A must have experience for any couple ❤️ This hotel offers an amazing spa with everything you can ask for, cozy and clean rooms and helpful staff! The views from the pool are breathtaking, and you can experience it in every hour of the day in every season (Even snow at the night felt like heaven) Btw, nice breakfast with one of the best coffee I ever tasted!

It is a great place to spend a relaxing weekend with your significant other! We spent 2 nights with 2 days at the Spa and we had 1h massages. Great staff, very kind and welcoming, incredible location, really nice rooms and good food, as you would expect. It is also a very good base to visit Bormio and Livigno if you're interested.

Beautiful location and the views from our room and infinity pool were just spectacular. Service was good overall; breakfast could have been better to include prepared egg dishes, for example. We did not have meals in the restaurant so cannot comment there. Overall a positive experience.

The venue itself is amazing and fascinating, the view is stunning. However, it gets crowded very easily as everything is awfully small and narrow, from the changing rooms to the pools and the restaurant area. The 'aperitivo' is not very well organized. There was just a table with random bottles of wine and plastic cups, so everyone one was trying to get drinks at the same time and it got really messy. Also, you don't really get much food so it's not really worth it. It's better to enjoy the spa and the view rather than losing time at the restaurant. Notice that there's loads of steps throughout the whole venue.

Beautiful location and nice idea. Very cool design and unique location. The spa was crammed with people, some of the steam rooms smelled like urine. The outside infinity pool is nice with a great view. The other pools looked murky and dirty. We saw in multiple pools clumps of white fluid floating in the pool. There is no enforcement of any rules so left with no one to enforce people do what they please in the pools. I have gone to many thermal baths and have not seen anything like this before. They need to clean the baths. The cleaning folks did a nice job of keeping the floors and the bathrooms clean so there was no trash around. I would not return here. Ever.

We arrived for the Spa. The thermal water rooms inside are always full of couples, - if you are a socially conservative person, you will not be comfortable with their interactions. The baths are dirty: in the cave bath, there was an open Durex floating around. For the amount of money that is paid to enter the Spa center, the service and the cleanliness could be much much better. We also forgot an Apple Watch in the locker: we were the last ones to exit the Spa at night. Next morning, 10 am: they say they haven’t found it, although the locker has not been occupied by anyone: we skated a key to go check. Again, for the “luxurious” experience that they promise, it’s not worth the money

This place is gross. The spa was crammed with people and the water was dirty. Trash throughout the buildings, it’s clear the staff doesn’t do much to clean up. Smells like sweat and urine. There’s only a trickle of fresh water coming into the pools - with hundreds of people entering and exiting it just doesn’t stay clean. The website shows one price but they don’t honor that price when you show up. Stay away.

The customer service is really one of the worst I had to deal with in all my years of traveling. The staff was very unfriendly and I was a guest in the hotel - the ladies on the day shift on September 04, 2025 to be specific, treated us like tourist garbage, which is really frustrating after paying 300€ per night. When I asked to explain about the facilities, the reply was that “there is a map you can look at”. After I asked for the location of the restaurant, the lady just said 4th floor without listening to me and which was wrong. As for the room, it smelled like cigarettes, the coffee machine was broken and they put us in the back of the hotel with zeros views. Highly I unrecommended tourists trap.

Despite calling both ahead of booking and on the day of the visit to be reassured both times that my and my friends' day entry would include apperitivo, we turned up and were told there were no more slots left. We were left hungry and the spa was crammed with people despite apparently needing to book ahead to control visitor numbers. The experience was very poor compared to previous visits and the staff were unhelpful at best. Following the visit, Bagni Vecchi refused to process even a partial refund for the disappointment.

Avoid the hotel: Overcrowded and Not Worth the Price The SPA experience fell far short of expectations. The intense overcrowding completely destroyed any chance of relaxation. Considering the hotel's premium pricing, the exclusive access for guests (limited to one hour, 8:30-9:30 AM) offered negligible value. Unless early morning exclusivity is crucial for you, I strongly advise seeking alternative accommodations and purchasing a day pass or hourly SPA access. The overall experience simply didn't justify the hotel's cost.
