If you like Coffee or tea, Peets is the best place hands-down in the Nut Tree or Premium Outlets. Coffee is brewed fresh every 30 minutes, the baristas hand-pull every shot, and the warm breakfast sandwiches are a great snack when you need a little something for breakfast/between meals. We've got a huge variety of beans and teas you can try, as well as your favorite cold and blended drinks when you want something sweet. I work here, so I can't comment on the service, but I will say that we do our best to help you pick the right drink if you've never been here before. If you have any questions, stop by in the evenings and say hello!

As a tea drinker Peets is my go to..the store in Vacaville is always speedy..their pastries are very good..this time I got Trail Mix very good not too pricy..great spot easy parking.

Went in for a 1/2 pound of decaf Major Dickenson to tide me over until Holiday Blend comes out. Service was fast and friendly and the shop was cozy on a rainy Sunday. Got a free small Americano to boot!

I believe Peet's Coffee sells the best coffee in vacaville. Starbucks doesn't even compare. All the baristas are polite, and one time I wasn't able to afford my drink and the barista was kind enough to cover the 50 cents I couldn't provide. Not only are the employees polite, the drinks are delicious.

Peet's coffee is absolutely wonderful, but sadly, the pastries have gone way down hill since last I visited a couple years ago. Starbucks pastries are fantastic, but their coffee so-so except for their /Starbucks Cold Brew with Almondmilk, plant-based protein, almond butter, Banana Date Fruit Blend and ice.  Now, Peet's needs a protein LOW sugar drink also, yes?

Friendly staff who will make recommendations and suggestions for you. Ordered a 5 cup french press here with a friend and it was perfectly sized for 2 large cups. Coffee came out delicious with just a touch of crema on top with a good oil layer as well.

Fantasic cold brew coffee. I ride my bike to this location once or twice a week to get out of the house and bring my laptop to get some work done. I like this spot because I love the merry go round kids park with the little train across the way, the outdoor patio seating in the shade of a tall oak, clean bathrooms and good vibes. Plus my chiropractor is across the street, which is convenient. As an added bonus today the barista had a formidable handlebar moustache, which lends any coffee shop instant credibility. Ive met several clients here before and meetings always work well here.

I absolutely love Peet's coffee, and this location is great! Right there in the new Nut Tree outlets, its lovation has an outdoor and indoor seating area. This location is also close to I-80 as well.

One of the last bastions of decaf dark roast. Don't know who owns the chain these days but I've always liked Peet's. This one is a good example. friendly. Roomy. Clean.

This is a very nice store, that is clean and organized and has quite nice staff. It's a quiet environment that provides really great coffee and very tasty treats. The service seems to be quite fast so that you can get in and out without a really long wait. They also have outdoor seating. This is also a very popular place, but unfortunately parking is not the best.

I tried their new pumpkin spice chia latte and oh my goodness it was the best thing on this planet!

This is my home Peet's. I usually go there for whole bean coffee. They have most of their internet selection in stock there so I love going there when I run out of coffee. They give you a free coffee with the purchase of a package of bulk coffee so I usually time my visit for when I want to drink coffee as well. The employees are friendly. The service is fast. And they do their best to fulfill unique requests.

Great additions to the menu. Surprised how good the egg & cheese sandwich is!! Great seating options--inside, outside at umbrella-shaded tables, or in the adjacent park.

I enjoy good coffee, especially brewed and hot. I travel a lot and frequent coffee shops and cafes. Peet's is my favorite. #2 is Brown Coffee in Cambodia. This particular cafe has excellent service.

So I've done the Dunkin Doughnuts thing on the east coast, totally did the Starbucks thing so it was time for Peet's and let me tell you that it did not disappoint. I really enjoyed my coffee! I had a Havana Late which was fabulous with a scone! I sat their enjoyed the ambiance and do what I normally do which is work, read and people watch. Staff was very ni e which just added go my pleasure 🙏. I will come around more each and every time I come up for work!

Great chill spot. Located in the Nut Tree Plaza, so more than enough places to mosey around. I like Peet's over Starbucks, personally.

I like Peets but only one coffee ready so had to wait. Register person wanted everyone's name even if only coffee and not a speciality request. Felt a little intrusive.

Love the coffee and the people. New app not so much! It has clitches, had to pay cash, would not let cashier take $ off the app. Frustrating...money locked in the app 😞

One can never go wrong with a latte from Peets. The only real downside to this one is that it's so bleeding far off the freeway that we almost gave up, even using Maps to guide us.

Not aa good as starbuks,did not ask my name to put on cups but they did for some ,kind of frantic but not that busy.Place was nice and clean.

Love the coffee, and the atmosphere of the coffee shop. For novice coffee drinkers I recommend that you look at their menu online makes it easier when ordering. But it would be nice if they had a virtual menu available to look at if you wanted to try something new.

