This place is always very clean. These ladies only 2 I ever see. I don’t know how they keep positive attitudes. They are very friendly. The food was good and prompt.
We came in and did not realize that they are about to close. An employee name Brenda was pleasant and accommodated us and took our Oder and even let us eat inside even if they just close. Very thankful because we are so hungry. Great Job Brenda and the kitchen crew Adonis T

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but after my visit to Carl’s Jr on August 3rd this past weekend, I felt it was absolutely necessary to recognize an exceptional employee Brenda. I walked in around 5-6 pmish The dinner rush was in full swing, and the line was starting to grow, but Brenda didn’t miss a beat. She was the only one working the front register, managing in-store orders, and helping with mobile pickups all at once. Despite how busy it was, she greeted every single customer with a kind, patient attitude and made sure no one felt ignored or rushed. When it was my turn, I asked if I could customize my Western Bacon Cheeseburger by removing the onion rings and swapping the regular bun for a lettuce wrap. Brenda didn’t just nod and punch in the changes like most people might she confirmed it carefully, asked if I had any other allergies or preferences, and even offered to have the cook double-check that the lettuce wasn’t soggy. That level of attention honestly surprised me in the best way. As I waited, I watched her handle multiple situations effortlessly a DoorDash driver who came in confused about an order, a woman asking about coupons on her phone, and a family with three young kids who couldn’t decide on anything. Brenda was calm, respectful, and had a way of making everyone feel heard. That might seem small, but moments like that leave a big impression. When my order came out, she brought it over to my table and double-checked that everything was prepared the way I had requested. The burger was perfect, the fries were hot and crisp (which never happens anymore), and everything was neatly packed with napkins and ketchup already in the bag without me having to ask. She thanked me with a smile and said, “If there’s anything else you need, just let me know” I don’t think I’ve ever heard that level of care at a fast food restaurant before. To whoever owns or manages this location I would love the opportunity to speak with you directly or pass along this message, because Brenda is someone who absolutely deserves recognition. Too often, the hard work of frontline staff goes unnoticed, but she made a real impact on my day. One person can make a difference, and Brenda is a perfect example of that.
The food was actually pretty good! But most importantly, I had bought the strawberry lemonade frozen drink, but it was pretty bitter. As compensation, Brenda decided to let me try the blue sourberry, and overall just gave us a pleasant experience that makes me want to come back again! Thank you, Brenda
I love coming here after a once upon a child trip and my kids love love love their waffle fries . Conversations with Brenda are the absolute best and make the wait that much more worth it . Hot fresh food and conversation . Five stars
Carl's is my favorite fast food burger place and this location was great. Food was good and customer service was excellent. Thank you, Brenda, for your patience while i scrounged my gym bag for my wallet.
I come quite often on my lunch break, and Brenda and Gloria are always here. They are always so friendly. I see them banging out that drive-through line almost every day while still paying attention to us in the lobby and still getting lobby orders out in a fast manner. They work very well together. Gloria does an amazing job in the kitchen. My food always taste great and it’s always fresh and hot. The lobby is always clean and peaceful. These two women do an amazing job together. They definitely deserve to be recognized for their hard work and dedication.
Atmosphere is very impactful but so is personality, I visited this location yesterday and I returned today for lunch . I do believe when someone is exceptional in what they do they deserve that recognition. Dianna was very respectful and courteous, In a world where the "Golden rule " is pretty much non-existent you do value the moments when you do run into people like this and it motivates you to pay that forward as well as return to that location. The food was made promptly and it was delicious. Thank you 🙏 God bless

I love Carl's Jr double western bacon cheeseburger. It's one fast food item I have trusted for well over 20 years (food allergies) This time I thought I'd try the triple hustle for smiles and giggles. Only to discover they're using the thinner hamburger patties instead of the thicker ones So it's not a triple It's a shrink flation burger. We are getting overpriced for something you thought you were getting more of, but the truth is you're not. I will always give honest reviews I don't get paid to review I just understand in today's economy we're all looking for the best deal, value, and price point.
The cashier, she’s an older lady today 7/9/24 around noontime was very rude. Told me she wouldn’t allow my little dog inside Carl’s Jr in this location. We’re already in front of her, i told her i will just order a take out & we’ll go. It was 90F+ degrees outside, I can’t leave my dog in the car. She has NO consideration. This location only has 2 persons dining in at that time. Carl’s Jr you need to hire a personable, kind, courteous, well mannered Staff. We went instead in Popeyes just across. And, they courteously gave me my order for our lunch there.
Got 5 milk shakes. Less than half full. Said that’s the amount ownership only allows them to do. Get new owners.
Slow, and the service sucks. The burger is barely on the cheese and patty. The ketchup was on the edge. They can't hear you, and even when ur speaking clearly loud, they still can't hear.
I went in store today,to get my free hangover burger. Felt like I was at the worst customer service Store, just asked my name & said your not up on the list. I tried to explain that as soon as I tried to redeem my offer the app asked for a verification code that it informed me that it had emailed to me & that was it. No help no explanation just that I had not entered the app I told him that I had entered the app joined the rewards and as soon as I walked into the store the app stopped working did not send me a verification code and it kept telling me that my email and password did not match. So I surmise that either the app was bogus or that they just refused to give me any type of customer service I'll never be back to any Carl's Juniors store again rude and unhelpful staff members. I just look at the reviews and there are so many ones and two stars I should have looked at the reviews first I hope the store gets shut down in Vacaville customer service and apparently the food isn't all that great... J.
This has always been one of my favorite places to get a burger , I ordered my food 4 meals, $80 bucks, and I was like, dam when I get my food all the fries were half full and cold, my burger was cold and nasty like it was sitting around all day ,for the price of the food I was pissed off, it's like they took 1 fries and made 4 out of it , differently never eating here again. I feel like I got robbed. Very disappointed
I have been in Vacaville for over 2 years. I have visited this location a few times. Every time I'm disappointed. I have worked in customer service most of my life, I have expectations because of this. I'm really surprised that the lack of customer service is so consistently lacking here. I'm pretty sure I've encountered the same employee every time. She is not friendly at all, she talks in a very condescending tone, and doesn't smile. I'm not even sure I've ever heard her say thank you. When I order I'm being rushed and being treated as she doesn't have time for me. When I've asked questions I'm always answered negatively. When I ask a question and try to understand why a coupon or special isn't being honored she is argumentative. I usually have to wait longer than what seems right even when the drive-thru isn't busy. I called into the store once because I wanted to know if they could move the car, that was causing a long wait, around so the rest of the line could move through. She was rude and hung up on me. I'm wondering if she works every day, all day since others have similar experiences at different times of day. That would maybe give some insight to why she's so unfriendly and dismissive.I'm done trying with this location, which likely means I'm done with Carl's Jr., too.
