My first time here, great choice, great service, yummy bagels
TL;DR - Best bagel I've ever had, from an East-Coaster living in hallmark bagel territory. As an east-coast native, I always approach "NY-Style" eateries with a bit of hesitation. Friends, honestly, I only WISH all east-coast bagels were as off the charts as Noah's bagels and find myself questioning what a "NY Style" bagel should be. The bagels features a perfect level of crunch followed by an air, pillowy bite from the dough. Eggs are made fresh and free to your viewing. The east coast has a lot to learn from Noah! For all the non-service negative reviews, you'll be disappointed when you visit NY!

It's been about two years since. But I felt like something different today. The Bagel 🥯 Sandwiches were Fantastic! Jalapeno cheese bagel brisket sandwich! An The maple sausage sandwich! Both were Out of this World. I will be back real soon. Jeff Hom
It was my first time placing an order. I needed two of their Baker's Dozen, the young lady was so very helpful showing me how to order. The bagels were fresh and wonderful. I am thankful for their hard work and customer service.
Deliciousness on A Bagel . The Shmears are Super delicious. Best Iced Caramel Macchiato I’ve Ever Had ! ❤️
Always a great experience. It can be a bit crowded but, the staff is always friendly and do a great job.
It was only my second time at the Vacaville location and Monique remembered my name and our previous interaction. She is super sweet, helpful and caring. Made my experience totally worth it!!!
First time going to Noah's in a long time. They were out of Asiago bagels, but they had a 5 cheese one that was just as good as I remember. We ended up buying 1/2 dozen bagels and coffee. Very friendly service.
Breakfast and coffee here are very popular. There are a lot of customers but it seems that there is not enough staff. The waiting time may be about 30 minutes each time. If you are in a hurry, go to work after breakfast. Then you may want to stay here enough. It is very convenient to get here from Exit 56 of the high-speed I80. It's easy to get back to high speed. The outdoor dining table here is very nice, with a row of reeds very beautiful. Next door is the outlet brand-name discount commercial area, and there is a very special NUT TREE leisure and entertainment shopping mall, which is very convenient.
Tried brunch box such a good value it fed us 4 adults and 2 kids with some leftovers. Caramel cream cold brew was amazing as well
Breakfast BLT on Challah bread is hot fire🔥🔥🔥🔥. They use Peet's coffee beans here so I like the coffee. But the bagels are good as well. If you want a solid good fresh bagel, this is definitely the stop you want to make. I'm a big fan of the decor here as well. This place has inspired me to do something bold with my kitchen design. Thanks for the awesome experience.
The bacon, egg, and cheddar sandwich on a jalapeño cheese bagel from Noah's New York Bagels is a symphony of flavors and textures. The bagel, a chewy canvas for the other ingredients, is perfectly toasted, with a hint of heat from the jalapeño cheese. The bacon, crispy and salty, provides a counterpoint to the soft and fluffy egg. The cheddar cheese, melted and gooey, binds the sandwich together and adds a richness that is both satisfying and decadent. This sandwich is a truly sublime experience, and one that will leave you wanting more

I love their food, very great service and friendly staff. Would recommend to anybody in the upper bay area
Walking into Noah’s Bagels felt like stepping into a breakfast paradise where the bagels are golden, the vibes are immaculate, and the staff might secretly be angels in aprons. The atmosphere? Top-tier excellent. Not just “nice,” but the kind of energy that makes you pause and think, okayyyy, this is how mornings are supposed to feel. Everyone was so sweet and refreshing — like they sprinkled kindness into the cream cheese. The positivity in that place was contagious. You could feel that the team actually enjoys being there, and that makes all the difference. I came for a bagel and left impressed, uplifted, and already planning my next visit. 10/10 experience. Noah’s understood the assignment. 🥯✨
Everyone was so sweet today. I greatly appreciate your help even when coming in near closing. The food was delicious and arrived quickly. When I come back into town, I'll be sure to stop again. Recommendations: Try the pastrami bagel without mustard. The veggies are quite flavorful so no need for the mustard.

