Good food, fast and friendly service, a wide selection of excellent beers, easy parking, and a lovely atmosphere. What more could you want from a beer hall? Nothing, and in fact, it's a must-try in the Susa Valley. Just a small note about the paper menu: it's a bit too "dense" and hard to read, and it also lacks descriptions of the dishes and beers. PS: On some weekdays, they have super promotions! (For example, 50% off all beers, or an all-you-can-eat BBQ ribs deal.)
We went there last night, booked by local friends. I loved it, the food was good with lots of choices. I tried the Bosio beer and really liked it. I also tried other beers that the people at dinner with me drank, and I have to say they were all good. Finally, I tried the birramisu, which was good! I recommend it to everyone; the place is perfect for families, etc.
I loved the location. They have a lovely courtyard full of tables and host musical events. Upon entering, you pass by the beer tanks (which they produce) and go upstairs to eat. It's a beautiful and very unique place, bright, suitable for everyone, and with a warm atmosphere. I had a Tantarobaburger and loved it. I would have preferred it to be made with a different type of bread because the soft one, in my opinion, devalues it and gradually becomes mushy as it absorbs the liquid from the food. The fries are delicious, but I think they're very salty. I highly recommend trying their delicious treats!
After the guided tour where they explained their beer production, we stopped at their restaurant. We ate well; there was plenty to choose from, both for food and, of course, their beers. A place worth stopping by to sample some good beers and spend a pleasant evening or lunch with friends.
Today I want to share one of the best experiences I've ever had. I enjoyed a tasting menu of craft beers on tap, and I'm speechless. I tried everything on the menu, and each beer was better than the last: unique flavors, perfectly poured, and a quality you just can't find everywhere. What's more, the price was a real surprise, because with the quality and service they offer, I expected something much more expensive. But the best part wasn't just the price, but the incredible service I received. They made me feel right at home, and that's something I'll never forget. And if the beer was spectacular, the food was just as amazing. The chef is, without exaggeration, out of this world. Every dish that accompanied the beers was a true delight, a perfect complement that made the whole experience complete. If you have the chance to visit, do it without hesitation. It's a place that combines quality, passion, and exceptional service. I'm sure that, like me, you'll leave wanting to come back.
Had dinner with the family during the week. The atmosphere is tidy, quiet, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering excellent recommendations on both the food and the beer pairing. The menu and ingredients are good. There's a wide selection of beers, and the recommended ones are very good.
While passing through the Susa Valley, my partner suggested this brewery, which I hadn't heard of. We chose it, partly because it opened at 6:00 PM and we were quite hungry. We ordered two beers, a pinsa, and a mixed grill. The service was really fast and the waitress was friendly. The beers were excellent, craft beers with a bold, fruity flavor; we enjoyed them. The mixed grill was also very good, but the focaccia was average; the dough was a bit undercooked in my opinion, but it was still enjoyable and we finished it off without a problem. The place is truly beautiful and well-decorated—kudos to you. The atmosphere is relaxed and immediately puts you at ease. When we're in the area again, we'll definitely be back to try other beers and other items on their menu.
Amazing taste of the new beer. Simple WOW of the food and so nice homely ambient! Highly recommended!
Great beers, great service and very friendly staff. Must visit!
BRAVI!!!
For a quiet evening we wanted to visit and above all taste the beers offered... my friends had some amber beers that I don't remember the name but very much enjoyed... I am a lover of the weiss method or preferred a genny blange flavored with genepy... wonderful and very refreshing... what can I say, beautiful place... with a mezzanine overlooking the production tanks... to return to
Great beer. They don't really have a great system in place to actually sell their beer however. Which seemed strange since it is a Birrificio. The young man seemed a little confused and also initially charged us the wrong amount. We thought that we could easily just stop and buy the beer in quantity. Which in the end we were able to, but the process seemed a little more complicated than we expected. But again... Great beer. Try the Genny or Slurp. 2 different styles of beer but equally delicious!
Great !
SORALAMÀ....the most! It's been almost 10 years since I've been back, and I never expected it to deteriorate so drastically. From a place where the beer is craft, I expect the food to be quality and more carefully selected. A friend of mine and I had a Gofri... damn!!! I didn't think Gofri was the name of the pig!!!! Let me explain: On the menu, the photo of the Gofri shows a lovely "piadina" (yes, I know, Gofri isn't a heavy, gnarly gnarly piadina...) with lots of melted cheese and cooked ham that looked inviting and tasty. What we got seemed to have been thawed out of the Neozoic, as if it had been implanted by a Trex in a non-binary hormonal phase (yeah, come on! Those beings who don't know whether to eat a sandwich or marry one and have Gofri kids with it—remember that crazy woman who married a puppet, right?!) Anyway. I was saying: These two gofris arrive. There was a shrunken yellowish patch of the stringy cheese (the toma) that left me wondering for a moment: "Are you sure it was the cow's MILK that did this? Are you sure it was a cow?" The ham: the ham was so sour and old that I thought at some point it would remove itself from the plate, sit down with us, and order... a ham and cheese GOFRI (that ham would probably do the same thing in turn...you know, in a sort of infinite loop!) And the texture of the GOFRI???? Soft on the inside, like "that yellowish patch did something" and crunchy on the outside (which some might even think is a positive thing) that made you realize it was frozen. A bit like that grandmother some of us once had, that grandmother who thought she could cook like Cracco, but her creations turned out the sgorbions you'd find in potato chips in the '90s. Anyway, I'm sorry to have to give such a negative review, but the excellent quality of the beer should be matched by equal quality and attention to detail in the food. The atmosphere, however, is nice and charming enough to convey the idea of a quality place. Work on that, on the quality and freshness of the products; the potential has always been there. It's like when the teacher said: "He's intelligent but he doesn't apply himself."
I've had some great experiences from this place. But the last visit left me very disappointed. The orders were messed up, we had to look for the server to notice us, everything went wrong. The meal was ok. It's a shame that such a place is spoiled by the staff.
Good beer, great staff, terrible food, specially the burgers. The snacks are fine (fine like in ok like if you have to order something get them).
I went tonight, it's been years since I've been there. Aside from the decent beer, nothing exceptional to report. The description of the dishes is unclear. I wonder how a tartare with burrata and chopped pistachios can cost the same as a tartare with a sprinkling of mustard and caramelized onions. Maybe I'm missing something. Plus, I had to ask for bread, and to top it off, I forgot to order with The Fork. If I hadn't mentioned it, I wouldn't have gotten it. What can I say? A huge disappointment. I don't think I'll ever set foot there again.
This review is for their online shopping service and related support. I purchased some beers online on December 16th from their website, hoping they'd arrive before the holidays as I wanted them as a gift. After realizing on the 23rd that they hadn't arrived, I emailed them asking for an explanation, but they were inaccurate in the information they provided (not even the tracking number seemed correct). The "forgotten password" feature on their website didn't work, and even asking for a password reset, they were never able to do anything (they tried to track the order because the order number provided wasn't correct). A few days later, after Christmas, I was able to retrieve the order number thanks to the company entrusted with the delivery. They explained to me that they had received a different delivery address than the one I had provided, meaning the courier had probably been given an incorrect address. When I contacted them, it seemed that it was correct and that it was the courier's fault, which they continued to deny over the phone. I at least asked for a refund of the shipping costs due to issues that weren't my fault, but were caused either by the courier itself or by Soralamà. It's still unclear, as shipping costs are paid at the time of purchase. Since then, they've been evasive in their responses, or haven't provided any at all. My experience with their online shop service has been extremely negative.
