so packed and busy. So I came down to the restaurant and spoke with the waitresses and they straight lied over the phone and to my face. When I asked if they were busy this evening, they said that they have been so slow today. And the entire restaurant is empty. I am literally the only customer here. I will NEVER order from here EVER AGAIN!!!! Such horrible service!! Like if you don't want to do the job you where hired to do, then why be here doing absolutely nothing. When I asked for the manager and the corporate number the waitress walked away and ignored me and told me if I wanted to complain to someone then to look it up for myself and that she doesn't have time for nonsense....wow worst experience I've ever had!!!!