Love Peets coffee. Stop into this shop every once in a while. This stop was not up to their normal. Restroom was closed and our order was over looked untill asked about, after 5 min wait and everyone behind us was served..this was for 2 cups of brewed coffee. Excellent coffee but seems even more pricey than Starbucks if that's possible. Don't like the bathroom, felt kinda unclean. Service was kind and friendly and not too busy. Outdoor seating area is nice albeit on a busy street.

Pretty good Peet's location. Can get quite busy on weekends and parking can be a bit of a hassle (don't anticipate finding parking in the lot directly outside, there's almost always spots available behind, out in front of five guys). Wish they let customers use both restrooms though (there is one labelled as "employees only"), considering how busy this location gets. Saw this sentiment shared in another review, so management should take a look. Friendly customer service and good coffee at least, which bumps this review up to 4 stars.

It's Peet's, what can really be said? Obviously the products are first class. Unfortunately the location offers horrendous parking due to location popularity, and what's with the ridiculous hours, or lack thereof.

Very frustrating that they close at 8 pm on a Saturday. I'm not a Starbucks fan, but I've been going there because they're open until 9:30 pm

Peet’s has mediocre coffee at best. The people however are nice that work there. We have encountered some pretty rude customers at Peet’s and for those reasons we choose other coffee shops in town.

It’s a 5 Monday-Friday. I order it almost daily. The weekend crew sucks, every time. They forget extra sauces and/or shots I ask for. I’m serious it’s SO good and consistent every day except Saturday and Sunday mornings.

I always order here but today will be my final time. I ordered a chocolate caramel swirl javiva with 2 added shots. I didn't get the 2 added shots and the drink came separated not blended, it wasnt completely full and hardly any whip cream. Business isn't up to standards

I dont know whats up with this place policy lately regarding having dark roast readily available. I notice it quite a bit in the Bay Area but was surprised when the coffee guy said he can brew some just a minute. I avoid #starbunks as much as posible because they tote corporate policies. Been coming to Peets for years starting at the Berkeley spot on Rose n Vine going back to high school days. Sadly adding this place on the avoid as much as possible list too.

My issue is that they couldn't tell my coffees from all the other drinks that were on the counter. The barista has to take the kids off of several drinks before she found which were my drinks

The staff is great but like so many places right now there is no public restroom. When asked where the closest restroom is the staff recommended another business, which also has no public restroom. Just not a good experience for a person who uses Peet's and the Nut Tree as an equidistant meeting location. Easier to just get crappier coffee at a gas station. At least they'll have a bathroom... probably.

I’m sharing my wife’s experience today, April 26. We normally visit this Peets twice a week. This last Sunday we were there and the bathrooms were closed. Today, my wife was there and needed to use the bathroom. She was told the bathrooms were closed for repairs. My wife asked if both bathrooms were closed. The response was that the other bathroom was for “employees only”. We’ve been going to this Peets for years and both bathrooms have been available and we’ve never been told that one bathroom was for employees only. They need some customer service training. The employees rudely responded to her and said she should go to the public bathroom located about 200 yards away.

I've always loved Peet's, but this place was filthy. Edit: ok, and now a few hours later I'm having terrible cramping which means they gave me dairy not the oatmilk I asked for!

I ordered my medium hot latte right when they opened at 5:30am. It was so hot I let it sit for a whole hour and still wasn’t able to drink it. Not able to bring food or drink into my appointment so I got a whole cup of cold coffee sitting in the car.

Showed up at 5:59am they were closed, lady inside kept waving her fingers at everyone standing outside. Now 605am were leaving not waiting for the girl inside to be in better mood. They open at 530am

My mom went into this Peet’s and asked for a specific drink, she has dietary restrictions and has created a drink that is simple to make and there has never been an issue at any other location. This drink has only four ingredients but the employees and who I believe to be the manager made it a horrible experience and we will never go back. I hope these people get fired. We went into this location on January 1st at 3pm and tried to order a mocha with espresso, Splenda,cocoa powder, and non fat milk. He first said that they don’t do custom drink orders. THIS IS A COFFEE SHOP! She ordered her drink as a sugar free chocolate mocha, and explained that she would tell them how to make it. the male trainee at the register cut my mom off and said “we can’t do that, we don’t have sugar free chocolate syrup”. We said that’s totally fine, I’ll let you know how we like it made without the syrup. At this time a women walked up and asked if there was a problem. My mom said no, then explained what she was asking for. The manager also cut her off before she got the chance to tell them how to make the drink by saying “we don’t have sugar free chocolate syrup”. Once they let her finish her sentence she proceeded to say that they only have a little bit of cocoa powder left, so they weren’t able to give it to her just incase “someone might want to order a drink with this”. YES, US! After questioning her she finally begrudgingly made the drink, with a horrible attitude, rolling her eyes.