Pretty good. Service is always nice when I go. Just a little pricey.
Excellent service and excellent bagel sandwiches. You can build your own or choose a sandwich off of their menu. There are plenty of freshly made for you to choose from. Also many varieties of cream cheeses
I had their Nova Lox, it was pretty good. I just wish they cut their bagels all the way through as I don’t really want to pull it apart.
Stopped by Noah’s Bagels and had a really enjoyable visit. I ordered the turkey avocado sandwich, while my fiancé went with the lox and another delicious bagel sandwich—both hit the spot. Each meal came with a side treat like cookies or muffins, which was a nice bonus. I’ve been a fan of their shmeres for years—especially the jalapeño salsa and garden vegetable—still as flavorful and addicting as I remember! The location was super clean, with outdoor seating and even complimentary iced water cups for customers, which was a thoughtful touch on a warm day. We also grabbed some doggie bagels, and my three wiener dogs went wild for them—definitely a cute extra for pet parents. Overall, a great place for a quick bite or a casual breakfast.
Very busy Sunday morning, this place is jumping. Ordered the Farmhouse Bagel (1 egg) and a coffee. Both were good.

Pretty good most of the time, but put dairy on the vegout when I've asked not any and I don't realize this until ive driven off... and if you go there near closing or within an hour of, they run out of everything and you don't get all ingredients you pay for, last time they left off have3, pickles tomatoes, and red onion but never said anything about it until I asked why . I don't appreciate that kind of thing when they've already raised their prices recently , $9 for this bagel.
It's a decent shop to stop into while traveling down I80; an easy place to stop off and get a bagel and coffee. The cashiers are usually very friendly and able to take orders quickly and efficiently, while still maintaining good customer service. Despite it not being very busy, and only ordering two bagels with cream cheese, the service was slow, taking about 10 minutes to get our order after placing it. The bagels we got were fine, but not amazing. They were overly salted, not so much as to ruin them, but definitely more than normal.
Can yall label the dam sandwiches. Got 9 sandwiches and no clue what is what
Nice place, nice staff, diverse bagel options. Flavour is mid, the salsa was good. Bacon egg and cheese and a coffee for $12.27, bit overpriced for quality
I bought 8 bagels which came out to be 84$ and this specific place threw my bagels in a bag. None of the bagels had a names so I have to open each bagel to recognize which is the bagel I ordered. I asked employees do they identify the bagels she looked at me like I asked a foreign question. Her response was just a NO. I been to other Noah’s Bagel and they produced stickers for labels. I will not stop in Vacaville again for Noah’s Bagel.

First time customer. I ordered online. I walk in at the specified time and the order isn’t where it’s suppose to be so I wait about 5 minutes and nothing. I’m not a delivery driver so I don’t approach that part of the counter. Three drivers come in, pick up their orders and leave. I see a bag sitting where the delivery pick ups are and I just know. I’m not acknowledged so I go around to the cashier and hover until I’m acknowledged. Lo and behold that bag that’s been sitting there in the delivery section was mine. By that time it’s lukewarm and by the time I get to my house 5 minutes away the food is cold. It tasted ok but very stingy with the cafeteria style bacon! I can do way better at home. I won’t be going back. Management, this could have all been avoided had my order been put out on the online orders cart. I would have even ignored the minimal bacon issue.

Ordered 2 veggie bagel sandwiches, payed 10$ for each and got a dry bagel, with the tiniest uneven smears of cream cheese and tiny unevenly spread avocado. It was a disappointment and waste of money
I have been trying Noah's bagels for awhile now and they have been going down hill with their services and getting very stingy with the spread. If you have to pay over a dollar for spread then they should give you a good amount on the bagels. They should not be available to say Ney York bagels, because you are not even close. You should not pay anything for the amount of spread you receive.

