So I've done the Dunkin Doughnuts thing on the east coast, totally did the Starbucks thing so it was time for Peet's and let me tell you that it did not disappoint. I really enjoyed my coffee! I had a Havana Late which was fabulous with a scone! I sat their enjoyed the ambiance and do what I normally do which is work, read and people watch. Staff was very ni e which just added go my pleasure 🙏. I will come around more each and every time I come up for work!

Ashley and Chasity are both really amazing. Help me with a really great drink option and both girls have great customer service. I’ve been to plenty Pete’s coffee shops and if not experience experienced great customer service like that.

The everything plant based sandwich is so good! The employees are unusually talented at dealing with customers. The customers that don't have time or patience for food service employees are what bring the atmosphere down. Sorry, I don't want to listen to your rambling about a few degrees difference in this machine or that one...make it exactly the way you want at home. In public, realize it won't be perfectly the same every single time.

It’s a 5 Monday-Friday. I order it almost daily. The weekend crew sucks, every time. They forget extra sauces and/or shots I ask for. I’m serious it’s SO good and consistent every day except Saturday and Sunday mornings.

The coffee was watered down, my drink sat in an odd place near the counter and nobody notified me that it was even ready. On a positive note they take orders fast and efficiently however their fulfillment of said orders is dismal at best. Will choose somewhere else to grab my coffee next time.

I am leaving this review because every single time my girlfriend and I have come into this peets, they have somehow messed up our order. We only order drinks, and those get messed up constantly such as a strawberry shaker not having lemonade, to her ordering almond milk drinks and getting 2% instead. I don’t mean to sound like a Karen because I kinda do, but this place needs more focus and workmanship. Fairfield shop provides better service.

This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I am completely flabbergasted. My mom went into this Peet’s and asked for a specific drink, she has dietary restrictions and has created a drink that is simple to make and there has never been an issue at any other location. This drink has only four ingredients but the employees and who I believe to be the manager made it a horrible experience and we will never go back. I hope these people get fired. We went into this location on January 1st at 3pm and tried to order a mocha with espresso, Splenda,cocoa powder, and non fat milk. He first said that they don’t do custom drink orders. THIS IS A COFFEE SHOP! She ordered her drink as a sugar free chocolate mocha, and explained that she would tell them how to make it. the male trainee at the register cut my mom off and said “we can’t do that, we don’t have sugar free chocolate syrup”. We said that’s totally fine, I’ll let you know how we like it made without the syrup. At this time a women walked up and asked if there was a problem. My mom said no, then explained what she was asking for. The manager also cut her off before she got the chance to tell them how to make the drink by saying “we don’t have sugar free chocolate syrup”. Once they let her finish her sentence she proceeded to say that they only have a little bit of cocoa powder left, so they weren’t able to give it to her just incase “someone might want to order a drink with this”. YES, US! After questioning her she finally begrudgingly made the drink, with a horrible attitude, rolling her eyes.

This coffee shop has become the worst one I've been to in the last month. I used to always be satisfied, but now it's complete garbage.

Went for a latte this morning and asked for caramel to be put in. It must have been the smallest amount of caramel ever as there was no caramel taste to it at all. No receipt so no chance for a refund.

Overheard the cashier gossiping about a customer with a service dog. The cashier then proceeded to walk over to the customer and said: “We don’t allow dogs, so move it on out of here.” *Cringe* Perhaps the staff needs training on guest/customer professionalism. They also closed the bathrooms 10 minutes before closing. Strange policies at this location…