I gave them a tip when I ordered, only to never get my food! Horrible customer service. It doesn't matter how good your foog is. If you don't know how to treat your customers right, then you need help from Chef Ramsay himself. Thank you for ruining my mood in the beginning of the day. 👎
They do not wear gloves when preparing your drinks. The cashier turned around after checking me out and made my beverages. She did not clean her hands after handling the register, and her dirty hoodie string dipped into my cup multiple times. While she was making the drinks, she kept going back and forth to the sink rinsing her hands, and I’m not 100 percent confident the water that was on her hands did not drip into my beverage. One drink had to be remade because it spilled but the same issue happened with her hoodie strings falling into my cup as she prepared the new one. The floor was dirty it looked like a biohazard, I saw rags on the floor. The floor had visible dirt spots and food everywhere, it looked like it had not been swept or mopped in days. Everyone was sweaty, had unprotected flowing hair over the food. Their uniforms are filthy. This is no way to serve anyone food. I am not even comfortable drinking this beverage. For a place that just makes bagels, it should not be this filthy.
Today was my first time going to Noah bagel. I asked the lady that was behind the counter filling the order to change her gloves because she was hadling pork. She answered me very rule. I asked her again and she ignored me. Everyone doesn't eat pork so you should be mindful of how your hadling customers food. I'm sure she don't have to pay for gloves out of her paycheck. You should change your gloves every time you help a customer. I ended up getting a refund
Bagles were BURNT! And super tough. Second bad experience at this store. Very, very disappointing. In Mountain View, California, Noah’s bagels were superior. Please work on him proving your employees or closing your shop.
I picked up my "I shouldn't be eating this because it's bad for me bagel" on 10/5/24 about 7:04am (check employee schedule). Waiting in line to order for a good solid 5 minutes, and not one employee said, "Hi, we'll be right with you", or anything. Nothing. There were at least three girls working. So when my order was complete, the short little white girl called out my name, tossed my order on the counter and walked away. No, "thank you for coming." Nothing. Sorry if I was an inconvenience to your bad mood there, little girl. Not the first time. The customer service there is horrible. Everyone there always seems to be in a bad mood. It's the young gen. They have no customer service skills. Anyway...
I love bagels with lox and cream cheese, and I've had good experiences at other Noah's locations, but I've always been disappointed at this location. I've ordered from this location 5 or 6 times, but never again. Every time there's an issue - smashed bagels, bagels missing cream cheese, side orders missing, orders take 30-40 minutes+ (for smashed bagels with missing cream cheese and missing sides?). Very poor management and quality control.
Shoppers please be aware of your order. This location takes money and provide incorrect orders and make profit. Horrible experience at this location and both the manager and general manager showed no professionalism in handling the situation. To begin with they handed us only 3 bagels sandwiches whereas we had ordered 4 bagels sandwiches when asked the general manager questions us and asks did you order 4 and requested to show us the receipt, when we mentioned we did not print the receipt she asks us to go get it from the cashier once we got they accept their mistake and give us the 4th sandwich wrong again, finally when we told the order is wrong they go and try to fix it this time they make one big blunder of adding bacon when we explicitly told no bacon in our order. When complained the manager walks to us and tells do you need one more bagel and when we tell no she just walks back as if nothing happened. There is no apology or no patience to even ask what went wrong. I am not sure how can they screw up the order three times and still don’t have any remorse of doing the mistake. Hopefully Noah’s bagels management looks into this issue and avoid such rude behavior and mistakes with other customers Total order -$40
I have been enjoying Noah's Bagels for many years. They taste the best in town. Unfortunately their lack of customer service is the opposite. Their online price was lower in some things and they wanted to charge the higher price. If they get the order wrong, they act like the customer is trying to get one over on them. When Brie the manager insinuated that I was lying about my order being wrong, that was it. They have the best bagels and worst customer service. For this reason I will not be coming back to the Vacaville location. I will have to go to the Walnut Creek location.
Ordered a pick-up order for a bakers dozen and two schmears. Grab the box, get to work an hour away, and no schmears. Call them and now I’ve been on hold for 16 minutes. Ridiculous.
I asked for an open faced bagel with extra cream cheese and was given a closed bagel with a smudge of cream cheese. I asked for it open faced with the extra cream cheese again yet it still had a small amount of cream cheese. What's the point of the extra charge or using points as a reward if you can get what you pay for?
My partner and I went in for a bagel and coffee around 11:30 AM—plenty of time before closing—but the atmosphere was far from welcoming. Most of the chairs were stacked on tables, the blinds were drawn, and the space felt dark and uninviting. It genuinely made us question if the store was open. Other customers seemed just as confused, with some leaving entirely because the environment didn’t feel inviting enough to stay. When we asked the staff why they were already putting up chairs and closing blinds, they casually responded, “pre-closing.” This was two-and-a-half hours before closing time! It felt dismissive, like customers weren’t a priority. This isn’t the first time Noah’s Bagels has faced criticism either, this same location made headlines when the entire staff quit over the alleged mistreatment of their manager. Combined with my experience and other mixed reviews, it’s clear they may be struggling to maintain their standards. Something as simple as keeping chairs down and blinds open can make all the difference in creating a welcoming environment that encourages people to return. Has anyone else had similar experiences here? Let’s hope businesses take note and prioritize the people who keep them going.
My daughter and I visited on Sunday, July 6, 2025. I have been there a couple of times before. On this particular occasion, the service and atmosphere was fine but the food was okay. My daughter got a coffee, juice, and a breakfast sandwich, I got a bagel with onion & chive cream cheese and added lox (not the sandwich) and a small iced latte because they were out of larger cold cups and it came to over $40.00. There was a minimal amount of cream cheese and lox on my bagel for the high price that was charged. Although the service and atmosphere were fine, the food and the high prices will keep me from coming back and is the sole reason for my one star review.
we ordered a bacon avocado egg sandwich….but like where’s the bacon, shmear, avocado, and egg?? i know there’s very very little avocado and egg but for the price? and missing some ingredients?? it’s a rip off. i just don’t understand how you can miss the main part of the sandwich. don’t go here unless you wanna be scammed.
We asked for a specific flavor, and the girl didn't even look in the back, she just said they were out. As we stood there waiting for our sliced bagel box, we saw them unloading more bagels of the flavor they were supposedly out of. We asked for them to exchange some of ours for the flavor we really wanted, and they did, but did not slice them. They weren't busy, just lazy. They also have no drink machine, so you have to stand around waiting to ask for water. My apple bagel had hints of onion that was just off putting. My apple bagel was ordered separately and not in the box, so clearly there is cross contamination issues.
I don't typically write reviews, but this felt necessary. This is how my to-go order came. Unfortunately I didn't look at it until I got home. Burnt to a crisp. This never should have left the kitchen. Very disappointed.

I went in there at 10:30 Sunday morning. Waited in line, the person that took my order was fine. I waited for at least 25 min for 2 bagels. 1 BLT and 1 classic breakfast bagel. The BLT didn’t have bacon on it and cold when I received it. The people preparing the bagels were talking and loud and talk all over the food being prepared? Don’t people preparing food need to wear masks? Anyway didn’t feel like it was the cleanest nor did they make it correctly. I won’t be going back.
I'm not one to go out of my way to leave a negative review like this, but there were too many factors to ignore. I haven't been to a Noah's Bagels in over 10 years, but the atmosphere and attitude was not what I remember it being. I was herded down the line and felt pressured to make a purchase decision before I knew what I wanted to order. I couldn't find on the menu where shmears were located as the menu was very crowded. When I asked a staff member, I felt the response was rude and reminiciscent of an employee under too much stress. I was asked my name at the counter, and when my order was called out it wasn't called out. There was no signage telling me where to go so I didn't even know how to pick my food up. When I finally received my food it was already cold and undercooked. I won't be returning, but I do feel these are all fair issues to bring up that management could easily correct to make a better experience for future customers.
